One thing I've learned is to never criticise something unless you suggest an alternative. So tell us, what's your alternative OP?

Fairly accurate point there! The thing is though, it works

Yeah 36mins is outrageously long. To pick a certain point, anything from the 14 minute mark onwards. There are a lot of text based posts here on body language but very few visual, and I think this demonstrates it perfectly.

As Dale Carnegie says; "In order for people to become interested in you, you must become interested in them." I'm no life coach, but write a list of the things you like about yourself (however small that may be) and then create a list of things you would to add to the above list. When you compare the two, you might just be able to form a plan of action! And don't forget man, girls aren't the answer to your identity, they're just a by-product.

Hey bro have you ever tried the '666' shot yet? It's 1/3 Irish Whiskey, 1/3 Tequilla, and 1/3 Sambuca. You'll love it ;)

I should add that previous rapport had been built up, it's not as if I was some snooty man judging everyone. If you change the word 'judge' to 'observe' it sounds much more acceptable.

A completely honest criticism, and one I one hundred percent agree with. Morally and ethically you're also correct. However we all have game, and we all tweak it to bed whatever girl is in our company. I don't pretend to be her righteous knight in armour, because, I'm not.

Thanks bro, like all good looking women; she can point out flaws in everyone and everything, except herself.

A) If she's still a little hesitant if she thinks you have been drinking, just say the alphabet backwards, cos nobody can do that shit when drunk. B) Have her choose the music on the way home; that way she stays engaged, and you can bond over your mutual shared music tastes Furthermore on B, I find that whenever I'm going back to someone's house, it's never just to have sex with them, even though we both know it. Barney Stinson puts it best when he says you should have an object cool enough to i…

Don't forget OP, that you smile with your eyes too. They're arguably more important than the actual smile itself!

The great thing about the app is that it completely dispels the notion of "she's out of my league". Some of the matches I have on it, before I joined this community, I'd have gotten nervous about. Now, having worked on inner game, I'm like, this is how it should be!

There's a saying where I'm from: There are two types of people in the world; do-ers and complainers. Decide which one you are.

Well the best thing to Sonia up your approach rate and make more opportunities for yourself. I understand when you say it's hard to let go. You do run the risk of being clingy though if you don't know when to quit. I learned the hard way, and I think every man learns the hard way. Just keep approaching and making opportunities with the end goal of having so much options you won't have time to think about these things!

Ah I know the feeling bro, what I've learned is that she, and in my case too, prefers the 'idea of you' to the actual you in person. It's an issue of comfort and self confidence on her part, and in all honesty, it will just continue being muddy between you two until she sorts her own issues out. So it's her problem, not yours!

Right dude we both know you never apologise for your actions, ever. This is different, as it's part of the ice breaker and you were never serious in the first place. Secondly, if you read the above post, there will be dancing and drinking. If one can't have a simple high five on the dancefloor, then one needs to change his own mindset.

The high five tactic is a hassle free opener. Spot hot chick High five her Drop your hand before she makes contact. Instant neg. No one likes getting burned. Apologise straight away with the line "sorry, I have trust issues" and you'll get a chuckle. Introduce yourself from there on in.

Dude, have a competition to see who can knock over a little kid and get away with it! It how's you're fun and not afraid to bend the rules. Always works for me.

The ones who you feel you have to do a lot of work with; cut them out of your life immediately. Plain Nd simple just stop interacting with them. Now that you feel you're starting to 'get it' I can personally guarantee you they will always come crawling back to you when they see your successes. Women want a man that other women want. And when they do this, which they will, make sure I tell them "I'm really happy we're just friends." She'll immediately start to qualify herself to you in every way.…

I also find that problem too. What I do to counteract it is two days after the date, I'll ring/text her and make plans, but tell her it's a surprise and ill reveal further details when 'I think she's ready.' That way, she piques her interest and you come across as a tiny bit mysterious, with a few spare days to gamble with!

You can only hardwire your responses to such things by continual real life practice.

I can't help but get the impression a lot of people here are masters of theory but not of practice. The show actually gives you visual association with some of the theories thus making them seem less intimidating to try

Again i'd make sure she's aware of your presence beforehand sonshes not surprised someone is trying to talk to her. Well if you're going for 'bull by the horns' you could ask her, "Hey what song is that playing on your headphones (assuming she plays the music loud), I need some new music for my playlist" etc etc. Or, you could ask her how she built up her stamina to be able to run for so long.

When walking by her, make eye contact and smile. You don't need any words. If she wants to talk you'll get your opportunity my man!
