Personally, I think that a government marriage is a bad deal for whomever makes significantly more money and is also financially responsible irrespective of gender. A woman who makes $200k a year and is financially responsible would be unwise to marry a man who makes 50K a year. It is a great deal for the significantly lower earning spouse though. Women are not the enemy or the problem. The problem is the legal system that has been setup. There are good and bad people in both genders who have to…

This is going to impact men and women, people simply like to focus on men for some strange reason. The ability to have a near perfect mate is going to be hard to resist for the generation that grows up with these humanoid robots as part of life. The Daily podcast from the NYT had an episode (She Fell in Love With ChatGPT) about a woman who fell in love with a chatbot. While it is easy to dismiss as unusual, weird, mental illness, or whatever, this is probably the future.

I believe that she is a woman. She does not come from a very open minded or tolerant culture. I think she may have some genetic condition or something that keeps her from being within the confines of a stereotypical female look. It is extremely unlikely that she transitioned in the culture she is from. Not impossible but very unlikely.

I agree, hating women or thinking that they deserve less in work or life just because they are women is stupid and wrong. You can hold that belief and also want men to be treated equally at the same time. The media likes to frame it as if you can't want to address the very real issues of inequality with men in western society without hating women.

A new global gender divide is emerging Young men and young women’s world views are pulling apart. The consequences could be far-reaching One of the most well-established patterns in measuring public opinion is that every generation tends to move as one in terms of its politics and general ideology. Its members share the same formative experiences, reach life’s big milestones at the same time and intermingle in the same spaces. So how should we make sense of reports that Gen Z is hyper-progressiv…

Shocker, women are are as attracted to beautiful men as men are to beautiful women. This isn't even hard math. Look at all of the romcoms, it is pretty unusual to find a leading man who isn't very attractive. Next you will try to tell me the world is round.

Conservatives are winning battles while losing the war because they are losing ground from the rear. In a few generations, baring economic catastrophe, conservatives will have probably accepted pronouns, transgender and abortion, while picking some new issues to be the standard bearers.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/23 09:45 PM
6

Dude is talking literally about the collapse of progressivism due to piss poor birthrates, not a pendulum swim The conservatives of today are in many ways vastly more liberal than the conservatives of just 2 or 3 generations ago. Take a look at views on homosexuality and race for example. Pressure is being applied on both sides,. You could even call it a swing of the... pendulum.

In 100 years androids that can reproduce a man/woman and perform all the functions you want will be commonplace and affordable, notwithstanding some cataclysmic event that sets humanity back. We will also probably live a lot longer, be more healthy in that lifespan and be unlikely to marry, have children or even commit to a monogamous relationship. Social stigma is generally heaviest in the generation that grew up without X. If you group up with androids, interracial relationships, gay marriage,…
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 01:41 AM

This is the closest to the truth. Marriage and birth rates are plummeting. Within a 100 years we will have androids that pass for human in almost all ways. Western society is going to become much less society overall.

Another thing women don't realize is that if you are getting pumped and dumped, more likely than not, sex with you is not amazing. Men are a lot less likely to pump and dump if it was a great experience. Men pump and dump when it was average or worse.

Being short or fat does not say anything about how you are as a person Being short doesn't being fat does. It speaks to your personal discipline. I have yet to see a starving fat person. It is almost like you have to choose to overeat. I understand that people have different genetic makeups and cravings but in the end it really is all about discipline.

Of course either sex could do all of the jobs. The disruption to society would be repairable if all women disappeared overnight but it would not cause an economic or societal collapse. However, if men were snapped away society as we know it would completely collapse. The disruption to supply lines, logistics and simple job vacancies in vital fields would simply be too much to absorb without moving society to some Mad Max type of existence. Could women eventually absorb the losses and rebuild, of…

Are you saying it is better to marry without one? I am saying that if you do decide to get married, you should have a prenup for the protection it does garner. Obviously laws differ per state.
/r/Divorce_Men27/09/22 02:29 AM

He needs a prenup and not just one thrown together. It should be well thought out, she needs to have her own lawyer, it should be 6 months before the wedding and not have anything crazy, like she must keep the children in case of divorce and no child support. Remember, everyone gets a prenup. You either decide on one as a couple or strangers in the state capital make one for you. https://www.reddit.com/r/MediocreTutorials/comments/pp3h3z/mediocre_tutorials_and_reviews_dear_men_prenups/

A prenup isn't about trust or distrust. It is about an agreement on how to dissolve assets in case of a dissolution. You can either work out a prenup with your spouse or you can rely on the one your government comes up with but we all have a prenup. The difference is that you have no control over the prenup from the government and they can change it whenever they want. https://www.reddit.com/r/MediocreTutorials/comments/pp3h3z/mediocre_tutorials_and_reviews_dear_men_prenups/

The divorce is closure. You are going through withdrawal right now. Love acts on our brains like a drug. You have to ride it out and fight yourself to keep from going back to take a hit. Write down all the things you dislike about her all the situations that made you upset and review those whenever you think about contacting her and for goodness sake get a prenup going forward. https://www.reddit.com/r/MediocreTutorials/comments/pp3h3z/mediocre_tutorials_and_reviews_dear_men_prenups/

For sex, without a doubt but when it comes to marriage the most of the top potential suitors are looking for attractiveness, agreeableness and relative youth. I don't doubt that she could get another decent wage earner husband but unless she is an outlier those odds diminish every year and are much different that when she started dating her current husband. I Think she will find that she gets noticeably less attention than she did 5-7 years ago on the dating market.
/r/Divorce_Men26/07/22 06:10 PM
1

For an average guy I agree. However for a highly sought after man or even a high earner it is a lot less likely as a woman ages. If you are in the top 10% as a man you are probably going to want the top 10% in women or at least close to the top 10%. Very few women are in the top 10% as they enter their mid 30's.

Don’t get married or cohabitation This is a hard fact, especially without a good prenup. Western marital laws give little incentive for a man to get married.

Dude, if you make 2.5x more than her and her earning potential is not set to drastically increase (even if you get reamed by the courts) you are going to end up better in the long run. Be sure to do a prenup and do it right next time. The dating marketplace value for women does not increase with age. Unless she was fat/ugly with you and is now in shape or beautiful she is going to do worse going forward. Plenty of men will want to have sex with her but fewer of the prime candidates will want to …
