I have been struggling with women most of my life. I am now 26 and have never had a LTR the longest having lasted only 2 months, and am not even sure it could be considered a relationship per se. I have this romanticized idea of love in my head, that to get her I have to chase her to the bottom of the grand canyon. I have no problem approaching women and I get them hooked pretty easily but the problem is I approach them with a long term perspective with marrying them as the ultimate end. So I tend to observe, single out the object of my affections then proceed to charm the shit out of them. Works every time and I always get their attention but it always crumbles soon enough. I then always start obsessing about them. After breaking up with my first girlfriend, it took me close to 5 years to get over it, stalking her social media and such nonesense. It was torture but I could not break from the habit. In the last few months I met this girl, put my game face on, got her attention and things were going great until they were not. She became shady then suddenly ghosted on me. Now I am in this rabbit hole, trying to figure out what went wrong, analysing even the most minute things and trying to figure out what went wrong and how I could fix things, checking her social media and such. I know its not healthy but I cannot help it. Am also attracted to narcissistic women most of the time, and I do not know why. I tend to fall in the nice guy category but its just who I am. What advice do you have for people like me?
