1	I just can't do it. My brain just won't let me. In logotherapy there's a concept called Paradoxical Intention. Essentially to deal with a phobia of something you must actively try to "fuck up" in the way you're afraid of. To take you for example I assume that when you get all in your head about approaching that you are deathly afraid of the girl rejecting you and you looking like a weirdo.
