No one gave me the time of day. How many guys did you ask out? It took until my last two years of college that it improved. By the time I was in my late twenties I was doing much much much better. Elliot Rodger was diagnosed with multiple mental illnesses including autism, which is obviously a huge handicap when interacting with women. Secondly, lots of things that are subjective can still be meaningfully quantified. "20 year olds are more attractive than 80 year olds", "horse manure tastes worse than mashed potatoes", and so on.
