It has interviews with doctors whose identity and work can easily be backtracked on internet. Netflix has nothing to do with it being true or not. Go watch it :)

I could be biased because I eat plant based, but I really don't see what the health as propoganda. If it is not worth your time I can understand that, but there's no point in judging it without seeing it. Anyways, I'm off. Wish I could have these kind of debates irl.

I see your points, and I agree that meat was a necessary part in our evolution. But, if our genetics would have really evolved from meat, then we wouldn't get diseases from eating animal products. We were simply smart enough to kill animals without using our physical traits. That does not mean we are adapted to eat it. For example, pigs are herbivores but in slaughterhouses they are fed trash meat, which they can also digest and get nutrients from. A certain man also once ate an airplane, but th…

Humans are herbivores, here's why Mind (small argument, but adds up) When you walk into a slaughterhouse, you are more likely to be uncomfortable of all the corpses, instead of seeing it like a feast, as for example a bear would. Mouth -Our teeth can grind sideways -try killing an animal with your teeth and jawstrength. -our mouths are small, compared to a true omnivore, the maned wolf -Gorillas are herbivores, and they have k9 teeth three times larger than ours. So saying you got the teeth for …

I am personally a vegan and I'd say there is nothing wrong with it. We are herbivores by nature (will explain in another comment that claims we are omnivores) and it's the healthiest diet. A lot of people hate vegans because no one likes to be reminded of their objectively bad choices. Still choosing to be vegan besides knowing that kinda proves you're a strong individual who thinks for himself

As someone with Aspergers I can tell you that looking for autism-specific advice is pretty futile. First of all, everyone with autism is totally unique with different levels of the common traits, as you probably already know. This makes it very hard for people to give you advice if they don't know you. Second, there just isn't much you can do about your specific traits, there is no cure for autism. The only thing you can do is learn to live with them. My props to you for developing your social s…

I can link studies but I don't expect you to read them, as they are very long. As I already said, getting protein without animal products takes a lot more time so it's not for everyone. The protein in yoghurt and cheese called caseine is indeed a good protein for muscle building, as it takes around 6-8 hours to digest (good snack before sleep). But on the other side, animal protein will trigger IGF-1 production and the product self contains a lot of hormones which both causes cancer. It's your c…

Dairy contains a shit ton of hormones such as the estrogen called estrone and prolactin. Both are hormones that are not beneficial for gains. Abstaining from animal products would be the healthiest scientifically and statistically, but it is definitely not a diet for everyone.

What about talking about it when it's already in the past? For example: her: Have you ever felt depressed? I did feel depressed one year ago, but I fixed it by doing x. It's no issue now, and it won't be in the future because of y

I lost my virginity at 16 with my ex but it took around two months of sex before I actually started enjoying it. For some people sex is only comfortable and enjoyable when you know the person very well, and that's perfectly normal. I am not saying it's a fact because I don't know you, but you might just be the guy who prefers longevity over quantity. Only way to find out is getting a plate for a long while or a LTR

That's a nice suggestion, thanks. Nervousness is a good thing indeed, I just need to embrace it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
