Whilst I obviously agree, there is also such a thing as guys who don't show their woman enough attention or affection and that will have the same result, of course these dudes are in the minority as opposed to the jealous types. We know, for good reason that a man doesn't want his woman/women to fuck other dudes evolutionarily speaking, so I'm not convinced that it's always a sign of beta behaviour. Taking her shit by wanting to see another dude or whatever would be beta also. I personally know v…

Very insightful I wasn't aware of the reasons behind sexual dimorphism Any books that you would recommend on the topic?

Nice article overall. ''...Men or Women?" Fuck no, it's always and will be men. It’s a trait shared by almost all mammals. Male lions protect their pride. Bulls protect their herd. Gorillas do this, elephants do this. Almost all mammals that have sexual dimorphism share this trait. It’s not a social construct of human civilization.'' Completely agree although to be very pedantic and specific (and you allude to it in fact) this is not just a 'male' thing but actually a testosterone thing, it just…

Thanks a lot will be sure to check it out. Great to see an endorsed TRP member who is more than just awakened to how women work/ feminism and can articulate the bigger picture and show how it all began. A lot of the guys on here think that the ''gender war'' is the biggest thing going on when really there is no gender war, it all ultimately as you rightly said boils down to breaking down the European culture, be it with political correctness, destruction of family/religion/collective ideology et…

Any recommended reading? I know Dr. Duke has some great books but he has said he can't at this time do one on the holohoax due to legal reasons. For anyone reading check out this inspiration of a man's radio show: http://davidduke.com/radio/

As long as they get a 'wedding day' like other women, most wouldn't care to be honest, it's more about the social pressure a woman feels from other woman, to be so desirable to have made a man marry her, so you give her that with none of the judicial power over you.

Yeah it's really getting shitty there now, Stockholm is now the ''rape capital of the world'' and it's not because the indigenous swedes are committing rape, suddenly. You should move to an Eastern European country where traditional values are more intact.

What about all of those bullshit Sexual Harassment trainings we had to sit through in college and our jobs. A friend of mine of who works in a popular bar relayed a ''training'' video to me that he and all other staff had to watch recently. Bare in mind that the majority of people that work in this bar are FEMALE. anyway the video basically depicts a creepy guy wondering around hunting for women that are drunk and trying to ''rape'' them. Essentially they are being taught to look out for this be…

I certainly can see your point here in that woman haven't always had right to sexual veto but then who did control the 'flow' of sex? The dominant males, surely? Therefore you are insinuating that they are fair in their distribution of sex? the only 'fair' model for the beta males I can see, is marriage 1.0.

No, beta and/or desperate men will concede to it even if that's not their ideal, beggars can't be choosers after all. MOST MEN consider it inherently to be a negative, that is why no high value men (with options) would commit to this sort of woman, as a last resort option perhaps, sure. From your stuff I've read you seem to think that men have no inclination towards committing to a woman, granted the most dominant and highest t individuals will be less likely to do so, but even they will start t…

Monogamous bonds greatly increase stability as they (in theory) assure everyone has his minimum sexual needs met. Exactly. OP needs to rethink this one greatly. ''free sex'' does not mean everybody gets sex, women still don't want to have sex with beta guys if they can help it.

the ''Kill your marriage fantasies'' article linked was quite incorrect I think, also 'OMGTRIGGERED' debunked most of what you said. I haven't yet read this article so cannot comment on it, however the whole ''free sex'' thing just doesn't stand up to scrutiny at all, no men want to have sex with women (and more so commit to) that have multiple partners for one, this is an inbuilt natural tendency of men, i.e. exclusivity at least far as men are concerned. Women on the other hand only want to fu…

> Is it naive to think that she would be - broadly speaking - mentally happy with an alpha provider, as well as having satisfied her biology? I'm not sure. I believe that they can be happy with that arrangement. what are you stating as the alternative? that the dualistic mating strategy (BB/AF) is the most natural and therefore most conducive to their mental happiness? Or do I misunderstand you?

Yeah exactly, that's what I was implying also. Don't give them a choice about it because their inherently indecisive, tell them what to do, if they are really not keen you will know about it. another example: ME ''what you doin tonight?'' Her''Nothing, you?Me ''taking you out, pick you up at 8'' if she can't or has a problem with it she will let you know, there is no reason for word fodder or being indirect, all it displays is being scared of rejection which isn't attractive in a man, and within…

Superb article. It makes a massive difference to how you are perceived. No confident, alpha dude who gets laid would give so much consideration as to whether she is going to find you too blunt or not, you know what's probably going to happen? she's probably going to get tingles, this is the same for personal interaction too for example, when I get a girls number, I don't say ''can I have your number?'' Social dynamics are ALWAYS at play whether you are eating fruitcake or not, whether you are aware of it or not. Granted the OP came across as insecure through his writing but if you really analyse what he did it wasn't that mental, it's just the act of writing down these mental processes can sometimes seem strange or calculated, when in reality A LOT of what people think sometimes if written or admitted to would be considered pretty fucked up. It's also perfectly natural for him to want to be co…

I agree with this for the most part, i.e. betas will give in to their desires much easier than alphas,(and vice versa) however if you don't give a fuck about the long term consequences then one can still be relatively alpha and drink too much, one of my brothers drank far too much socially for many years but he has far more alpha traits than beta, it was just something he enjoyed and didn't really give a fuck about. Its one thing for an Israeli Jew and one thing for an American Jew, this is common behaviour, these so called ''soft Jews'' just care about manipulating their host country (for the most part) but they all swear allegiance to Israel in the end.

Not only is it one group of people, but an extremely cohesive group of people with aligning interests, the same ideology (and potentially religion), who are also of the same race. Regardless of one's POV on the matter it's significant, even with things like zionism and Judaic/Talmudic teachings to be hateful of gentiles aside, it's significant. Your being too literal, the good conversation in comparison to other one is more interesting, its asks questions to check she is listening and engaging her, it's funny, shows confidence and good conversational skills. You would get better results with that even if it was about your tv breaking down than the boring first one, which you would probably get a polite smile or forced laugh at best.

But for some reason I always feel needy striking uo conversation with a stranger, like im lonely and need a friend lol. Try to keep it fun and energetic, that way it seems that your just having fun on your terms, rather than being ''needy'' once you get into the swing of it, you won't feel needy and therefore you won't be perceived as such, if you feel that way your heart won't be in it and likely you will come across as needy etc. This is why I said about building up the interactions, you might…

Perhaps it's not about pragmatism, perhaps the destruction of a cohesive, healthy, happy and strongly identified society, (such as through religion or patriotism) is exactly what the ''establishment'' wants. that article is surprisingly on point. This line resonated with me ''A calorie is not just a calorie. That is the biggest lie ever told about food. Instead, substances you [put] into your body are different substances, and they do different things.'' Few people accept this and until you actually try eating low carb you won't believe it, a 1000 calories of sugar behaves extremely different in the body to 1000 calories of beef steak for example. The whole calorie is a calorie myth is a dogma. Its …

That's interesting, thanks for sharing. Although correlation is different to causation, keep that in mind, for example the cholesterol hypothesis, it is now known that dietary cholesterol doesn't increase cholesterol levels in the body, the cholesterol in arteries is in fact said to be there like the firemen are at a fire scene, and you wouldn't blame them for the fire-necessarily! That was due to correlation not causation.

''and in a world where male empathy and male nature is increasingly exploited by women, it's best to say fuck it and STOP CARING ENTIRELY.'' I was wondering whether your post would finish with this and of course, it did. That's interesting to note, I am not ruling it out but saying what I've seen in countless men and some close friends and acquaintances. Admittedly the average joe that does steroids is usually not the type of guy that has his training/diet on point with high levels of motivation that's the reality of it. So you are saying you managed to keep yours up to your genetic limit? In which case what are your stats, if you care to share?

of the several people ive known, some people have been above their genetic max and others not so, I think some had commonalities like shitty diets etc. But It does seem to me that keeping the gains from steroid cycles over the long term (and above a natural limit) seems all but impossible. Although for most people it seems to be a lifestyle, they like being that ''roider'' guy. Afterall it is MUCH EASIER to gain muscle on steroids. I don't like to advise on what people should do, there is plenty of information out there. Can't agree enough. I am great looking, a solid 8, maybe 9 out of 10, always been muscular from working out, but used to behave in a beta way, from a crushed upbringing, which resulted in social anxiety etc. I used to get some interest with my looks but they would be gone quicker than you can say ''beta bitch'' once I sorted myself out and realised my own worth, in part to this sub but not entirely, the rest just introspection on life and where I was at, EVERYTHING CHANGED. Although I've not personally done steroids, I've had multiple friends that have done, one thing I've noticed is NONE of them can keep their gains if they stop taking gear unless they do regular ''top up'' cycles which isn't really keeping the gains per Se. It's getting absurd the level of female androgynous type characters in Hollywood films now...as you say they are endowing these female characters with the best traits of men and best traits of women, the problem is it's an extremely unrealistic standard, and further distorts both genders to the integral roles that are required and pre determined for them by mother nature for a successful and content LIFE and of course relationship. In the recent UK documentary 'Reggie Yates extreme UK' (episode 2) that you featured in, did you get the feeling (off camera) that Reggie understood the plight of men inhabiting the manosphere, more than he let on? And also were any scenes or anything you said not included/edited out?

with regards to your point in the first paragraph, a lot of that is down to the (jewish) media and how they show that black people ''should act'' which of course is not a way that black people have ever behaved before, (you can see this in the low figures of present black fathers now, which didn't use to be the case) With regard to 2nd paragraph: although I agree there is most certainly some truth to that, particularly what you say about the black stereotype that women might want to experience, …

Again, the difference between homosexuality and pedophilia is that one is an orientation and one is a paraphilia, or fetish. Homosexuals have been shown to have up to a 50X(!!) higher chance of paedophilia than straight men, and even more conservative studies suggest 10-20X(!) more likely to sexually molest a young child than a straight. you cant fuck with facts.

True but you would actually be surprised about the average jews viewpoint on non jews, the talmud itself and their culture actively indoctrinates them into believing that gentiles (non jews) want to harm them and are (literally) cattle and therefore beneath them. I disagree, strongly. their are too many outliers of for this to be the ''overwhelmingly predominant factor'' completely dependant on circumstances, i.e. what foods are being eaten, in what % of the total diet, and previous history for example, down regulation of certain hormones, in much the same way that people become de-sensitised to insulin, this would make it harder or easier for them to lose weight eating a certain way even if the calories were the same in each diet. See my post below in reply to ''butensuit'' about testosterone, your perpetual beta mentality is affecting your testosterone (amongst other hormones) and will be one factor in your low confidence. It's nigh on impossible to have high levels of natural testosterone and dopamine etc. and feel bad or ''beta'' The nearest way to describe how guys like me feel (most of the time) it's like being on a moderate dose of ecstasy, lowered inhibitions, high confidence, extreme happiness, a strong feeling of…

Aside from an unprocessed diet, that is not too high in sugars and starchy carbs, these have been shown consistently to lower testosterone. (life without bread is a good read) whilst increasing calories from nutrient dense animal protein and animal fat. diet aside, I think that the only other activity to increase levels to a significant level, is something that forces you to need high testosterone levels, this is why people say ''go lift'' to the new line of betas, although with this said, IMO y…

Chicken or the egg? i.e. does the high energy you speak of cause the alpha like behaviour or is does the alpha like behaviour create the ''energy'' you speak of? I actually completely agree with what you said, although I would go further and argue that, it does not matter if you are ugly and/or short, the women are attracted to the testosteronised males, and this is why many of us have seen ugly, short dudes with very attractive women, masculinity is not mutually exclusive with looks, so keep doing what your doing. Naturally being tall, good looking and masculine would be even better but that is extremely rare anyway.

Although I agree with your premise, in that, basing one's confidence on real achievements such as ''looks, money, & status'', is most certainly the best way to go, the caveat to this is that there are men with no looks, money and status, that have no problem getting (reasonably) hot women, and then I have met extremely rich Arabs from Dubai, who had looks, money and status but couldn't even approach an average 20 something in a high class night club. Therefore in terms of purely getting laid, I …

No one gives a fuck what some racist whites want with throwing their own culture upon others. Since when are the whites, racist? I'm saying they are so unprejudiced, that they allow copius amounts of other races to flood their country under the guise of ''aid'' by the government. Not wanting to assimilate into a native's country? & diluting their own unique heritage/traditions/culture, and you say there is nothing wrong with that? You have the powers that be to thank for the MASSIVE immigration into Europe and America, which of course would be a slight disadvantage,(but not as much as you think it would, if you are a cool motherfucker) but the same will be true when the Europeans become minorities, which they are well set to becoming, (at the current decline) Minorities are out breeding, Europeans SIGNIFICANTLY, to the point of absurdity. Again with this "low in sugar/carbohydrates = good for me". If you really think carbs and/or sugar are the enemy then you overestimate your understanding of nutrition. I don't think all carbs are bad, I think most carbs that people eat are bad and very low in nutrients. Bread and other wheat and grain products, all refined sugars, even fruit is not really that healthy in large amounts. i.e. we would die if that's all we ate. and of course, carbs are the only macro-nutrient that we can live with …

Of course it does, as the mod said, it is a form of empty calories,(although there are others as you say, but this is most commonly consumed) i.e. no nutrients in it. Just ''sticking to your macro's'' may make you lose weight/stay the same weight BUT you can still be very unhealthy as your total nutrition will be low, in the levels of micro-nutrients, that is. Why measure caloric intake? As you seem to allude to, (and I agree) real factors of importance, are things like the amount of sugar you consume, and the TYPE of food you eat, I personally eat keto/paleo based upon natural foods, and in particular animal foods. He'll just hate on you and not candy, ''you must have tricked her/seduced her'' etc. Focus on yourself and stop worrying about all the mikes in the world, either that or don't fuck candy when she's got a boyfriend. Don't half ass your morals, i.e. I'll fuck candy but then tell mike what a hoe she is, that's even more spiteful. So yes in summary I think that would be a bitch move and also quite pointless drama that you could probably do without.

...and if you can't do so you are less of a man, an immoral man not to be trusted by other men much less women. Although I can see where you derive the ''HONOUR'' based morality and why you have linked it to masculinity, this would only be in times of small knit groups such as a tribe, and in times of relative peace and ''fairness'' if you will, such as in a well functioning society, a lot of the men on here don't think that they live in such a society and that feeling of being honourable to one…

I agree with everything you said, however, I have known guys who stick to one woman and can keep the woman interested without cheating, (long term) although she has to know you CAN fuck other women, if you so choose. It's fine if guys want to have ''higher ideals'' but to make out like it's the same thing (sexual promiscuity) is denying that there are any differences between men and women. In much the same way that we naturally tend to think of punching a woman in the face to be much worse than …

Lets be unemotional and logical for a second...there is a difference between men and women cheating, biologically men are determined to do this, (you can out-think this of course) as we can impregnate as many women as we want (essentially infinite) whereas a woman is designed to only get one TOP DOG or ''alpha'' (within her beauty potential) and get him to impregnate, commit and support her. so women being promiscuous is down to their man not cutting the mustard at that time. Although you make a good point on morality being hardwired, (up to a point) although, Morals change ENORMOUSLY over time, some things that are considered to be moral now, was immoral once upon a time and vice versa. therefore you can consider morality to be ''fluid'' i.e. what is considered to be ''right'' and ''wrong'' are ever changing within different societies, (therefore are a social construct-up to a point). Effeminate men do this too, it tends to be insecure people who don't like generalisations, I think this just goes hand in hand with the political correctness movement in the west, and masculine men often buck the trends so to speak, whereas everybody else tends to go with the herd, i.e. generalising is not PC. This resognated with me: In this day and age, society is so eager to see men in states of weakness, it is extremely satisfying for SJWs and feminists. My main criticism of TRP, by the way is that it does not apply its cynicism about women to men as well. Most men possess as many of the negative traits they ascribe to women. I'm with you on this one, also the fact that we have our own set of inherent traits some of which could be viewed as potentially negative, certainly from the opposite sex. Yeah of course, it would be more functional with certain animals, I imagine things like number of offspring and environment would decide that. The point is, with humans not every man gets it, that's why I proposed above, the (for lack of better terms) Alpha, beta dynamic and why that would be favourable for one to commit and the other to get his genes out there. I cannot think of a better reason for one-itis than that, if someone else can, then share it.

You make some sound points. What do you propose then? preserving racial/genetic heritage, or just to avoid mixing with certain races due to undesirable traits and thus push them out of the gene pool? or something more extreme? You are right in that certain groups of people would take the world in a more constructive and technologically advanced path and others not so much. ''I'm starting to think that oneitis is a biological evolution of the times (of this time),'' Although I agree that evolution works in quicker methods than most people commonly give credit, (read the 10,000 year explosion) I don't think humans have suddenly developed oneitis, what time frame are you suggesting? It would be well before agriculture. I think what makes more sense, is that oneitis is a genetic trait BUT the high value men i.e. the high testosterone men would be having sex with multi…

many personality traits are genetic, this has been shown time and time again, such as with identical twins who grow up in different locations and never met. Of course nurture will always play a role too. And also what's your point?

I can also confirm this, the most confident, masculine guys get the pussy, regardless of looks, looks will help more women COME TO YOU, but your game will define your success. I am great looking and in great shape, but brought up to act like a fag around women, and because of that I had many unsuccessful liaisons with women, although they actually opened me because of my looks BUT I could not keep their interest by acting like a chump, before I realised what part of being a High value man is, es…

Great article, some really valid points. My only point is that you talk about guys ''learning'' game, the only way IMO to ''learn'' game is by increasing confidence/testosterone levels and then going out into the field, where you will naturally learn and refine your skills, (by seeing what works or not) I personally see little merit in reading up on such things, apart from initially for a basic understanding. The guys that read up on game are in fact learning PUA. (and become obsessed with the m…

you misunderstand me... yes she enjoys the physical, I am saying that her orgasm is highly determined by what she is thinking/how she perceives you, for example, she is perceiving you as fucking the shit out of her (dominance) with some physical stimulation that will be enough to give her orgasm. This is how that woman who said she orgasmed when brad pit appeared on television, orgasmed without any physical stimulation, if her mind is primed enough that is enough, this is my point, not that she …

What was the point in linking to that chart? that white people had more arrests than black people? If so you are also not taking into account the fact that black people are only 13.2% of the us population therefore they still are committing significantly more crimes, with the data you just posted. Of course their will be some valid reasons for this like a higher % of blacks having a lower socio-economic status and therefore needing to commit crime, but their likely are genetic reasons too, just …

I agree. I used to shame my sisters for eating unhealthily (I'm a ''health freak'' go figure) any way long story short they just stopped wanting to be around me and saw me as oppressive and demanding. There is a way to go about getting people to change their behaviour and it is not through telling them to do something different (particularly in a hostile manner) or even giving scientific/logical arguments. I'm aware of why he does it, my point was that the extent of effort the author goes to, I believe, is validation seeking, not to mention MOST of the time unnecessary. To be honest I thought it long before I was consciously thinking about making sure to be dominant or submissive. I think the higher test would generally give a higher libido, but more than likely as you said, it's because it feels so damn good. The way I see it is, men's base level of libido is much higher because we can impregnate unlimited (essentially) women, whereas women can only get pregnant once at a time, but when they have their alpha who makes them come (coming increases chance of becoming pregnant) they can often be more highly sexed than the man.

When they are primed to be addicted to your cock, they will want sex more than men, I think the difference is that men don't need the 'priming' we are just horny motherfuckers and just need to see a reasonably hot chick and want to fuck her, but women need various things to be sexually attracte…

There is an atmosphere that someone who is 'alpha' is someone who gets what he wants, often at the expense of others, hence all the hiding behind the word 'amoral'. That is still a typically alpha trait, he takes the best women, the higher amount of resources, USUALLY looks after the tribe/group in return (as you stated) BUT in human society it is not necessary with such a large population to do that, Although the perceived Alpha would still tend to LEAD interactions within the group etc but NOT…

My point was more that many films of old (in fact most) are in line with red pill truths, certainly as opposed to modern Hollywood trash. But I would also agree that it shouldn't be THE way of gaining insight, but think of it more as solidifying a mindset, after all many classic male actors such as Eastwood, and Paul Newman (to name a couple) always played characters with certain masculine traits and held certain morals, of which I think would do men more good than say, watching a film about bet…

I tend to find that the most beautiful women, (i.e. the most feminine women, girlish if you will) like the most masculine men. (me) In fact I have yet to find a truly feminine woman, that goes for an effemminate guy, that's not to say some good looking effeminate guys don't get women, but not usually the (objectively) best looking women.

HAHA I get your point in that it's fiction, yes, but I am saying that the way men and women were represented, and the dynamic between the sexes, is exactly as the red pill says it is. I would say I've observed more than most guys, hence why I am making the connection. Not to mention the films usually have a moral to be learned etc as opposed to a lot of the newer films. ''Instead, go out in the real world and observe it first hand'' That's like saying don't read anything on the red pill, just go…

Everything you've stated is the exact transformation I have recently undergone, including the anxiety. It is possible to rid yourself of even quite debilitating anxiety. To achieve this mindset, talk to people A LOT, make jokes, and generally aim to have fun with social interactions. There are people who give off the impression of success but are not successful, these people may not even know that they are radiating a positive social image. No I don't have any formal medical training but I have read an awful lot, (if that means anything) spoke to and seen of (documentaries) of people that have cured their cancer/heath conditions with other methods, and that's genuinely what I believe. We should probably stop conversing on this guys thread about differences of opinion now anyway. I highly doubt I will convince you to look at the body from a holistic perspective, whereas you look at it from a reductionist perspective.

Im not saying it doesn't have some merit, otherwise it wouldn't be one of the main forms of treatment, I just think that they're are less harmful natural methods to get the body back into balance. chemo doesn't solve the fact that their body is sick, even if it 'melts away' the cancer from a localised area, they are not 'better' per se. I see cancer (much like any disease) as a symptom of a sick body not the primary cause of sickness, If you see what I mean.

IDIOT. Most traditional cultures have favoured fat over everything else, a sacred food if you will, alongside other highly nutritious foods such as organ meats, depends on the geographical location and what they had access to but almost always they prized the fat sources. The inuit ate whale blubber, if that's not keto I don't know what is! These traditional cultures never suffered from modern day afflictions. The thing is that while intake is easy to know, the calories out part of the equation fluctuates. Keto and other higher protein diets (relative to SAD) aid in building muscle. More muscle means more energy expenditure. High insulin sensitivity helps a lot also. People don't understand because they lack the direct experience. Calorie counting is pointless when you engage in a diet that properly responds with satiety. The people who gorge on carbohydrates have no idea what that is. couldn't agree more, their satiety is so out of whack, it is no longer a reliable method to go by, instead they are stuffing down carbs to fit some particular amount of calories, that they 'need to get in' whereas I literally just know by hunger, and I gain just fine.
