Ask her if 1) You hurt her 2) To tell her how and why she feels that way 3) Validate how she feels. Don't argue. Be there for her, support her in the pain you caused her 4) Express willingness to improve on the issues she'll raise, and think of a plan Be direct and be open to criticism. I was in a situation fairly like yours. If she's a good friend, if she cares about you and believe that you can improve - she'll stay. But act on it. A woman believing in your goodness (whether or romantic) is a …

Fucking love women. There's something in the relationship with them - including friendship - that I can't get with men. There's an intensity and intimacy there that's a lot of fun. Friendships with them go deeper, and I feel like they take me places (emotionally) men can't. I'm sexually frustrated, yes, and occasionally vent. But I never hated feminism, really. I just use reddit sometimes when I need to blow off some steam. Constant rejections did do mental damage, but I truly don't hate any of …

Why do you think that the men who use women, are the same men who complain about the lack of connection?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/20 09:03 AM

Why do you think that the men who complain about loneliness are also those that objectify women?

I seriously don't think women exaggerate the threat and scope of sexual violence. Most of my female friends (maybe all of them) suffered some kind of an assault. One has been through a terrible abusive relationship, where pretty much EVERY sexual act was rape. She told many people. I'm the first one that believed her and bizarrely enough - I met her through him, and she was shocked I believed her story despite him being my friend. Of course, I cut off all contact with him because of that. My lat…

https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/feminism-objectification/ Hardly a term with a single, uniform definition. Did you study any of the social sciences? You cannot compare them to global warming. They're more fluid, with more shaky definitions, and with even more self-criticism. The way you take the conclusion without a single doubt shows how little you understand the social sciences.

So you think you represent all women, don't you? I find it bizarre how, whenever men speak of getting hurt or mistreated by women, we IMMEDIATELY have to doubt them, 'what were you wearing?' style.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/20 09:32 AM

Weird. You use a specific definition of the term, and suppose it is hard science despite being told otherwise. As a man, I definitely feel objecitifed by women - just in ways that are not talked about.

I don't believe in the 'never see again' attitude. I'm into cold sex solely for getting the fix. I expect to care about my partner in some way Of course I care about looks too. Did I say it's not so?

Artsy types. In general, if she's not into theatre / music / painting / cinema / literature, I'll have a hard time forming a connection. I don't need her to tick ALL boxes, of course - but a general interest in the arts is a major plus.

I pointed a single element that can spark attraction. I did not reduce their totality into that single element.

No, I don't think you do it less often. I talk about these issues fairly regularly with my female friends. Women have a long way to go to learn not to objectify men. Not to say men don't do it, but plenty of women are objectifying and misandrist - they just lack complete awareness of that possibility.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/20 04:13 PM

That explains. I'm a fairly big guy - around 83 kilo of both muscle and fat. Don't look absolutely lean but not that either. I feel pretty large here, but in Beglium I felt either normal or small.

As if women don't think similarly about men? Could it be the nature of romance causes this?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/20 03:13 PM

You immediately assumed being attracted to someone means you're objectifying them. You didn't explain how this works. I do not rule out this happens, but the logical chain of "Attracted --> Objectifying" is frankly, bizarre and how can you prove it? If you think all sexual attraction is objectifying (In a Kantian sort of way), then you shouldn't participate in sexuality.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/20 02:50 PM

The knee-jerk reaction of "Attracted to me = objectifies me' is a sign of privilege.

Do you think the women who hates herself but has sex every second weekend is remotely similar to the man who hates himself but has no sex? No suitors? I had a girlfriend once during the worst time of my life, and it definitely DID help a lot. It doesn't matter what you feel but your whole being, how you feel and what your reality is. Hating yourself while being loved isn't like hating yourself and being unloved.

People really don't hang out. They barely talk. TV and video games take a higher priority. I literally lost friends because they didn't want to do ANYTHING.

The incel panic is caused because mocking incels is comfortable. Kodak Black is accused of rape, but Kodak Black is a successful rapper - that's highly attractive, especially to women. It's way harder going against men like this. Punching up is not fun.

Keep in mind that 'pushiness, demandingness, coercive, aggressive' are the most accessible male traits for women. Since they're mostly passive, they never do any chasing - and so mostly the pushy people end up with women.

Aren't most rapists actually successful people, at least socially? Pretty much most rapes I know (that happened to female friends) aren't the "grab her by force to a corner" and so forth. These are people who are socially skilled enough to get into an almost-intimate situation. Then, they use force.

I have similar feelings. Roleplaying submission/ domination is something I'm into. But the idea of REALLY controlling someone utterly repulses me. I can only enjoy submission/domination play if I know my partner enjoys it. Sex without the woman's enjoyment / willing disgusts me.

In my experience, it's very difficult. Women are just not that interested in men, plus their sex drive is much lower.

Why don't you think women just have very high standards? One thing I learned from my female friends is that women are not as interested in men, as men are interested in women.

It's actually nice to hear someone admit how important the relationship is. Oddly enough, it's actually the women I know who most emphasize how romantic relationships aren't important despite constantly being in ones. But the one I had sure felt important. I'm glad you found a safe haven.

You are not entitled to self-love, feeling secure, or other people's love. So, why should I care about some girls being suicidal?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/19 07:28 PM

I hope this relationships serve you well. It'd be nice if more good things will happen to people instead of shit and rejection and violence all the time. I know I internalized these messages too and at this point I'm too far gone. You become hardened and avoidant, but such is life.

Huh? Where? Also, you just proved my point. Why should I care about some girl's insecurity if my lack of intimacy doesn't matter?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/19 07:09 PM

The message to guys is that their suicidality and self-loathing is of their own doing. If you're male and hate your body, you won't get any sympathy - you'll be called entitled. These girls can hate themselves all they want, but someone listens to them.

Your struggle sounds VERY similar to the struggle of men who can't attract women. I think the previous poster was too harsh. Truly, I don't know how difficult it is for you specifically. All I can offer is my sympathy. Yes, that shit sucks. Yes, being told you're not good enough is painful - even if these people are right. The sexual marketplace gets harsher the older you get. It does. Of the men I know, it's either "No woman wants me" or they're surrounded by them. I'm serious - when a man is attractive, you just see girls fall for him. Women tend to have sex with the same few men.

I agree with OP. My claim is that it's just that women are slightly more active than men sexually.

No. They're all having sex with mostly the same men.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/19 03:52 PM

I concur. I think what causes this mistake is two things: 1) Women are more sexually active than men. Look, I'm unattractive. I know a lot of attractive people. No one is really fucking like rabbits, but the women sure have WAY more sex than guys do. The major complaint of my female friends is the QUALITY of men (They're not fucking the CEO) whereas men struggle to get any sort of attention, except 1-2 who look like they're addicted to crystal meth. In my country, women have a thing for anorexic…

Again, in my experience, those who speak so well of themselves like you do are the least empathetic people. Such praise requires a self-centered worldview.

How do you know you don't tend to struggle? Maybe you're just arrogant. In general, what people say they are is horseshit. If you're into helping people, you should be too busy doing it to declare that. I always suspect people who praise themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/19 05:55 PM

Making a girl ask that question is actually an effective courtship technique. If he's interested in you, and know how to attract women, he'll make you roll that question in your head. That's not being evil. That's being sexy.

Ugly girls are fairly invisible, but not too much. Anyway, it's just like being a man. Most men are entirely invisible to women. So, deal with it, the world owes you nothing. Stop being a female incel. Ugly females should stop complaining.

I'm a 'Leftie', and I agree with you. I think we do not apply this type of critical thinking to our perception of males. There is a hidden assumption that the male experience is somehow homogenic. We constantly hear that society is dominated by men, but the question is never - what kind of men? Answering 'rich white men' is shallow. It's far more complex than that. I realized that because I'm a white, middle class dude. Yet I didn't have many of the privileges I was supposed to have, and I saw…

When it comes to exploitation, suicide preventionists do the most harm. I was on the brink and saw their indifference. If someone killed themselves, it means they were unloved and unwanted in their lives. Honoring them when they're dead is hypocritical.

No, it's not worse. The suicide victim is dead. He did not suffer from this video. As for his family - boo hoo, someone shoved the truth in their face. Suicide is ugly, and I'm actually glad Logan Paul did his dumb shit there. It needs to be shoved in their faces. The problem won't be solved by being nice and 'reach out for help' bullshit.

Most women don't respond to flirting. I mean, I maybe get one chance in 6 months to actually flirt back-and-forth. Even then, there is another guy in the background. Unlike the girl, I don't have other girls in the background. I recently started producing electronic music. I found learning all of it - including music theory - FAR easier than getting attention from women. Getting attention, any kind, from women is very hard.

Disagree about females caring more. I think they care far less. They enjoy talking about personal issues, but they don't care. Me being dead would hardly affect them.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/19 07:50 AM

That's what I'm saying - they never do. That kind of affection you get from male friends, they never show. I'm more and more starting to think that males and females don't have a lot of reasons to interact. There's too much bad blood.

No one contributes ANYTHING or does anything big with their life by building a family. Do you think anyone cares about Chuck D's kids if he has any? No, but they care about his music. Fathers are the spawners of meat. They will never be the top of society or the shapers of the world. People who do great big things are never family men.

Because I aim to achieve great things in the creative fields, such as music / graphic design / writings. Because I have no desire to settle down and spawn flesh, it means I aim much higher.

Why? A family is essentially wasting your entire potential to spawn some flesh thing. Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/19 11:17 PM

I'd commit to a woman only if she has a high status like me. I aim very high. In the end, my life is pointing towards the art - music, graphic art, creative writing. Unless she's interested in those and in working in those, I have no reason to commit. Only weak people want to start a family.

There's a difference between rejection and morality. I can reject a woman because she's ugly. I still won't think she's a lesser person. I'm simply not attracted to her. Adding the morality is "Ewww you're ugly! Fuck off!". In males it's called 'creep shaming' because the awkward nerd asked for your number.

It's weird. I always found the more conservative the girl, the creepier she is. Loose girls are the best. It's the closed-off ones that are utterly useless - don't want to do anything.

I'm a male actually (That doesn't want to get married - fuck that shit). I don't think those 'sluts' devalue sex at all. In fact, the more conservative-minded the woman is, the more I find she devalues sex. 'Sluts' are the women I had the best time with, since they were open, not ashamed, and not stuck in typical and abusive patterns of 'men must be X, women must be Y'.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/19 05:50 PM
5

Yes. They also happen to come off as sexually inept. Any time I talk to these people, they're also the kind of people you cannot have a "My fetishes and preferences" talk with. They're the kind you will kick out and ban from BDSM events due to their abusive conservative personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/19 05:48 PM

You don't explain why being a slut is somehow incompatible with being a 'great potential mother'. I'd rather have an openly sexual mother than a repressed one. There's a name for conservative, 'sex is bad' parenting - it's abuse.

I'm not sure if 'entitled' is the right word, but men are definitely more open. By that, I mean it's far easier to get a man to at least give you chance compared to a woman. I wish I would've at least had chances. If I had 10 first dates in my life that went nowhere, that's at least something.

Just because most people end up with a partner in the end, does not mean that's the partner they want. What I've seen is that, in general, women want few men. I was in plenty and a variety of social situations, and it was always 1-2 men that nearly ALL women wanted. I'm diagnosed with HFA but it manifests in me far more differently than others. I'm a serial clubber. I love noise. I love intense social events. I love burning myself out. I'm into the arts and the humanities - fuck coding, STEM and all that. It's boring. Basically, I don't relate to most Aspies - I find their lifestyles too calm and stable for me. I'm pretty sure it's not that aspie girls are rarer, but they get diagnosed less because aspergers (or HFA) in women is plain less offensive to the environment. Women who aren't very social are common. Men who are not social are doomed. The standards for men to have social value are much, much higher.

It amazes me how people openly brag about "Look how antisocial I am! I'm so awkward! I hate going to parties!". Then they ask themselves "Why am I alone?" We definitely live in a culture where the cool thing to do and brag about is being a shut-in. I don't care how many sex partners a woman had, whether it's zero or 100. So long as her attitude towards sex is liberal and open-minded, it's all good. Oh, there is the whole STD thing, but it's not in the "You're a dirty slut" thing. Rather, it's "Let's get checked to be on the safe side". I don't see any moral failure in women that have lots of sex - slut-shaming is stupid.

Compliments would most likely lead people on. If you want to support, help them find women. Someone egging us on to get hit on a woman we have a crush on is great help. Someone setting us up with a friend of theirs is a great help. Help them create opportunities if you can't be one yourself.

A sense of revenge? I mean, most guys get the ugly treatment from the get-go. Think about this - from age 13 onwards, you know you're horribly unattractive until age 25 (maybe) and that assuming you get a stable job. Many men don't in fact have rich sexual experiences but live in a constant sense of "I'm not good enough". So when women hit the age 30+, and lose their looks, there's a sense of revenge - now they're down in the dirt where I was. I don't think it's right to do that, but I can und…

Oh yeah, I didn't mean to pull a "You are wrong shut up" thing. I just specified how I use it, how most of the people I know use it and how it was used in the linked articles. Hopefully my argument is clearer now.

There's a difference between starting up a restaurant and hoping to make it in your town/city, and trying to go the start-up way. Check my other comment for more details about what I meant.

How much success did you have? How did you were socialized when you were young? Not everyone was born the same. Some people are raised in an antisocial, conservative environment - "Don't talk to people because you and them are dangerous!!!!!", that kind of that stuff.

Then we're using 'enterpeanurs' (forgive me, I can't be fucked to write that long word correctly) slightly different. I'm speaking more about people of start-up companies, with investment that aim much higher than restaurant owners. In general, restaurant owners are smaller businesses than start-up companies. I'm not sure many even aim to be a chain franchise, just have one (or two) that work well enough.

There's a difference between being uninterested in sex IN GENERAL, and between having a rough period. If IN GENERAL your libidos / fetishes clash, then it's hopeless. For example, I have a high sex drive and enjoy oral (both giving / getting). I couldn't be with a GF with a low drive who rules out this sex act. But if I had a GF who had a period of stress for various reasons, then I will do my best to support her during that period. You're not in the wrong.

Disagree here. Better personality is better sex. Assholes tend to have shitty sex (Since either they're too conservative and so are afraid of sex, or just don't care and only fuck for status). If two women are very similar in the level of physical attractiveness, I'd rather sleep with the better personality. Sex is an act, not something that is given. It's not an object. Personality DOES matter for good sex.

I go to the gym all the time, and those pencil dudes are never there. When I talk to them, they never exercise. Diet may have something to do with it, but some people just have a very high metabolism. I'm talking "took too much crystal meth" kind of thinness. These guys won't cut it in Fight Club, for example. We got plenty of gym bros. It's not a popular look in Israel AT ALL. I think there's a cultural reason for that - Israelis are antisocial and would prefer to spend all their time watching …

The skinny look is actually the MOST difficult to achieve. Either you're naturally skinny, have an eating disorder or an addiction to amphetamine. Anyone else cannot and will not be skinny. In Israel, it's the only body type women are even friendly to.

I think people hate the idea of unattractive people becoming attractive. The attracted is always weaker than the attractive. If you get attractive, you'll have more power. If your female friends don't want you to become attractive, that's because they're afraid of being attracted and thus with less power. It's the same with men who use the word 'thot' or 'hoe' or 'slut'. They recognize this woman has more power than her and it's a retaliation (Also, an admission you hate sex and are bad at sex…

I operate from a VERY liberal view of sexuality. Sexual conservatism is disrespect. Thinking that people are hitting on you are disrespectful, is being disrespectful towards them. I know a lot of women who went from liberal to nuns because of disrespectful men. I heard horrible stories. Most people treat their ONS like shit.

Respecting someone doesn't mean I can't have kinky sex of submission and humiliation. It means understanding this is roleplay and that we do it for the both of us. Read the kind of 'rules' S&M parties have. Their culture gave me the answer to what sexual liberation is.

I always hear women say they're attracted to X and go with Y. I keep hearing "I'm not into skinny guys" by women who always date incredibly skinny guys (anorexic look). Power is not enough. Is it respectable power? There's a big difference between a prison warden and a DJ. Both control the social situation, but the DJ (rave culture specifically) is RESPECTED. He's viewed as achieving something that makes him worthy of his position. The prison warden doesn't necessarily inspire that respect in pe…

Israel is a very conservative and anti-social country. TV is pretty much a new God here it's hilarious. I think the skinny look says "I can watch TV all day and not get fat". The 'army man' look says "I had to eat shit at the frontlines". While that's very macho, it's not as cool as watching TV and Israel is all about TV and hamburgers. Whoever told you we're 'warm' is bullshitting you. The bars close at 2. If you want rock'n'roll and hedonism, don't come here.

I don't know how to explain it. You'd think the whole 'ruh ruh army' would make people love the 'warrior muscular look' like your typical Marvel hero. Yet I can't think of a person who does well with women and isn't incredibly skinny. One time I lost a decent amount of weight and the way my female friends treated me changed DRASTICALLY. It wasn't a move from unattracted to attracted, but just getting thinner made me more appealing in very way. Basically, if you're in Israel, get an eating disord…

I feel the same and I'm a man. After my ex dumped me during a low period, I know that just as men objectify women, women objectify men. I still do my best to treat people fairly, but I won't be surprised if I get pumped-and-dumped or used as an antidepressant. I'm most likely a tool for women.

Israel. I'm not trolling. I've seen plenty of guys that women lose their shit over. They were always incredibly skinny, not as athletic but 'heroin chich' for males. I'm at the gym all the time and the guys in the gym, even the thin ones, are far more buff than those I see that are popular with women.

Good sex isn't something you do TO someone, but to WITH someone. It's first off based on mutual respect - no one's here trying to get the most and then run away. We're trying to make it so BOTH of us will have a good time. And that opens up a feeling of safety where you can try anything. Good sex, along with above, will be with a woman who 1) Will be open to my fetishes 2) Will have fetishes and desires of her own, so she could also tell me what she likes. I want a girl to be both turned on my p…

I've been told looks aren't very important to women. That's one of the most OBVIOUS lies. Pretty much EVERY SINGLE COUPLE I see, the guy is extremely thin (Eating disorders level) whereas the girls can be chubby. In fact, I'd tell men in my country that if they want women, they first need to destroy their bodies and achieve thinness. No one will love you unless you're thin.

I'm creeped out by pretty much anyone, of any gender, who badmouths people who 'sleep around'. I don't need overly-sensitive people in my life who get angry at people having consensual sex. One advice I give to all my friends - any guy who speaks such negatively about sex doesn't want to actually have sex, but masturbate using another person's body. I live in a conservative country where everyone seems to hate sex, so that stuff sets me off. I've seen enough people break down due due to guilt.

I'm a male so that's not encouraging. I know men who are into obese women but no women who are into even slightly chubby men. I wouldn't date an Aspie girl without making sure she's not on some "Sex is evil" trip. I know a lot of autistics and many are not very sexual. I'm not settling for nothing.

What is 'good looking and successful'? Can you be more specific on that? It's possible these traits are actually quite difficult to achieve, and are higher for men than women. For example, where I'm from, pretty much the ONLY guys that are doing alright with women are stick-thin. That's a body you can't even get at the gym. They're not fit, only skinny. You also have to keep in mind that men need to be both good-looking, successful, AND the active party. Being active is exhausting. Men who sen…

(Man commenting) On dates men WILL try to impress you. That I don't deny. A man WILL highlight what he thinks he's good at, what he thinks will get you interested. He won't 'act natural' or like he acts around his friends. Hell, I think that even when I met famous musicians I love, I was focusing less on impressing them rather than impressing women. There are those who take an 'open book' approach and won't hide anything, but they're rare and in my experience they're easy to spot. They tend to h…

Frankly, I think I got so good at masking that I don't have such issues you describe. I'm still prone to go again and again over a subject, but it's DEFINITELY not as bad as before and way more controlled. I think it's subtle things, like body language and having a more difficult time to do the back-and-forth of conversation. I had a lot of positive experience in r/AskMen actually. It gave me answers without telling me how horrible women are. It's the same focus on self-improvement, getting out there, getting fit, knowing it doesn't guarantee anything, the struggle exists but if you want it you must struggle. They provide a space to discuss troubles and saying "yeah it sucks" without "All women are in on a conspiracy to tear you down".

Women shouldn't lower their expectations. Women should only be with men or women they want (assuming these men aren't mad manipulators and such). If that means I'll die alone, so be it. Sexual frustration is a real thing but nobody owes me sex.

I don't know if there was a starting point to this exchange of aggression But I don't think that every single time a man is mean to a woman, it has something to do with 'anger at cruel females'. Some men ARE misogynistic and think it's appropriate to treat women this way. Some people are assholes. You shouldn't feel guilty or blame women when some men insult them at Overwatch. I'd say that cruelty from females (when it exists) is also less visible.
