She got drunk at her company Christmas party & hooked up with a coworker. She was divorced previously & honestly was just a kind of a mess. I ignored red flags because she was super hot & we had a lot of the same interests. As our relationship progressed I started to realize how emotionally insecure she was & eventually ended things.

5’11, 195lb, ~15%, Bench: 265, Squat: 315 (I lift 4-5 days a week). Outside of being in shape, I have a solid career & own my own house. Great family & friends. Lots of hobbies & I’d like to think I’m pretty down to earth. I’ve grown in my faith a lot more in the past few years. I attend church weekly. Pray regularly. Outside of drinking occasionally I don’t really have any major vices. We waited until we were officially dating but I just was weaker in my faith then. Present day I would wait unt…

If God put the desire in your heart to have a wife, I believe it is His will for it to happen. However how can you expect to be a Godly husband if you’re porn addicted & consumed by lust? A wife should help you get closer to God but she won’t magically cure your addictions & vices. You may be able to hide them for a bit but they will continue to surface until you’ve got them under control. Work relentlessly to get them under control, pray about it & trust that God will bring your wife into your …

Did she not show symptoms before the marriage or did she just not disclose diagnoses? Regardless, I think you need to do everything in your power to make this marriage work. I’d suggest consistent therapy for her (preferably DBT), daily self care, setting clear boundaries, limit alcohol, & continue couples counseling. She will need to be fully on board for it to work. If you’ve exhausted all resources and/or things become unsafe, then you consider the idea of separating or even divorce. That’s l…

Appreciate your perspective. I broke up with her & it feels like a weight off my shoulders. It definitely wasn’t easy to do.

I’m not sure why she told me all of a sudden tbh. She started going to therapy & told me right after her first time going. Maybe her therapist suggested it? Either way, it doesn’t matter anymore. I broke up with her. It sucks but it needed to happen.

Disagree to some extent. Posting on social media has become a way to build a personal brand and in turn grow your career. This is probably the minority but there are alot of rich motherfuckers that can attribute a good portion of their success to the power of social media.

Jeff Bezos can certainly afford to get hair implants if he wants, but he's probably just at the point where he doesn't give a fuck. Google an old picture of Elon Musk or MGK, they were both on the verge of being bald.

Try other forms of exercise such as running, swimming, biking. These are more mental in my opinion but really helped me to appreciate and understand different styles of exercise. Exercise mentally. Try meditation or reading books to stimulate your mind. While being the jacked dude is cool and all being healthy all around is much cooler.

Twitter is a breeding ground for the victim mentality. We live in a society where everybody wants attention and to feel important and unfortunately social media creates that platform for people to feed into it. Toxic. The way I look at it is that the rise in this type of mentality means less competition for me. Let them cry and deny ownership.

I remember an old saying that goes something along the lines of "if a man is able to upset you, they have power over you". When someone, like you referred to, starts to shit test you, I simply distance myself from them. They are showing their true colors and by intentionally trying to belittle someone it tells me they are insecure with themselves. I wouldn't even acknowledge them and continue focusing on my own improvement. They will most likely realize you're not going out of your way to respec…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
