Also, in my experience people simply just treat attractive people better. 50/50 is really optimistic from my experiences. By not asking her out within an appropriate(??) time frame, you essentially told her that she is not attractive to you, or attractive in general. It's gonna be a lot harder to get her now, but if you realized that you truly want her, you should go for it. Now that I think about it tho, a lot of my jealousy stemmed from being insecure about myself(looks and body). After I was cheated on(for being too jealous sometimes) I figured it out, and made changes for the better. Everything is a lesson.
