What are some basic date ideas for a college kid in the big city? I'm not old enough to go to bars yet, and honestly other than bringing a girl to a party or something (which really just depends on me being lucky and actually knowing a party that night) I have no idea what would be some fun things to do other than maybe going for a walk and grabbing food, and frankly that sounds boring. I've gotten to a point where I can approach girls with little to no anxiety. I've done cold approaching off campus and gotten a few numbers from it, but all the times I've actually gotten laid is from parties and stuff. But what you said about only going for a girl or two a day sounds like a much smarter way to go about it.

See my problem at least with talking to girls in coffee shops or whatever is that I really don't know what I'd say other than boring banal conversation ("This is good coffee huh?" "Yep"), but honestly I think that has more to do with me being stuck inside my own head and not thinking on the spot, and I'm guessing like anything else the only way to get better at it is to practice. This. Done it a couple times and got a couple numbers out of it. Saves a lot more time than some weird indirect routine and the girls who say no weren't going to say yes to you anyway.
