For sure. Just don’t expect it from American girls. Dating culture is toxic out there, IMO.

Great take. Only caveat I would suggest is too much sacrifice, especially in relationships, might not be a good thing.

You have a positive engagement with self improvement, which is awesome. Some people don’t, they become somewhat obsessed and/or disproportionately chastice themselves for failures, I think this is what OP is referring to.

Not really from mainland US so can't really tell you. I usually just meet people from similar ethnic background and the vibe is different from typical US. Did not go out with too many actually American girls, also it varies a lot from state to state.

I would disagree in the sense that I'm a man that loves an emotional connection and will not fuck a 10/10 without it at this point in my life. Just providing a different perspective for men that might feel isolated by the horny fuck everything male trope.

I'll bite. Some of the stuff might work (hit the gym, aim to be outcome independent, don't make girls your priority), but the rest of the stuff is so toxic AND false that it will really affect your worldview and will probably set you back long term in achieving a fulfilling relationship. Casual sex is fun but it is an empty pursuit after you get your first lays. Just like having money is fun but after you have enough don't give your life away to a job to become a wage slave. Work on becoming the…

You're definitely allowed to feel bitter. Keep in mind it's not an emotion that will entice others to come close to you. Think about it for a second; would you like to spend your days with a bitter woman? Same applies to us. Thinking this even deeper, bitterness is more of a front for sadness at the perceived injustice of something, that's why many refer to an abstract feeling of entitlement, trust us, we've been there too. My point is, better to feel and express the sadness than the extra layer…

Hi, I don't mean this in an accusatory manner, but your comments show a little bit of bitterness to them? People can pick up on this in real life too. The truth is, you are not owed or guaranteed a relationship. I know it's hard when one feels lonely or is looking for an intimate interaction, it is part of the human experince. Keep in mind, the best predictors for a meaningful life is not A relationship, but the quality of your relationships (with an S!), followed by how often you can engage in …

I like your hierarchy of Emotion > desires > material. What has made you gain confidence? I'll be honest whenever I'm with a girlfriend I do feel more confident, or if I'm making money. To combat this I have gotten more focused on meditation, self affirmations (like congratulating myself for the good that I do and bring), allowing myself to be loved (low confidence will make you cut off external sources of love because you're not going to accept that someone can love you for who you are), and ai…

Achieving higher success with women. It worked to a degree, but not for long term relationships. It also made me more pessimistic in regards to the opposite sex, which I'm trying to counteract through this community.

It makes sense in the context that you would want someone that adds value to your life, and you would love that specific person because they are the only ones that can add that specific value to your life (maybe it's their caring nature, their looks, their humor, and how they make everything fun). A good example would be taking it to the negative extreme, imagine you're with someone that is a negative drag on you, always shoots you down, doesn't take care of themselves, etc. Would you still be i…

It is a solo journey, and takes a long time to click. I'm not OP but for me, the moment it clicked was when I let go and just enjoyed creating fun times and having friends and company. I've had more success being genuinely open, cool and friendly to girls, without solely wanting to fuck them, than when I was doing everything "right" or "perfect" according to PUA theory.

It will suck until you get good at it. It can take a long time. Practice, which entails time and discomfort, makes you grow and get better.

You are a man born with a penis. Stay out of your head. Enjoy your own company, have goals, enjoy other's company, enjoy women's company. Talk to them, see where you fail, try again. Try again. Try again. Try again. I know this is not what you want to hear but: There is no magic pill/cure/strategy. Sure, reading helps, but to get good with women involves a shitload of frustration, rejection, embarrassment, nervousness, failures, etc. Are you willing to go through all of that? If not, stay where …

High school is irrelevant at some point in life. Imagine if we all based our interactions on how people responded back in elementary school? Truth of the matter is that as a man you are expected to be vulnerable and put yourself out there to get the women you desire. Your self limiting mindset is the main factor that holds you back. Girls are attracted to confidence and personality, which you can only develop and calibrate based on sustained interactions with members of the opposite sex, in whic…

Keeping your cool is a crutch for not taking chances. I have a friend who says he's never stressed, but whenever an interaction gets confrontational, I have to take the lead for him. Stress and losing your cool is beneficial in certain situations. Men feel and react to stimuli too, we have emotions, don't hide them in a coolness facade.

I'm a big fan of slow buildup to sex, with one or two dates. I know this sub is in love with same night sex, which is cool, but I love how smooth and comfortable sex is with someone you know a little bit better. Great job.

Maybe if you lowered your standards and stopped pursuing the top% you'd get a man. But no, hypergamy always finds a way even in the lowest tier women. Are we calling people out for having standards? Of course everybody wants to bang the hottest women/men, what a naive and judgmental reaction to basic reproductive tendencies.

Work on that drinking. It's tough but you will conquer. Women are nothing compared to fucking addiction. Find hobbies, keep busy, seek therapy, seek support, power through it.

You have to consider that having 0-1 partners raises the probability that you're a very conservative, religious or not very attractive. Which makes it probable that you won't be able or won't want to get another partner, which results in lower divorce rates. Having +5 partners makes you attractive and capable with the opposite sex, meaning you have more opportunities, meaning more chance of divorce.

Try to talk to everyone. Be in places where there are people so you can interact. Find activities you like, and by doing them you'll find people with similar interests. I'll give you an example from my life. I go to college, so in classes, I talk to EVERYONE, just feeling people out and making friendships to pass classes. Sometimes these people are pretty cool and you get along well. For example, I like working out, and have met people from my class in the gym, so gym time can become some additi…

This sub focuses on mindset, not play by plays. "Teach a man to fish" type of thing. Just casually ask her out on a date, it can be coffe, the beach, ice cream, whatever. You're already friends, so make her laugh. Do lots of kino, see how it goes. Be OK with the fact that it might, or might not workout. Otherwise you will be hung up on making everything perfect, which is impossible. Do you like reading? Models by Mark Manson is a great book to start your seduction journey. Good luck, PM if you h…
