I'll just put what I didn't include: Stop watching porn. Take a break at least, and if you can't even take a week off, you're addicted. Keep jerking off but just use something you’ve stored in your head; you definitely have something because we’re all perverts. If you take a step back and think about what type of porn is getting popular, it’s clear that it’s because men are getting increasingly frustrated and angry at women and the only way for some men to make themselves feel better is to watch…

Yep, I was broken, although I wouldn't say I was truly broken, because I knew I didn't want to stay that way. I just started chiselling away at my problems, decided to sculpt my own life that's all, and I believe everyone is capable of that. The thing is, you can decide to flip things around in an instant, it just takes time to see results, but you have to keep going. Nothing happens overnight.

I agree with you, and actually some breakthroughs only come when you do it alone. That's not the point I was trying to get across though. It's not about tripping alone vs. with a group, it's about having people in your life that you can depend on, that will travel with you through life. If "never trip alone" was the point of what I wrote, I definitely wouldn't be posting it here. Thanks for the comment.

The links. Especially the David Deida book. Don't take things personally when it doesn't go your way.

Agreed. You should always be asking yourself "why". Putting yourself out of your comfort zone is a great start, that's where you'll grow. You're aware things don't have to stay the same and once you start working on yourself, it's hard, but it only gets better. Keep it up!

What do you do after all that? Talk to women. If you are as confident as you say you are, it means you've got things figured out. You don't need to work out and you don't need money if you've got that much confidence. But then you say your kiss of the year happened only because of a wingman. Do you see the contradiction?

And if I promise myself I'll use tips from this site, I'll just bitch out and claim that I don't need it. (Which is a lie). And then I'll blame it on other things when it's really all me being a bitch, and then get depressed and even less motivated. Fuck. You're aware of your problems because you wrote this. If you want girls who are into sports and you believe they're only into big guys, then be a big guy. If that's what you want then that's how you get it, and the only thing stopping you are y…

It doesn't matter if you didn't do it all the other times. Don't dwell in the past. Start small because you need to rebuild the trust in yourself. Leaving dishes for tomorrow? Laundry for tomorrow? Gym for tomorrow? Everything you say you'll leave for tomorrow is something you force yourself to do now. It just takes one day to make things different. That first approach you make will fulfil the promise you made to yourself two years ago. You're so close to breaking through the resistance and once…

I agree with hotshot. Be honest and control your emotions. A woman sees your worries, fears, jealousies, everything, you can't hide them; she just wants to see how you handle them.

You say you work out, but immediately follow that by saying you're overweight and then trying to justify that with 4 or 5 kg. You're either overweight or you're not. Seems you're insecure about your body and that kills your confidence. Don't try to eat healthy, just eat healthy. Once you get through the initial resistance you'll make it through. When you're proud of your body, you'll be proud of yourself; then any man would be proud to be with you. Confidence won't just come, you need to work.

I feel a negative vibe from what you said because of the words sad and dwell. Nothing you said is wrong, but each five minutes of sadness, where does it go? It stays in you. Sadness turns to anger and they both stay in you until you blow. And then you're back at the start. Change your mindset. Do not take things too seriously because you won't feel good. Women are playful; so be playful. It's a fun game.

iLogin said the right quote but used the wrong words. "Live your life as if you're the hero in your movie". This is the exact way he said it and the two words change the whole meaning. In this way it means that you are the one in control of your own life; you are the hero of your own movie.

Getting what you want is not easy. You got close but you turned back when you should have pushed your hardest. What is this "given up completely" temporarily bullshit? Once you’ve given up completely, that’s it. Don’t give up. There's never a right time so you just have to do it. Keep hitting the gym, you got that. Take a break from porn because it makes you lose your drive. From reading what you wrote, it’s clear you know what your problem is. What does it matter if you get the girl or not toni…

Hey man! Great report! I have to say that I can already tell from reading that you lack confidence. Don't say sorry for the wall of text. Why are you saying sorry? You took your time to write it so don't be sorry for anything. You should also stop saying you're ugly; it's not a fact. And yea you fucked up when you didn't say hi to her, but that's okay because now you know where you fucked up and you learned from it. Don't get down on yourself. Don't give up either because you only started in Sep…
