Very true. Happiness is attractive. If you’re anywhere not enjoying yourself (nightclub, social circle, hometown) you will struggle. It’s unfortunately true vice versa and becomes a vicious circle for the man unhappy because of sexual frustration.

Funny enough in Ibiza we would often have girls flocking to us precisely because we were on ecstasy and had no interest in them sexually at that moment. Perfectly summed up the counterintuitive nature of attraction (and was very amusing).
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/17 02:30 PM

I thought I went through a period of liking clubs but really I just liked ecstasy which made people a lot more tolerable. Plus it’s much better in a house party anyway which is why I largely agree with Brooker. Although I went too far that way, convinced I was doomed to be one of life’s inexplicably good looking but unattractive people I did the drugs and house party thing as a substitute for intimacy. Which both worked and didn’t work.

100% agree with that last bit through personal experience Though “crazy teenage sex drive” in my defence. In fact your comment has made me realise that rather than judging myself so harshly because I was unattractive I may simply have been unattractive because I judged myself so harshly.

These days I prefer them. There’s only so much sports betting talk I can tolerate. They are much better fun when your physical desperation doesn’t demand you to elope with them as well.

It’s all about mastering the art of banter. I was this guy in my teens; “One of the boys” but anti-social, overly intense and intellectual. I struggled to relate to people (particularly girls) who I found unbelievable facile, mentally shallow but enchantingly attractive. Although I enjoyed indulging in both drink and drugs I was never the brainless hedonist most around me seemed to be. I know the word weird was used at least once in my teens. And I clung to all that as a source of identity. Yeah…

Of course they just don’t deal with women as a beta
/r/TheRedPill05/11/17 04:26 PM

I don’t see any beta Muslims and I live in the UK. They may be not be cage-fighting brawlers but they are utterly alpha in their dealings with women.

Ah yes agree with this. Many see me as nicer when in fact I’m just more confident.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/17 12:25 PM

The point is that the 80/20 of beta to alpha is entirely malleable on a societal level.

In all seriousness I’d be a good one to answer this as was bitter about being lonely and sexually frustrated through my teens: Women are completely different from men Women are exactly the same as men Many of the frustrations of the nice guy stem from these two assumptions. The same man may also think both statements simultaneously about different aspects of femininity and predictably get them both wrong. For example he may think women share his view of attraction (looks based with extra points …

I’m now stoic, realise that only I have the keys to my self worth and am attractive to most women. In fact it’s effortless to the point where I resent the contrast with my desperate youth. I fully understand and accept the nature of women and men and have a fearlessness where anxiety would sometimes reside. But I have “a” girlfriend not plates and two step-children and this is a choice not a resort as it would’ve been in my teens. So no idea if im this is me or not. All I know is that I don’t ca…

Not American so admittedly not 100% relevant but i found university only really “crazy” for sheltered middle class kids. It was tame compared to the parties I was used to and that includes drink, drugs and sex (the latter not so much me personally unfortunately).

That’s true. That’s why shy guys creep women out more than actual creeps - they put the onus on the woman to instigate and escalate.

An exciting guy who is humble and polite with a woman v an exciting guy who negs, teases and boasts.

I am as I believe it to be true. The difference between being an exciting challenging guy but actively challenging or being challenging with her.

I’m specifically talking about in his interactions with her. Not, not having to perform generally.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/17 03:55 PM

As often I think I need to clarify: Most men have a vague understanding of what women find attractive. They don’t however realise that their specific interaction with that woman is being measured for this. So they know that women like an exciting man. But don’t realise their interaction is and should necessarily be an audition of this. They see women (maybe patronisingly) as having to be treated better than men and don’t realise they need to flex their strength (confidence, negs, indifference, a…

Well telling them to drop the niceness and humility is a start however much of their natural character they believe it to be. You bring up an interesting point about men going for bitchy, confident women. I believe people desire what they lack and it’s no coincidence that as Western men are getting weaker they are seeking seemingly stronger women. I used to find confidence attractive as a teen who lacked it. Now I’m fearless I find it a turn off partly because I know what it’s comprised of.

Your last paragraph could’ve come straight out of trp interestingly.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/17 09:44 AM

True of course and mentioned in another thread. If youre confidently humble you’ll get nowhere. It’s ego women crave. Not egotists but ego. And we struggle to admit that on here.

Both focus on self improvement but the PUA was about getting validation from women and sex whilst trp from within. PUA was the how and trp the why, The sexism is hate from men who are new to things and are forced (correctly) to take women off the pedestal. And men who have been cheated on. And men like me who have to cope with the bitterness that women denied us the one thing we wanted most in our sexual prime. But really I was never the fearless and attractive man I am today. Be confident is correct but ridiculously vague. I took it to mean approach more but it did nothing to address my overly polite, unassuming and unconsciously supplicative behaviour so just got me more rejection. Yes I read Strauss’ The Game long before I read Tomassi’s Rational Male so am aware of the PUA community. The PUAs are seen as shallow hedonists with no idea how to keep a girl. I’d agree that PUA is window dressing whereas The Red Pill can lead to real self improvement with stoicism bein…

What do you think is better than Red Pill from a man’s perspective? And standard dating advice is absolutely not “work out, have interesting hobbies, don’t be desperate”. It’s more; be yourself, be confident (often a contradiction right there), be nice, there’s someone out there for you. One thing trp does is strip away your ego. It says that you may be special but if you’re lonely then you’re not “sexually attractive-special” and if you don’t change you never will be. It states (much as you do)…

I’m aware of what females find attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 07:55 PM
3

This is exactly the sort of distinction I’m talking about. But in my opinion you can confidently stride up to and talk to girls but if you are a bit to polite (not a bad thing), a bit too humble and egoless (not a bad thing) and a bit too interested in her (again not a bad thing) you won’t be attractive and will be supplicative.

I’ve arguably just described my girlfriend’s boyfriend but she was 27 when I met her and I’ve learned a hell of a lot about attraction since my teens.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 06:14 PM
1

Unless he’s supplicative.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 06:11 PM
1

Most of mine didn’t. One of my best mates in school was a lovely person but hit puberty early and was pushed into the gym by his Dad and I’m not convinced his altruism had anything to do with his huge success. And if you want to draw a distinction between altruism and putting others first a bit too much I’d agree but that still proves my point about not being told such behaviours were such attraction killers.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 06:01 PM
3

If you’re unconsciously supplicative you can be pleasing on the eye but never attractive. No one tells you this in detail which is helpful.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 05:57 PM
1

Where were you in my teens lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 05:56 PM
1

This is an interesting point.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 05:51 PM
2

As I’ve just said you can be physically good looking but if your naturally unassuming polite and altruistic you’ll won’t be attractive. You’ll be unconsciously telegraphing all the wrong things. Of course some on here like to imagine this is a tiny problem for a tiny percentage of under ordinary men. I wouldn’t be so presumptive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 05:30 PM
3

Approaching women without understanding what constitutes attractive, without a basic understanding of the alpha/beta dichotomy is useless. If you’re naturally polite, unassuming and altruistic you can be as “confident” as you want, you won’t be attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 05:25 PM
3

Confident is correct yet ridiculously vague. It reminds me of the comedy sketch where the manager simply repeats the line “be better at football”
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/17 05:21 PM
4

I could say this is projection. I could also say that many many many men do just this and are great at it in terms of being popular just not sexually attractive. Couple this with working on your looks dress and thinking we share an idea of attraction and you’ve got a path to frustration.

The red pill can help a man understand why he has been rejected/ignored by women. It can help him become attractive. It can help him get one woman or more. It gives you a brutally honest picture of attraction. It is in no way perfect and in some ways contradictory but remains a million times ahead of the standard mainstream dating advice. It is an evolving amalgamation of theories which puts observable behaviours over words. It is power and can be used for good or evil. I’ve argued it’s particul…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/17 05:46 PM
4

There’s two reasons men come to the red pill: Can get but not keep girls because women have freedom, many options and suffer few negative consequences from infidelity in modern society. Can’t get girls because of self esteem issues. Both these types struggle to relate to each other for a start.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/17 04:41 PM
1

Yup basically sums up beta hell. Women don’t see it this way of course and it’s an unfair and unhelpful way to look at it but of course men get pissed off seeing women giving the ultimate prize to men who are almost bored of it whilst denying the guys it would mean the world to. You can’t blame young men’s frustrations. You can’t blame women either just learn and adapt or simply wait till your thirties for the ultimate irony of lower libido > female interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/17 03:58 PM
1

This is a good point although I’d personally substitute standards for sex drive. I’ve always said it’s the crazy Male libido which causes much of the difference between the sexes.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/17 03:56 PM
1

Being a normal young person with self esteem issues and being concerned about having the right to make another person feel awkward or uncomfortable unintentionally. Being a decent, non-egotistical young person basically not everyone will relate.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/10/17 11:08 AM
1

But being attractive as a women is default. Not an achievement as it is for a man.
/r/askTRP30/10/17 04:04 PM
3

Where do you live exactly and why are the young men there banned from the news?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/17 01:04 AM
3

You’re wrong. Being seen as creep like Weinstein is a major issue for young men. They will erroneously strive to be his opposite.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/17 01:01 AM
2

Of course. But being afraid of rejection itself implies ego. Being afraid of the negative consequences of rejection is fearing social ostracism, hurtful words and other genuine worries.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/17 12:58 AM
1

Yes low self esteem is certainly an important component but then most young people have self esteem issues. Being seen as having been in some way inappropriate is definitely the top reason young men struggle and is an unfortunate by product of a culture that has a tendency to assume all men are bad when ironically its the good men who take note of such things. Luckily some either are so naturally attractive as for it not to matter or are more socially streetwise.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/17 12:45 AM

No they aren’t. They are scared of negative consequences arising from the rejection. Not the rejection itself. If it would be private or anonymous they would not care a jot. Well maybe a jot but it wouldn’t stop anyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/17 12:42 AM
4

So it’s not fear of rejection itself but the negative consequences (public shame, word of mouth etc) that follow?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/17 12:38 AM
2

We’re having less sex and making less babies than ever
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/17 12:36 AM
6

Boys aren’t scared of rejection. We’re pressured to be the more competitive sex in most areas so it’s a part of life. Boys are scared of negative consequences arising from being rejected and being “inappropriate” tops that list. It’s a fear of punishment not rejection. If a boy could theoretically know just by looking at a girl if she liked him or not he’d do it. That would be rejection. But it’s the fear of punishment that holds him back.

I am suggesting that pity fucking (even a gloved handjob) a desperate friend is morally superior to having sex with strangers for money. But am confused that (as I assumed, perhaps wrongly) the latter is far more common than the former. As a man I’d pity fuck any of my female friends before becoming a gigolo but then I’ve heard we’re different males and females.

It’s weird. The worst thing I have gone through is sexual frustration, loneliness and subsequent depression in my teens/early twenties. Let’s call that my 1. Negative Experience. Now women may care and empathise with even numbers 9 and 10 on that list but will for whatever reason not care a jot for that one. And will be surprised it is higher on the list than extreme violence and illness. Become high value or turn up at a massage parlour with enough money and it’ll become a priority however lol

/r/TheRedPill28/10/17 02:20 AM

Well for a start “fucking pussy” IS rather intimate. But men value all types of physical intimacy over women starting from cuddling and kissing. Women aren’t fussed. To be in a relationship with a high status man is often enough for them. Goal achieved.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/17 01:04 AM

I’m not sure any woman will ever truly understand or sympathise with a male’s need for intimacy. And if they do wife them up lol.

I used to go out, drink, take drugs, be a bit of a party animal, had many friends, and still could get no one lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/17 06:32 PM
2

Not receiving intimacy for years as man makes you bitter at best and depressed at worst. It’s what led me to the red pill which has helped me understand why. It’s arguably why patriarchy/religion forced women into early marriage. To help egoless young men achieve intimacy and affection when they need it the most.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/17 06:26 PM
1

Ha ha it’s great how so many know me so well from my posts. These days if single I know the path to affection and relationships is sadly game based and not “treat them as individuals”. Why would attraction be idiosyncratic from an evolutionary point of view? Can’t believe I ever thought it would be? First acknowledge he (nor anyone but yourself) has any control over your self worth. Then remain cool, happy and relaxed in his presence but always invest less than him in your interactions. Don’t be like an excitable girl but don’t let him know he’s pissed you off either. It’s mostly stoicism.

We all do for a very good and obvious reason. They are surprisingly similar to women. Have scarcity, abundance and don’t over invest. And don’t need them. Like women the more you want and need them the more they’ll be repulsed. They’ll respect rugged self interest much like women just wont feel attraction.

Me too which is completely at odds with my now attractive and dominant persona but explains my pusillanimous and onanistic sexual past. You have to subvert your fetish to pull girls which is interesting. Also means you’ll last a lot longer when dominating as you won’t be quite as aroused. Don’t reveal unless with a lower SMV girl.

The OP clearly wants to know how slutting it up affected you (sigh) and I’d wager to see if it’s as empowering as mainstream culture implies.

Learn Game when you got the energy for it. I’m a good looking guy (always was) but now with unshakable self worth and muscles but can’t be fucked to go out lol. When I had that energy in my teens and twenties I was an anxious, desperate, over excitable beta. So go out and shag whilst you still go out young ones. I’m doing great in life but was the nice guy when I had the energy of a bad boy now I “get it” but am not interested in that scene.

Wish that were true I wouldn’t have been so confused in my teens seeing my uglier (but more clued up) mates get girls while I never could. Good looks with naivety and no understanding of attraction from a female perspective are useless.

I’m almost to the point of boring myself with this but as a good looking ex beta I’ve spent a lifetime seeing ugly jerks swimming in pussy whilst I’ve gone home alone so can personally attest this isn’t true. Trust me on this - I wish looks mattered more but they don’t.

In a nutshell. Nature caused women to need men as men need women. Civilisation kept this up by the institution of marriage. Post-civilisation has created a bastard unseen before where the state satisfies a woman’s needs but not man’s ultimate need. No wonder Islam is so popular.

I see many contradictory views on this. “I’m with my husband/wife because they’re a great human being.” And... “Good and decency are baseline requirements (they aren’t by the way)/Niceness tokens... have never equated to attraction.” You might stay with your partner because of their good character but it will not be what attracted you to them.

I’ll come at this from two angles: I’m 30 and much of the below could be applied to me. And there are men in their sixties who could say the same. And there are stillborn kids and people who have only known pain and disease. But I too feel this. Particularly with women. It’s typically ironic that now my life isn’t about nightclubs and two-week party holidays I am effortlessly great with women. But I no longer have the raging sex drive or live the lifestyle where this would be beneficial. So when…

I read in a recent scientific publication penned by a woman that “men will do anything for sex, but perhaps not a lot more”. It’s one of those quotes that sounds less outrageous the more you read it. Men used to have to invest heavily in their potential mate, their potential mate’s father (crucially), their offspring and wider society to get this opportunity. Now, bizarrely, not only are these strategies ineffective but are actually detrimental and associated with the nice guy/beta archetype. As…

Yes I agree feminism has liberated alphas arguably more than women. Without them there would be considerably less fun being a sassy, single, independent woman so it’s deliberate, necessary even.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/10/17 07:43 PM
1

That’s interesting. I suppose for the introvert being attractive is a compromise. Be “you” and don’t get your needs met or become someone else and resent yourself. We’ve been pretty much opposites in that respect. I spent my teens/early twenties too proud to change for anyone and had a great time except no one to go home with. But Game’s enhancement of social confidence to the point of fearlessness is helpful in almost every area of life.

This post completely misunderstands female nature. A man not in the top 20% is of no assumed genetic (read sexual) value. He is useful because he provides security and possessions. My girlfriend shares the cognitive dissonance. I think it’s hard for them to accept that their fuckability will nearly always trump their likability. Men are easily likeable - women easily fuckable. Hard for us to be sexy and them to be a personality outside of their sex appeal. They know this hence the friend zone anger “Yeah course I’m fuckable but thought I was actually likeable for once”

Asshole game will always work to spark attraction but you have to be engaging in conversational banter first otherwise it’s just insults, obviously. You don’t have to buy it. It’s my life experience and before I understood attraction from a female perspective i couldn’t get my head round it. Even my girlfriend admitted “You can be the best looking person in the world but if you don’t have confidence you won’t pull it off” Looks aren’t looks unless paired with alpha qualities from a female perspective. If looks and only looks mattered I wouldn’t be here as there would’ve been nothing to fix.

An even more cynical analysis: Women only do nice out of weakness. Then project this onto decent men. Sometimes when I’m out I employ asshole game as a social experiment and it never fails. No I believe it’s unconsciously interpreted as weakness which is probably correct in some cases. I’d say it’s unattractive in every case. Many girls have told me this. I personally find it charming but then if there’s one thing I’ve learned it is not to second guess what women will find attractive.

What do you consider Game? To me it's the whole study of Evo Psych which Manson naturally is big on. Or is it the narrower, Mystery Method definition of making up stories? The most valuable thing Game did for me wasn't to bash women or exalt alphas or give me routines but to draw attention to bad habits that conveyed weaknesses which weren't in some cases even accurate.

Good summation. Men have it better in the end.

Pre Game I'd have said women. I was very good looking, funny, popular but no alpha nurturing so would've been attractive to those who prioritise looks. Now I've lifted myself up from my bootstraps I'd stick with being a man. Harder but more reward. Women obviously have things SO much easier in the SMP. I'm pretty sure women saying "Man" are doing so under the assumption they'd be alpha... if only.

Well yes I'm where I want to be know it's just a brain that seeks negativity. It would never be a conscious decision to think in such a pointless way. Interesting last sentence. Some women undoubtedly like to be abused but they'd never be my cup of tea anyway. Most just need ticks on the standard alpha checklist. I find sexual desire natural and certainly not "disgusting". A lot more charming and honest than aloofness and indifference in any case.

I was MGTOW before MGTOW. But pre-Game I genuinely thought you either had it or you didn't. All observable evidence suggested I didn't and I saw no point putting myself through painful rejections and other such depressing social experiences. I literally gave up on women from 18-21. But had I known women were that facile then no chance would I have done that. Had I known swaggering around like a prick treating them with a playful disdain would have worked better than "treating them as individuals…

Many people misunderstand the Pareto Principle I think. The 80/20 is more who would fuck for its own sake. Men being men would fuck 80% of women and women being women would fuck 20% of men. Obviously this can be logistically difficult for men and things like exchange for resources, traditional marriage and dads over cads comes into it for women. I'm quite open to mine being the misunderstanding however.

Having you're own spin is vital. I'd say the red-pill endgame should be relying on no one but you for your feelings and emotions. Internalising the truth that no one has any control over your self worth but you. It's realising that that hole you thought you could fill with women can only ever be filled by you. Then you don't need or in many cases want women and in this counterintuitive world we live in women start wanting you. If you want women you've got to stop wanting women first.

I wouldn't say women hold lower tier men in contempt they are just sexually invisible. When they try to rise above their station by the study of evolutionary psychology we see some very interesting reactions with contempt often commonplace. As Rollo said women want the natural alpha who "just gets it" bestowing her with his natural alpha "just gets it" genes. So it's understandable that they react negatively to learned, contextual alphas (coming from such an alpha).

Problem is there are men who find the strong, driven, successful woman attractive but in a lot of cases these are men who lack those qualities themselves. Much like the shy guy finding the confident girl attractive, then gaining confidence and finding her brash and unsufferable. There's no doubt some alpha men are in relationships with career women but I'd predict that they would be more likely to attract betas. Especially if they are (consciously or not) bringing their dominant persona home wit…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/17 04:17 PM

I'll say it again - it's nice guys "lack" of entitlement which is his problem. He hopes whereas the alpha believes it's his birthright. I've heard career women bemoan dating sites which produce men with average jobs. This has spawned sites like Elite Singles etc. Nice guys want "a woman" whereas the women you describe want a hypergamic superior (obviously) who ALSO earns more than them. Nothing alike.

Yes that is what bad men do. And what attractive men do. They still don't share this alphas sense of certainty if they did they'd become one. They suffer from unconscious incompetence so think they "are" making it work.

Are you suggesting that men, en masse, are demanding explanations from women who did not share their attraction? Although I'd have no problem laying bare the truths of evolutionary psychology to my female friends as I do male friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/17 05:52 PM
1

I disagree with this entirely. If he "expected" intimate rewards he would behave like an experienced alpha and in all likelihood would get them. No the nice guy "hopes" things will develop without any coherent or concise plan to achieve that. The lack of knowledge leads to a lack of confidence leading to no attraction.

The law of attraction is really just understanding attraction from a female perspective. And oddly this isn't a given for a lot of men who assume women are attracted to the same things they are. The only excitement men need in a relationship is sexual. Men assume that looks, a pleasant demeanour and rapport will be enough as it's enough for them and we're all the same anyway aren't we? Well no women want all those good qualities but they must be allied to alpha. Much like we need physical attrac…

Just because Dr Glover wrote a book and used the term covert contract doesn't mean it's true in any case let alone every case. Some people are nice out of nature/nurture. You can't blame them for also wanting companionship and intimacy nor assume you know their motives. It's perfectly possibly to enjoy doing things for others and want intimacy. Nice guys are frustrated that no one told them the law of attraction. Not that they did nice things. That's the lie.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/17 03:24 PM

Civilisation itself was born of nice guys/betas/provider males being given access to companionship and intimacy in exchange for their brains and brawn. I saw this quote and it's exaggerated but not too much "Men will do anything to get sex, but perhaps not a lot more" Now men have realised that not only will being a nice provider not get them sex, but acting like a carefree alpha will. This does not bode well for societal growth (assuming we won't all be Islamic before too long).

They do not believe niceness in of itself is attractive. They believe that "that one girl out there" will take an interest in them, not realising that without displaying alpha, none will. Not quite. Many red pill men subscribed to equalism. Feminism preaches equalism. Equalism is that minus the plumbing and a few very insignificant differences men and women are the same. Sounds great. But then you find out the hard way this is not so and men can't rely on looks, dress sense and humour like women - we need to be social leaders too. And that's not an easy path for everyone.

My niceness came from my mother with all the best intentions in the world. And not wanting to be fake or arrogant around women. It's a shit test. And a shit test is this: "Is your self of sense worth dependent on me?" Through experience we learn the answer they need is counterintuitively, no. Scott Durden's answer of "You don't look like" with a look of condescending nonchalance will do you just fine.

Why did you start? The reason I started was in large part to do with sexual frustration and rejection. Nights out used to be about women but for a LSE late developed seventeen year old that was a lesson in utter pain and humiliation. So I moved the focus to drugs who couldn't humiliate and reject me. Plus combined with the alcohol I was so off my face I didn't care that no girl wanted to fuck me. Now I know the drugs and over indulgence in alcohol were tied to a boy with no self worth who no lon…

I have a feeling this may be vaguely controversial on the brotherhood that is red pill, but I "red pilled" myself on friends (or people generally) long before I red pilled myself on women. I disagree. I know a bit about you. You seem like a natural alpha based on our discussion. Based on that I completely understand why you may take issue with what I've stated. You're natural personality will satisfy most women's hypergamous instincts. But it would be silly to pretend everyone has that. I don't play games any more. "Game TM" and a thorough understanding of evolutionary psychology has matured into inner game. That's the endgame of red pill awareness I believe.

Lesser in many ways, more in others. They certainly didn't need Neil Strauss or Rollo Tomassi to understand inter gender dynamics. An uncomfortable truth is the man who thinks he's superior to women will do better than the man who has fallen for the lies of equalism. Women are not inherently evil, it's not their fault. This is an essential component of achieving inner game. And really isn't letting them off the hook but is rather a confirmation of AWALT. They weren't evil for rejecting me they were simply robotically responding to my lack of alpha. Now they do the reverse. Game without looks or status can get you alpha sex. Status without looks or game gets you beta bux. Looks without status or game gets you frustrated. I accept my bias. Only the insecure man would feel the need trap a woman. Self-satisfied men avoid traps. It sounds like a great relationship. I hope it works out. Machiavellianism: 10/10 Lying to get into their knickers. If and only if you are successful. Overall poor and not an approach conducive to developing inner game. In fact one detrimental to it.

"Nice guy" and "jerk" stemmed from women's categorisations "You're a nice guy but..." "He's such a jerk but..." We just connected the dots. I wasn't a nice guy I just put others before myself as per my upbringing. Now I don't and my life has changed beyond recognition. Sexual strategy is amoral.

Yes but luckily game is available to all. And should eventually develop into inner game which is essentially happiness and self satisfaction.

Must say I'm curious?! It's sounds as if game's deliberate over-analysis has spoiled your natural game? The game most of us dreamt of having as young men.

You got more pussy being blue pill? Anyway even though you've said this isn't for me I'll bite. Women are not men. Looks can only ever be an accompaniment to an attractive alpha personality. They are worse than useless without it as you get told by women "You're so good looking" "If I wasn't with my current boyfriend I'd be so with you" "You always look so sharp" etc but STILL get nowhere with women. I was almost suicidal in my teens. It drives me up the wall when men bemoan what they perceive a…

You're right. The contempt the modern Western establishment reserves for betas wishing to end their loneliness is genuinely shocking to me. It's an unspoken in-joke between the eternal bffs alphas and women. As I mentioned elsewhere nearly every need anyone can possibly have in modern society is catered for. Every problem receiving support. But seek help for the ultimate male need and not only will you be denied or worse misdirected you will be bullied, attacked and ostracised. It makes me sick.

He lacks knowledge that's all. Getting laid is impossible if you don't have it and oh so easy if you do. It's not about looks, status, social skills etc I say that from personal experience. And what's worse is he doesn't know that he doesn't know. In fact he thinks he knows. He's being the nice guy he's been told to be.

Attractive weak man is an oxymoron. In the same way I've heard a woman say "there's no such thing as an ugly rich bloke"

If looks mattered I wouldn't be on this forum. I was told by women (and men) I was good looking/handsome but I just didn't have the alpha assertiveness to spark attraction. I think if you are aggressive looking then that may be different but that leads us on to defining what goods looks are for a men. I certainly wasn't hard looking and in my beta days noticed boys who were did infinitely better than good looking boys.

Feminism preaches equalism. Equalism states that men and women are the same. Young boys then come to the logical conclusion that girls will be attracted to the same sorts of things he and other boys find attractive (niceness, honesty, sacrifice, emotional investment) and be repulsed by things boys are repulsed by (arrogance, aloofness, boisterousness). We all know how the story ends. Incidentally why do you think nice-guy syndrome is an almost exclusively Western phenomenon?

Strange how a post can be simultaneously enjoyable AND depressing. It's almost beyond parody. If Western feminists are that oppressed by nice guys then logically they should move East and maybe let us know how they get on? Also the bit about attacks intensifying while you show "a bit of backbone" but then stopping once you show a lot is very true and applies to both genders.

It's can't be a coincidence that nice guy syndrome is SO much more prevalent amongst Westerners so that adds credence to the nurture. It's a very interesting subject. Some boys would be alpha if their guardians were two men who dressed them up as a girl and made them play Barbie. But those are minority I believe. The more common analogy is "show me the boy till 5 and I'll show you the man" Well chances are that boy will have been taught deference to the female by family, school and society.

Your post reminds me of the "You redpillers are wrong our genes determine our sex lives" arguments. Don't forget most men who do poorly with women have had terrible upbringings coupled with being brought up with constant feminist propaganda. That man could end up more successful and better with women than you with the right knowledge and self-improvement much like I'm more successful and better with women than most of my early bloomer mates.

I've been there. I was well dressed, well liked/socially popular, good looking, witty and intelligent. Without an understanding of evolutionary psychology coupled with being spoon fed feminist propaganda about men and women being the same, I really didn't understand why no woman found me attractive when ugly/fat/scruffy/unwashed boys did better than me. It's baffling. If you're ill you go to the doctors. If one of your needs cannot be met there are support systems to help you. Except man's ultim…

It always does. Nothing beats présélection. Providing you have it. Women want to know "Does he value himself?" and better yet "Do other women value him?" They work in tandem obviously. If you don't act like you do and you soon will.

Possibly. Push pull does include the pull bit remember? Things may a chance to develop if you covertly imply that you have options and that your happiness does not depend on her. Better yet live actually like that and you're mentality won't allow you to care too much.

You won't overnight Eventually you'll internalise it and it will click and you'll be unshakable. You'll be happy, contended and above all self-satisfied. You'll approach women only from a position of want not need. But for now https://heartiste.wordpress.com/2010/11/29/the-fundamentals/amp/

I'm 30 and work at a relatively low level job. But i have my self worth. So I am fearlessly and irrationality self confident. And I'm happy. And more 18 than I ever was at 18. Men are not women. Youth, naïveté and afresh face are not attractive in any case.

That's very true most of the popular boys are now scrawny criminals in and out of jail and the girls now bearing their kids. Not in every case but that's a lot more positive outlook!

I think a lot of us who came late to the table in terms of self-confidence are more suited to LTRs. We just sort of wish we had this confidence when nightclubs and party holidays were a part of our social life.

This post breaks my heart too k457 but less so than the myriad rejections i received in my teens. Which to be fair is part of your point and I agree with it. But those formative years can really shape our opinons of the opposite sex. Women complain about being used by the bad boys you ignore us for. Feminism has somewhat ironically had the biggest effect on men not women. Alphas get treated like bygone emperors and betas live lives of quiet desperation.

Game, the Manosphere, the learning of evolutionary psychology (whatever) starts with women but ends with yourself, much as you describe I'm not sure you were aware of this? You alphas have never been the brightest 😉

In the U.K drinking is immeasurably more popular than hiking, picnics and Frisbees. Especially amongst adults. People don't come to the red pill because women are all sluts because they demonstrably aren't. People come here because their upbringings never caused women to be slutty with them.

A lot of boys worry about what girls think - "What does she/they think of me?" "Why doesn't she like me?" "I hope she likes me" Not realising it is EXACTLY this mindset which is the turn-off. Be self satisfied and she'll be worrying as to whether you like her. There is no middle ground.

Been there. If it's your frame and you're bored and vengeful lead her on a bit then give her a short sharp home truth (medicine own taste of). Given you still think she a really great girl etc it's probably her frame so she'll end up winning that so just ignore her completely. Women rejected me/denied me intimacy when I needed it the most giving it to guys who were almost bored of it. They had the power to stop my frustration, loneliness and depression but didn't. Sexual strategy is amoral and we owe each other nothing but our own happiness.
