Ex-friend got notified of a warrant for a ticket. Went to pay it in person, took his money, then they arrested him and held him for 5 days while they processed the warrent. It was explained to him that while he had paid, the warrant was still open until a judge could review the payment and cancel the warrant. So, this does not seem completely unbelievable.

Built a monitor and computer stand for my treadmill, and a nice stool for when I'm tired. Have walked 3+ miles a day after work while playing video games, watching shows, researching topics. Running does the body some good, but it is surprising the different muscles walking uses. Plan on walking with weights soon to get in better backpacking shape.
