Yep, at the end of the day we're all trying to improve ourselves and become better men, we can learn from anyone. Some of that means imitating other people, othertimes it's doing the opposite of what they do. Even from the very same individual.

It's like the entire manosphere coming down with a bad case of PMT at the moment. Shrill, annoying, boring for onlookers, but no doubt highly emotionally satisfying for the people squealing the loudest. No-one's coming out of it particularly well, with the possible exception of our own GLO, and even he was half an hour late for a fucking interview.

Rollo is a absolute star, he's contributed more to the red pill than any other single individual, but I wish he'd kept his distance from this bunch of 21 con grifters. Anyone who calls himself "beach muscles" on twitter but doesn't even lift is surely a grade A arsehole , let alone his general demeanor and weird behaviour. Mega red flag signs around. Anyway, I have to hand it to GLO for this. He has been calling out this bollocks fro some time, and taken plenty of stick for it. His utter pwnin…

This guy really comes over as a gigantic prick. An egotistical moron, who's also a literal cuck. This is the same guy who quasi-married a woman who turned out to be a prostitute. So he either utterly failed in vetting her, or he knew all along and enjoyed. Plus he calls himself "beach muscles" on twiter, but doesn't even fucking lift.

Yeah, pretty sure the suckers who pay 2 grand for this are just wealthy betas looking to buy their way into a short cut, but we know there aren't any. Spergy tech gamas with well paid jobs and a few trust fund types trying to do a Blizterian, but without the roids and daddies stolen money.

Aye, the brutal truth. It's how they're hardwired, after all if you can't handle their shit, how the hell can you handle an angry bear trying to eat her?

I have very strong doubts it's this high. All other studies have come up with a figure between 2 and 5 percent, ad there's been quite a few of them.

Yeah, OK. Well done, but I'm still going to give Rollo the pass because of the immense intellectual contributions he's made to RP. Wish he wasn't pimping himself out to the cuckvention though.

Fuck hooking up with virgins. They don't need you permanently altering their lives, and you don't need them obsessively contacting you for the next two years.

Yeah, and the commenters were idiots as well. You'd get the odd decent game article, but then you'd have to scroll down 50 comments from fifteen commenters to see one about the content of the article. Effing dull rants about jews and and jared Kushner.

Yeah i know a guy who's 5'4, ugly, non lifting, dead end job with mental health problems who still bangs girls. Ok they're 4s and 5s, but he still gets laid. The difference between incels and him is that he has his own sense of style and makes himself his own point of mental origin.

There's a far likelier explanation for the 17-1 split in reproductive success which has nothing to do with alphas or female mate choices. Think about it for a moment though, there are no recorded sociites with such a stark divide between sexually thriving men and everyone else. Even in shitty third world polygamous societies only about 40% of men remain single, with maybe the top 10% getting 4 or so women, then most of the rest get one apiece. If the split was 17 to one, the 17 would just kill t…

I don't know in this case, Asia seems a totally mental Lucifers daughter type to me, but in most cases older women going for juvenile men seems like a definite kink, and there's no accounting for kink. The male equivilent would be something like granny or chubby chasing.

There should be some kind of a subforum for youngsters (teens / early twenties) to share their experiences and how they are improving themselves. People have been suggesting this on and off for years. I think it's a good idea, but then I'm older, and I reckon it's the 30-plus crowd who benefit the most from TRP.

No, because you can't be really better yet. For sure look up to them, best of all try to get them to mentor you, but you'll not be able to emulate them, as you lack the intermediate skills you need to acquire first. It's like watching Christian Renaldo vids to try and improve your football skills, thats going to do shit for you, you need instead to go out and train, improve your first touch and whatnot. The thing that really struck me about this show was how they wrote it as if they were attractive women who all men would be desperate for. In reality they were old slags who no quality men would ever treat as anything but a pump and dump. As if she'd ever get "Mr Big" after banging a dozen men a series.

Mate, if you've been lifting for 6 months, then going 4 times a week is ok, you're still getting noob gains. In 2-4 months you'll find those gains start getting much harder. Ad you'll be in danger of over-training going 4 times a week. After a couple of years there's not much benefit (as an older guy) to going more than twice a week. All this only applies natty though, I don't know shit about cheating. Edit, ought to add I'm 47 and been lifting 3 years.

A large part of my social circle are BP "naturals", guys who've slayed easily and always had great relationships because of dread and abundance mentality. They've been able to get away with BP beliefs, but I'm seeing some of them getting unstuck now. What makes it worse is they're getting lousy advice from the other BP naturals, who are heavily invested in "the One" ideology. The problem with these incel communities is they don't listen to ex-incels who've got their shit together and started getting laid. The very fact that he succeeded shows he was never a true incel in the first place. Their whole reasoning is circular. So you get loser older guys telling newer losers that they're never going to improve because they're genetically cursed, and anything else is merely a "cope". Apparently attraction is all down to facial aesthetics and you either have it or you don't…

I would suggest a seventh law. If you do lose lots of muscle, it's way easier to get it back than it was putting it on in the first place. There are epigenetic changes which affect genes, and they're permanent. Another explanation comes from multiple muscle cell nuclei, so muscle cells get more than one nucleus.

There's no doubt that a point comes, after you've been lifting for a while, that your SMV will increase far more from cutting your BF% by a couple of points than from putting in a couple of pounds of muscle.

She works at a counter of a uni library FFS. Full of 18-21 year old horny guy. How many times do you think she's been hit on? She probably got her own "don't shit where you eat" rule going on. You'd have to be pretty spectacular to get past her bitch shield.

Yes, it's bullshit. Your body will burn some protein, which is not the same as muscle. Protein is also connective tissue, collagen, skin, junky old white blood cells, which get created anew once your fast is over and you eat protein again. Which is why 2-3 day fast are incredibly healthy, especially among the older crowd.

I did have shitty form, that was kinda the point of my comment. I was persuing a goal that was beyond my capabilities at the time because I was fixated on the big lifts. And I'm not in the least suggesting to only use machines, just that machines can nhave a role to play.

The risk from shoulder injuries is real alright, especially as you get past 30. I got an impingement on my left shoulder desperately chasing the goal of benching my bodyweight, and it's still giving me gip after 2 years. People get fixated with the big compound lifts, which is fine if you're a newbie, but it leads to less than optimal development after a while. Also I'm pretty sure drop sets to failure gets you the most hypertrophy bang for your bucks, and you cant safely and conveniently do tho…

Yeah, I go to the gym to lift, not to hit on girls. In this present climate it would be really easy to get yourself into a situation where the gym management decided it was time to kick you out permanently. Way simpler for them to side with the "victim" rather than be sympathetic to you. It could be the chick you pumped and dumped who complains, but that shit might come at you from other directions as well. damn straight. This is really important if you run your own business. 20% o your clients bring in 80% of your income, and 20% cause 80% of your workload. If you have clients which belong to the latter group but not the former, drop them like a ton of bricks. That often in practice means not taking them on in the first place.

I've been lifting for 2 and a half years and i'm pretty sure I gained muscle on a cut this summer, and I was getting probably 60% or so of my calories from protein. Obviously if you've been lifting for ages it's impossible, but I hate seeing the "can't gain and cut at the same time" mantra all over the place, especially as it fools the newbies.

Keto, lifting and IF are effing great for fat loss. Smart choice. Keep going with it, it's the best possible combination. Once you get really lean and muscular the lack of carbs makes it less than absolutely optimal for muscle building, but until your sub, say 14% BF, it works wonders. I would suggest one minor tweak. Try to avoid seed oils like sunflower oil, canola and corn oil. Replace them as far as you can with fruit oils like olive oil, coconut or avacado oils. We get far too much of the f…

8 months is pushing it, but 2 years is not. If you are naturally stocky like how OP looks like... say 5'10", 180 u can reach OP's body in 2 years. I swear nobody goes to gym in this damn thread. Yeah, that's kind of the point I'm making. I'm sick of TRP bullshitters who don't lift making outlandish claims. For sure, sexbots will undoubtedly become a thing for the bottom 40-60% of guys who can't get decent women. You're aiming for the top 20%, not the top 5. 90% of Americans are either fat or skinny fat, and it's not much better in the rest of the anglosphere. just lifting and eating right for a year or two will get you into the top fifth, even with shitty facial genetics.

NEVER judge a woman on her n-count or who she slept with, because she will only tell you that what you want to hear. Or rather "ALWAYS judge a woman by her n-count, just don't let her know you're doing it". Which I guess is the point you're making.

Good looking lesbians have a really shitty time finding decent partners because obesity levels among lesbians are higher than any other single demographic. I sometimes envy gay men, bearing in mind how easy it is for them to get sex and how buffed most gays are. By contrast, I pity attractive lesbians, who are scraping the literal bottom of the barrel in SMV terms.

Because there's a very popular belief on TRP that "lesbianism don't real", which is utter bullshit. True lesbianism is almost certainly caused by pre-natal androgen levels, as is male homosexuality. (That's not to say you don't get plenty of "lesbian at college only" girls, but there are plenty of women who just don't find dick any more attractive than you or I do).

The correct heuristic is getting into the top 20%, not the top 10. That's a fuck ton easier, especially as most people are fat sacks of shit in the anglo-sphere. The majority of guys may not have the genetics to get into the top 5 or 10% without roids, but just about everyone can get into the top 20 by lifting and eating right. Waaay too many people on this sub think they're blackpilling by talking about facial aesthetics, when in truth they're just not lean and muscular enough.

When ever I go up to the smoke I'm always struck by how many decent guys you see walking around with sub-par women, it's like London girls have stopped making any effort. Yeah, I totally agree. Young men seem much more passive and unadventurous than they did back in the day. LTRing a fatty is like only banging ugly women because they're less likely to cheat. Rollo Tomassi writes about open cuckoldry as the height of the feminine imperative. They get the provisioning and validation from the beta, while getting chads D. However though, this really sounds like the highest GRADE A, Katana wielding, peak SJW neckbeard wearing white-knighting. I can't imagine this happening anywhere in Europe, say. Have things got this bad in the States? Is this approaching "normal" behiour?

Of course they can turn it round, most of us here have been one of them. It's just they'll find it difficult with that girl in particular, as she has them tagged as betas, so they'll have to work much harder to convince her than they would another girl.

A stranglehold on the culture by monopolized mainstream media That's the thing I can see changing in the near future to be honest. The rest will stay pretty much as they are. However, as a confirmed armchair historian myself, this is absolutely spot on..."things change slowly, and then all at once." Perhaps we're talking about different timescales. Obviously in the long run things will change a lot, but over the next half decade or so I don't foresee anything major shacking things up. Especially…

There are a few trends which I think will continue throughout society for the foresable future given the way things are. Firstly, people are getting fatter. That means a lean muscular figure will be an ever greater advantage going forward. That's the good news. the bad news is that fewer and fewer women will be attractive and more and more will be in the unfuckable sub 4/10 zone. Secondly, betas gonna beta. Anyone who thinks the rebels are fighting for "liberty" in 2016 is trully deluded. Anyway, your pro-al qeada witch just lost the election, so Russia and the Syrian army are going to crush them.

I know about newb gains. You still haven't gained 7 pounds of muscle in 5 1/2 weeks though, because you're not superman or on roids. The first couple of weeks of strength gains come from recruiting all your muscle fibres, they're neurological gains, then you start building more. Keep going, enjoy your gains, stick with it, good luck. Remember in the long run eating clean is more impoprtant than the details of your lifting regime. "Our bodies were literally made for long distance running." Yeah, that's the point about HIIT. It forces the body to do things it isn't really evolved to do, and the stress reaction causes higher calorie burn and increased fitness as a result. HIIT is a body hack, a cheat sheet, a shortcut.

I did the same fat to muscular thing in my forties, and I get compliments all the fucking time. I don't know why you've left such a passive/agressive response to a comment I made 3 months ago, but I stand by it anyway. Low carb diets, IF and lifting are the simplest and best ways to get lean and muscular. It's all about simplicity and discipline. You've clearly got a hard-on for the keto crowd, which is fair enough as some of them can get quite cultish with their avoidance of fruit and stuff, but I'm not part of that lot.

Well on the other hand... I used to think one of my exes was BPD, she had all that intensity and clingyness, mood swings and a terrible relationship with her familly that seems to accompany it. However, I know realise this was my fault for the most part, because I kept failing her shit tests and took her at her word rather than judging her by her actions. I was sending incongruent alpha/beta signals and she went slightly nuts as a result.
/r/TheRedPill06/09/16 12:11 AM

People using the word "beta" as an insult isn't the same thing as RP ideas going more mainstream. Likewise 6 months ago I hadn't seen the word "cuck" on the internet in my whole life, now it's in fairly common usage. It's more to do with the online alt-right thing gaining in popularity as a reaction against the increasingly ridiculous SJW narrative, along with the Donald effect.

When I'm bored of the CC and my ovaries are calling I'll settle for one of the 7.5s" However, she's found out she ain't a 6 anymore, the 8s and 9s aren't even noticing her, and those 7.5 have either found a better 6 to settle with, have gr…

The easiest girls to get into bed are generally girls you've already screwed, right? That's the experience of most guys. So if you're going out with a girl who's screwed lots of men, she's far more likely to come across one of those guys in the future, each of whom will know they have a decent chance of bedding her, and will therefore game her hard. This will make it liklier she'll cheat, especially as shagging those guys won't increase her N count. It follows then, that a woman who has had many…

There's a reddit sub for PSMF which you'll want to check out. Depending on your weight etc, they recommend various re-feeds and pauses. Remember, it's a fast, not a diet. For a German it sounds pretty ridiculous to connect being nude at the beach with sexuality and frankly said your American puritanism amuses me. Yeah, that's fair enough, but the guy in the thread obviously is American, and public nudity isn't common amongst Americans like it is among central Europeans. I haven't seen any proper scientific papers on newb gains while cutting, I don't think any exist, but it's definately possible. I did it myself. My arms and chest got bigger as my gut shrank, and I was running a calorie deficit. If you stress your muscles they're going to do their thing, and if you eat at a deficit you'll lose fat. But only for a while, obviously, as your body adjusts to the stress. The key seems to be eating enough protein.

I don't think this is particularly good advice for skinny fat guys, And this is why. Newb gains are a thing. Newb gains can best be defined as muscle gains you can get without eating at a calorie surplus. So for the first 8-15 months of lifting, you can gain muscle without eating big, even while running a deficit. How long they last depends mostly on genetics, and they're really only apparent in the retrospect. In other words eventually you realise you're not gaining any more, and it's time to e…

Do what works for you, what keeps you exercising, cutting and maintains your motivation. That's the crucial thing, especially with cutting. If eating 6 meals a day works, do that. If eating all your calories within a daily 4 hour window is something you can stick to, then stick to it. I had a lot of success with fasting for two days a week, eating sometimes nothing at all, other times maybe a 8 ounce steak. On the other days I'd eat normally. One crucial thing you have to do is undertstand your …

If you've just started lifting you're in the newb gains period, where you can EASILY cut fat and gain muscle at the same time. You've got anywhere from 6 to 15 months of that ahead, depending on intensity amd regularity of workouts, diet, sleep and genetics. So run calorie defecit and lose fat, lift and your muscle will grow. Don't for f*cks sake bulk if you're slightly pudgy. I think it's very common, and I did it all the time before getting into TRP and understanding women better. Anita sarkeesians rhetoric is effective because she's a woman. We are hardwired to feel pity towards women who are weak. By contrast, we feel contempt towards weak men. That's human nature. Yeah, totally agree. A decent looking woman can get top tier men by looking after herself and her reputation, d0oing some exercise, and being charming. You have to watch out for the Bro science, that's for sure. Don't take advice on nutrition from people who don't have PHDs in nutrition science is always a fairly good rule. From what I can gather, low carb diets work because carbs burn quickly and you get hungry again shortly. Fat and protein keep you feeling fuller for longer.

I eat once a day generally, along with some fruit and occasionally nuts as a snack. On gym days I eat at approximatelly my TDEE (around 2000 calories), on rest days a lot less, perhaps around 500. There's a cool reddit sub if you google it. They get really into their "macros", which is all about how many grams of carbs you eat versus fat and protein. I didn't get too religious about it, just kept carbs very low and roughly counted calories. The great thing about it is that you can get muscle gai…

Aye, but those assumptions that economists make are highly subjective, and tweaking with them can totally alter the model's outcomes. A lot of the best looking women in the UK are from eastern Europe. They're pretty popular amongst guys for that reason.
