This is exactly right. I know a few high-profile doctors and most of them have their attorney draft divorce papers early on in the marriage, at the first sight of problems. It's not false. If you're in one of those 9 states, you can be married by the state if you choose to have kids, live together, and share the bills. My statement was not entirely correct, but that doesn't make it 100 percent false, either.

Yeah, 50C the person may be "broke". But 50C in general is not broke. Far from it. I'm sure his money manager made sure all of his investments (e.g., Vitamin Water) were through a completely separate entity.

Read "A Random Walk Down Wall Street" by Burton Malkiel. It's the intro to investing that a good deal of banks and wealth management firms require their interns/first-years to read. It'll give you a good understanding of the vehicles for wealth management you have at your disposal and it'll also help you to avoid the get rich quick kind of books.

You need to be more direct with the 6's and 7's, and you've already mentioned the reasons why. Read any highly rated book on selling from the 80's and 90's (e.g., Zig Ziglar's Secrets of Closing the Sale or Brian Tracy's The Art of Closing the Sale). There's almost always a section dedicated to body language, mostly mirroring, but some of the information therein translates very well for this purpose (i.e., gauging interest and capitalizing on it).
