I don't know how it works. It's just something that happened to me. It happened to a lot of guys on nofap. Go cruise the subreddit and read the reports. From what I've experienced I'd say that nofap improves dramatically our digestion, hence all the benefits including better skin.

How old are you ? I'm asking because Nofap doesn't do shit for me. Well not exactly. It gave me lot of energy, a wiser mind, more discipline and that's about it. But all the mental clarity, strength, better meditation and the general benefits people talk about didn't happen for me. I'm way beyond the 3 months mark. I've been doing nofap for 2 years now. It means these last 2 years I only ejaculated at most 5 times due to wet dreams, nothing else.
