"Shes crazy for me and always has been" Is that according to her or according to you? Either way, it's most likely bullshit, she wouldn't have fucked off if she were crazy for you. From your description, it sounds like she's full of shit, wanted to see if the grass is greener and got burned for it, now wants back to her beta. Letting her back, even as a plate will allow her to weasel her way around you again.

You're overthinking hard. If you're with a plate and run into a different one, unless you're promising them LTRs, all you'll do is solidify your SMV. Unless everyone in town is hanging out in the same place, it's little chance to run into one anyway. When the plate breaks, you move on. Why are you afraid of seeing them again, they don't bite. 'Don't shit where you eat' applies in smaller places.communities where actually shitting there might actually cause you long term complications.
