I understand the intent I don't agree with the action. I mean if you say you want your partner not to cheat so you're going to scan through their phone everyday I get your intent but that action is not personally something I agree with. I don't want my partner to cheat but I'm not going to the extent of making them feel dehumanised in the process. The way you handle issues in life is perceived differently and personally if there's no history of prior cheating on my end and I'm being asked to do …

I did not know it was this normal to be obsessed with paternity testing. Is this a normal thing for men? Ironically, I know more women who raised children that were a result of their husband's infidelity than the other way around. A lot of men don't even want to raise their own kids. I just can't believe that this is as big a problem as men say it is.

Yes and no. I somewhat agree the empowerment industry can somewhat be disingenuous. Most people trying to sell a product are disingenuous it's business at the end of the day so I treat it as such. What you say about cheating is personally irrelevant to me. Men cheat on good women, bad women, ugly women, pretty women etc. If a person treats someone badly in a relationship it says more about them than the victim. If a man got cheated on I'm not about to blame him for being treated like shit. We ha…

These are the correct questions to ask. How is a politician even supposed to address this? I mean every other minority had clear goals and solutions. Black people? Abolish segration. Women? Give us the right to work. LGBTQ? Allow us marriage rights. All tangible things that can be written into laws and are clear humanitarian issues. How does one even address "weak males can't get dates" who is a weak male by law? How are you going to get them more dates? What humanitarian issue are we solving? C…

Does it count as settling if over time you prefer the "settled decision" over the initial one. 🤔 Like if you didn't get your dream job but the job you do get turns out to be way better than expected or you initially thought you were settling for someone but you figured they were a much better match than any previous people you asked out. Idk I feel like general ideas of settling seem so absolute. Maybe it's cause I'm a woman but I've initially asked out guys been rejected and then had them come …

According to you only the unnatractive ones do. The attractive and pretty women are angels. 🤷‍♀️ Mmmm. You only care when attractive people are affected and no one else, do you also sympathise for billionaires who are threatened with higher taxes??
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/25 05:33 AM

Yes we know attractive women are perfect in your eyes and ugly women suck, you and the other 99% of the male population have the same opinion. 🤷‍♀️ I will say I've never heard someone - attractive or not - say they don't sympathise for those who got cheated on. I wouldn't even say that if it happened to my ex and I hate him. You just seem mean but I doubt you care.

I cook once a week because I just don't have time for it because of school. I used to love baking for my ex and my friends. I've been crying for nearly 3 months and I'm very much over it. 😅Yes I need hobbies!! This is a great idea. I meant it's late because I'm going into exams now. 😅That's why being emotional is bothering me. It shifts my focus from studying. Otherwise I don't care about crying. I love going out and don't mind doing things alone. I just currently stay in the middle of nowhere. 😭 But at home hobbies would be lovely to add to my day. Makeup and building a computer are lovely skills to have as well.

Another day another morning after working out I look at my body and I cry. I think about being left by my ex and I cry. I don't think the gym and working out is enough for me mentally. I keep attaching my body and face to my self worth, while also relating it to my ex and then I feel worse. I thought it would be enough of a substitute for therapy but it's not I'm still crying too frequently. It's too late in the year for me to get a therapist. Maybe it's low-key stupid but I think if you plan on having children try to pick a partner based on what you want your future children to blame you for. In looks subs there are kids who blame their mothers for picking unnatractive men and in poverty subs there are people who blame their parents for having them while broke or picking broke spouses. It makes me feel mentally and physically good. I get a nice confidence boost after the gym. Diet is more consistent since I meal prep now. 2 meals and 1 snack a day. The only problem is when I get stressed and fall back into binge eating but I'm trying to combat it by being out of the house and not having any binge-able foods in my room. Ya. The slow changes and time are necessary. I'm just mostly scared that even when I get to where I want to be my body will still not be what I want it to be. Like there's a ceiling to how good my body can get and I'll never get the ideal one cause of my natural genetics.

Going to the gym is actually so demoralising when you don't have a nice base to work with. Like I know even with all these squats, rows and deadlifts my natural shape is just not nice. I'd have to be at a very low weight to look tolerable and I struggle with that with school stress. My sister and mom have naturally small waists and wider hips so they have more flexibility when it comes to weight. When they go to the gym it's just to enhance. In fact every other girl I know has a small waist and …

Well today a peaceful protest was supposed to occur at my university and it was not peaceful. I was studying from 8pm till 5am at the library. My views from an unequal country: It differs I've noticed people who are in upper class are slim. People in lower class are slim(either underweight or overweight). People in middle class are generally overweight. Middle class people stress but can still afford food to stress eat. Lower class people stress but can't afford excessive food so are generally skinny, if they're overweight they're older due to lack of food education. Upper class people generally have no stress so maintaining skinny is …

I 100% understand why some people are entitled. I don't know if that's the right word but constantly asking for certain things and behaviour to be adjusted throughout the relationship and then watching that person act the way you wanted for the next person is annoying. The audacity to say I deserve better when you could have just acted better! Imagine someone telling you they didn't give you their best when they knew they could have. Why do some humans do that??
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/25 09:39 AM

Man I get what you're saying but I just don't understand what they expect to do. Argue other men's preferences until those men dump their ugly girlfriends??? I don't know why this reply came to me but you're still missing the point. I have a male friend, that doesn't dismiss the fact that the general man will still act oddly to the average unnatractive woman. 1 non racist doesn't dismiss the fact that 5 other people are racist. I will never understand why men are so bothered by other men who choose women they personally don't find attractive. They're so bothered about that ugly/fat girl as if they have to exist in that relationship themselves. Why do you act like a grown man didn't make his own choices?? Why do men infantilise other men so much??Acting like you're on the grand council of dictating who gets to date who.

Funny enough after getting cheated on I would have preferred to have been an incel who never got a chance at a relationship. Meh they only went out of their to be rude when I was outspoken. It wasn't all young men but it was enough of them. I generally only find out about people who are rude to someone they don't find attractive after interacting with them. After then I stop interacting. If these experiences happen often you gage that you're unnatractive because average and attractive people don't experience it often if ever. Yes I'm serious. Why are you being dismissive? Being unnatractive as a women or a man means you experience life in a certain way. The same way an attractive women or man may experience similar experiences but on the opposite end. That's basic common sense. There are average experiences people will have based on their looks, hence I made a post about it. I don't think you've spoken to an unattractive woman before. Younger men definitely go out of their way to be dismissive or cruel to outspoken unnatractive women. Being invisible is a neutral experience but I've noticed unnatractive women who are not quiet experience being dismissed or being made the butt of the joke. They're not polite they're immature. Older men are better because you're just invisible which is the best kind of experience. I don't mind being invisible or ignored but when I was…

People only say that because the only thing you can work with is the people who you can get it. If two people mutually like each other whether they're looks matched is irrelevant. I'm saying it again the only relevant league is the one where two people are mutually attracted to each other otherwise you'll just be screaming into the sky. It may be irrational but it's also realistic. I gained 20kg in high school and started getting treated badly by other people especially boys which sucked but it's life. I've struggled with my weight ever since and never really been able to change that. I've been a binge eater since 15 and I'm now 22. Then we can agree to disagree because as a woman who was also fat and had a fat friend I knew that some of us wanted to be accepted and desired while fat because we tied that to a feeling of acceptance. This is even a common sentiment I saw the last time I was on the plus size women sub. /r/PurplePillDebate04/10/25 01:19 PM

One of the wisest things said on here. This is definitely true for most women.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/25 01:17 PM

Books. Fantasy, sci-fi, historical fiction, horror, romance or whatever you like. Or you can be like every basic guy who reads finance and self development books because for some reason that's what guys mostly gravitate towards.😅

There are objectively worse countries for women to live in. Nobody ever said every place was the rape capital of the world. I don't know why you're saying that. I'm from a country with objectively high rates of gender based violence and rape. I'm not from the US. Bruh I'm not using feminism as an agenda for anything I just support the general ethos of women deserve rights. I believe in donating sanitary pads, donating to women's charities, not voting against women's reproductive rights and encou…

Since getting dumped I've had a lot of free time. Friday afternoons and evenings were generally reserved for me and my ex but now I guess I can use it to just study and try getting back into an old hobby. I'll be at the library until 8pm, cook and then maybe see if I can try get back into reading?? I've always complained that I can't concentrate on books in Uni but maybe this is my chance to try again. 😅 I must just make it an easy read so that I can pay attention. The annoying thing is that rom…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 03:54 PM

Your coworker sucks. That's the over critical nonsense I'm talking about and that I hate. Your last sentence rings so true. I never want to be friend's with a woman who's happy to be at the forefront of another woman's unhappiness.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 03:27 PM

Ehh I don't have a problem with feminism. I livs in the rape capital of the world, the average school girl in rural areas has to skip school due to not having pads on her periods, rape, pedophilia and gender based violence against women and children is strong here so I'll still encourage feminism. I'm just not taking up for women who get off on dating men who are with other women and who are overly critical of other women.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 03:25 PM

Ya I take up for my friends and I used to take up for other women as well but I think I should only relegate myself to supporting friends now. I used to infantilise women alot but I'm prepared to be much stricter now.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 03:23 PM

Ya I take up for my friends and I used to take up for other women as well but I think I should only relegate myself to supporting friends now. I used to infantilise women alot but I'm prepared to be much stricter now.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 03:23 PM

Agreed I have good friends but I don't think all of them are really moral unfortunately. 😭They never make me feel bad but I know how they kind of treat men and it's a tad scary and hardcore. Good friends though otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 03:21 PM

Ya 22. I guess I was just a bit sheltered and caught off guard. I genuinely approach life with an aloof personality so there are things I don't really care for on others or myself but I realised other women apparently care about that stuff when at first I thought it was only men. I also didn't think I'd be victim to dealing with other women pursuing my boyfriend while knowing he was with me. I didn't doubt his attractiveness but I think I overestimated some women's ethics 😅It's just an eye opene…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 12:08 PM

I was delusional. 😅I used to think women were better only because they weren't as bad as men. I learnt that a man harming you doesn't make another woman exempt from harming you as well. Women are definitely not exempt from having bad character and being malicious but it feels like I'm only experiencing it now. Most of my life I just got ignored by women or had neutral to friendly experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 12:04 PM

Would I be a bad person if I said I'm not really a girl's girl anymore? Feminism is obviously important I don't deny that. But being "pro girl" for the most innocuous things is just no longer important to me. Some woman aid in making another woman's life miserable and I know other women don't owe me anything but knowing a man has a girlfriend and going after him is just not kind. Some women are also so critical to the point that it gives me anxiety. My hair's not always great, I don't always wan…

Yes. I took pictures of myself after the gym. Compared myself to my ex's new partner then cried. 😂Got showered and dressed did my daily pictures of my clean face for the day and got upset because my face never looks as pretty as I want it to be lol. Tomorrow I will shower and dress again and take more pictures in hopes that I'll see something different and when I don't I'll get annoyed. This is a common daily occurrence unfortunately. 😅

I'm sure you still looked stunning. 🤗 I've only ever worn makeup for school productions a school prom and a university 10 year celebration. Otherwise I've never worn it. I had to pay someone to do my makeup for all of these events. I personally never wear makeup cause I'm lazy and unfortunately my threshold for peer pressure is quite high. I'm so jealous of women who can do make up and look good. I knew if I had the ability to do it I might actually look prettier but I am so damn lazy. I need so…

I experience the anger too. There were many times I wished he'd get hit by a bus. (Sorry for the vulgarity). You literally read nothing I said above.🙄I'm not listening to this bull shit reasoning. I told you I'm not listening to men being hypocritical in the comments above and I made that clear. I'm never dating again. But my point was the same way these men constantly complain that attractive women should have low body counts despite being attractive I expect the same for men. If you're attractive and have options I'd rather deal with someone who had sexual discipline rather than someone who just took the chance to sleep with anyone because they could. I'm projecting the exact same expectations men have for women onto men. In fact, I don't care if he has options or not sexual disciplin…

Interesting take. I agree with everything up until the religion paragraph. I actually gave up on religion because I could never take religious men seriously. I don't even sleep around but I know religious men who do. Including my ex. I told him I'd see him in hell. I don't think religion would make men act any better. It just places the burden on women and gives men an excuse to think they can be self righteous hypocrites.

That sometimes a high body count does matter. I used to think my ex having a high body count meant nothing and that a high body count is meaningless.I learnt after breaking up with my ex that his high body count was due to a lack of sexual discipline and an inability to remain alone. Things I've recently discovered about myself (prepared to get down votes): I used to think body count for men and women didn't matter. I learnt my lesson, sexual discipline is very much a big deal. I'll speak from my own jaded experience I guess. I personally think this is true for most men. Most men where I'm from have cheated. Uncles, my father, my friends' boyfriends and even my ex monkey branched. A relationship with a guy feels meaningless knowing he kind of desires something else while with you and the second he finds it he'll just jump to get it. I'm at a point where I don't think most men can experience love in the way I want them to. I just think a lot of them stay in relationship…

Yep no regrets for him at all, in fact he told me he regrets nothing 😅 just him trying to leverage my attachment to him. He's always known how attached I was and still am to him which is why I always found it weird whenever he accused me of cheating. He always loved to say he loved how clingy I was. /r/PurplePillDebate26/09/25 10:51 PM

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. But if you're serious. I have friends but I don't really like crying to them because it feels overly repetitive. Like a week after being together for a few years...
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 08:15 PM
1

I felt this two weeks ago but now I feel like the differences between women and men in my opinion can be explained. Just the way my ex and I are dealing with our breakup is damn near confusing to me but I think it's what makes men different from women and there are tangible reasons to it. I genuinely don't think one group is more shallow than the other though we just operate differently and unfortunately the effects on the other group might feel unfair.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 06:34 PM

In my experience this mentality isn't only with men though. My female friends are also like this and I'm kind of jealous. They attribute this trait to experience though.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 06:27 PM

Is there no longer a looks weekly thread?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 05:49 PM

Valid. 😌Your personality and looks is something he can't replicate though and that's why he still wants you back. (Sorry you had to block him though).
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 05:25 PM

I'm jealous of men then. Trying to accept it is what I'm trying to do but it proves to be difficult in practice. I have my good days though. This isn't one of them hence why I'm here asking. 😅But thanks for the insight.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 05:17 PM

Ya I commented below that an attractive woman may experience life differently. 😅
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 05:15 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 05:13 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/25 05:09 PM
