This coincided with the industrial revolution and massive transformation of society from agrarian to city-based, with mass education and the creation of standardised "work". The changes that prompted Karl Marx to go "whoa!" and write a book on where he thought things were going.

Lol at the soy cuck shaving in the morning hoping to have sex that night then his fat wife losing any semblance of attraction when she realises what's up and the while thing playing out over an 18 hour day until the inevitable rejection and then repeating the next month

Great story. It's true, sometimes a homeless guy just needs one last lifeline and no-one will give it to him, unless you do.

It's hard to find details online now as Paul Hester died back in 2005. You can find a bit if you dig, basically that he has recently split from his long term partner with whom he had two young children at the time.

I agree, document it. Keep a running journal, but don't take it to HR. Assuming a situation where a man has a documented journal of hostile incidents over months or years, and he is in trouble, don't ever show it to HR but inform them of its existence and show it to your lawyer. While OP's situation isn't there yet, this is my best advice for all men in the workplace.

I have a different stance on AWALT. It's true enough, but the fact is, even if she is "not like that", it's just not worth it. No woman is more beautiful than freedom. Now YMMV and some men desire to be a father, which I don't and never have, but for me, the single unencumbered life is the best by far.

AWALT applies across the board. That doesn't mean that some men don't have faithful wives and fairly good marriages. Some people win from a trip to the casino too, but overall there is a scientifically proven negative outcome in favour of the house.

From the comments here and from watching better bachelor's videos, people are commenting about his jawline and that he's a millionaire. Guys, he's a spinal surgeon. That is high status, say no more. Millionaire goes without saying if he's been a surgeon for a few years. Just find it odd that people think in such simple terms of "millionaire". There are certain professions that have high status, surgeon is one of the top, even if he happened to only have $900k in the bank. Not totally relevant to…

Traditional wisdom was thrown into the trash bin about two generations ago. I am old enough to have seen it with my own eyes. We are in the process of relearning things the hard way. It sucks to see young people trying to be "Trad" and having no real idea of how to do it because they're trying to reconstruct a lost tradition, whilst themselves bearing the scars of an upbringing from selfish, hedonist parents.

When YouTube says you can monetize this content but not that, and even worse, leaves you guessing so that you don't dare tread over an invisible line, it's about censorship.

Great post, thanks for the detailed breakdown. The key thing is having title to your own land in the right place - where local authorities aren't too nosy. Sadly that's really had to find in my country, Australia. Land in any area that is not true desert or outback is pretty damn expensive, and local governments can be a nightmare to deal with. Still I'm sure with a regular remote income and a plan, it can be done.

Upvoted purely for the Lovecraft reference. Gentlemen, a good Scotch, a comfortable chair and a leather-bound copy of the complete works of HPL is a great way to spend an evening. And just think, when you're MGTOW you can do that any night of the week.

Imagine the way an actually contented married man would write. "Well I've been married for 30 years and it's been good. It's not always easy, and I know it's getting harder out there, but I believe you can still find a good woman. Don't get too negative, don't give up!" We would disagree with him but he would still have some credibility. His actual response gives away his internal conflict. He's probably in a living hell.

Chicken and rice is low fat...I thrive on fatty foods such as marbled beef, roast lamb, salmon etc. With lots of coconut oil. I snack on avocado and 85% cocoa dark chocolate which is mostly fats. >60% of my calories comes from fats. I feel great, have clear youthful skin, and have the same waist size as when I was in high school. I'm in my late 40s. My heart and cardiovascular system is in top shape as assessed by a specialist. You might be like me and thrive on a high fat and high protein diet …

I'm fine with making half the money if my expenses are less than half. In fact, a lower paying job is generally better, due to more free time, less stress and so on. I'm not even considering the lifestyle benefits of being single here, purely having a lower paying job and minimalist spending habits.

You guys in the USA are lucky with cheap rural land and housing. You might think we have the same in Australia, but that's not the case. I don't think I could find anything liveable for less than AUD 300,000 (about USD240,000). And our hot dry outback is a lot less appealing than the northwoods, even if it is cold half the year in a lot of those areas.

Without doxing myself, I lived in more than one SEA country for a number of years. Here's a couple of basic rules: Bad shit happens between midnight and 4am. Don't be out on the streets or at bars during those hours. Drugs and alcohol are more dangerous there than in your home country. They make you vulnerable to low lifes (often expats, no slur on the local people). Doing business with local people makes you a target. Don't do it. No deals, no formal or informal partnerships, no money changing …

No, but multiple women that I was with- I think maybe three - have joked about smothering me in my sleep. Seems to be some kind of fantasy women have. They weren't overtly psycho or anything, fairly normal women.

What hits home is how she immediately got onto her circle and started spinning her story to make you out to be the bad guy. With women it's never just an interaction between two people. It's all about the entire social circle and they get ahead by manipulation. So tired of all this.

I used to think women had "maternal instincts" and by default wanted to raise strong, successful sons. No, they don't. That's a value that has to be taught by the culture, and our culture is now teaching the opposite.

What? Is this an American thing? I constantly see the phrase "shitty apartments" in reference to the USA. Are they all so bad there? In the countries I've lived in, apartments are perfectly fine, some better, some worse depending on the area but it seems like they are mostly ghetto in the USA.

That's the difference between chad and the rest of us. Chad can honestly fuck 4x a day, every day. I've heard women talk about it a number of times. I have maybe done that a couple of days in my life, early on in a relationship. Soon settle in to 2-3x/week. I'm not embarrassed to admit it, theres a lot of variation in libido and I'm in the middle somewhere. That's why average guys get alpha widowed, 98% can't compete with the top 2% she's experienced.

Underrated point. You should make a thread about it :) 5 years is a long time in a human life, and a lot of luck and circumstance comes into play. So be contrarian: think short term. Caveat though: health is no. 1, I'm not saying live dangerously. Eat well, work out, avoid dangerous behaviours. And yes, investments do compound over decades. But - live well this year, make plans for the next, and let the details of the year 2030 take care of themselves.

I have a job where I'm not bothered by anyone, no social media and a small group of red pill friends. I don't role play because I don't have to. I prefer this approach. At this point because I'm older (in my 40s) and have lived life my way for many years, people can somehow sense that Im not a man that they can mess with. The concept of "he's cheap" is a genius manipulation tactic. "Cheap" sounds so nasty, yet it just means not handing over your resources unearned. Like there was a nasty word for refusing to give in to a thief. The antidote is internalizing the concepts of gaslighting and self as point of origin.

One thing that makes me laugh is that women think that being masculine, aggressive and nasty to men means they are "powerful". I lived in Japan for several years. The women there look good, and act cute and feminine. This does not mean they are good human beings. This gives them power over men who strive to please them. Women in the west are finding out that men are walking away from them because they are so unpleasant. If they want to gain power back, they could try to act a bit more like Japan…

That's nothing, my mother had a second marriage after my father. It lasted about two years. That was thirty years ago, and she just casually dropped to me how she's bitter about not getting any of that man's pension.

Welcome to MGTOW. You are emotional right now and that's ok. You invested a lot of time in her. And it's sad about her kids, but they're not your responsibility. Move on, tell her nicely but don't see her anymore. Look after yourself first. Make money, enjoy life, enjoy your hobbies. Let women be women.

Biology does its best to sucker you in when you're young. To get you to invest in offspring. If you make it through those stormy clouds of hormones without committing yourself to fatherhood or marriage, you reach the clear air and you see there wasn't much substance there. And these days, women are making it very easy for men as they don't even pretend to offer much.

That's it man. Pro tip: you can't "find a provider you're really attracted to" from photos. What if she smells bad or has a voice like nails on a chalkboard? Anyway, good job on saving your money. I think escorts can work in some circumstances, but definitely not if it's any kind of financial stretch. Like, if it's "there goes 1/3 of my monthly retirement contribution" then fuck no.

I think there is indeed a shift happening, every kid in junior high is aware of what a simp is and it's harder for women to get attention. Things wont get better or "more trad" or anything like that, but there will be clear battle lines drawn and fewer men living in complete ignorance. Women will get more desperate and chameleonic. Not sure what next move they can try, MGTOWs aren't taken in by tradthots, and can't be brought to heel by laws when they don't associate with women.

I loved eating in those kind of eateries when I was in Japan. You'll see the occasional woman in there, usually an older one by herself who doesn't care about her image, but they're mainly for men. Grab a few plates and a beer, throw down your money and that's it. Food is usually good too, whether it's a noodle, curry or teppanyaki joint.

There's no more anti-Asian violence than usual. The media is concerned that Asians vote about 50/50 Repub/Dem, i.e. they do not overwhelming self-define as victims of the white man and a solid part of the leftist coalition. So they are they creating this narrative to shift the Asian community to the left.

I studied mediaeval history in a time when it wasn't just propaganda. Texts from the time clearly show that women often had a pretty good deal. When economic circumstances allowed it, women were protected and given easy lives. They were pedestalised. When times were tough, and for most people that was most of the time, both sexes had hard lives. The idea that the average medieval farmer was living the life of a lord at the expense of a slave like wife is ridiculous. If he was a bad husband and b…

Well, ok. Point is that neither your grandmother nor mine were oppressed. Feminism has taught complete lies about the past, that women were usually married off at 14 (rare in western Europe/usa, did happen I some parts of the world), that they had no options (in fact women were 25% of university students already in the 1920s) etc etc

In every generation, young women display herd behaviour and conform to the group. That's not unique to our society. Thing is, they are currently socialised to be selfish consumers, servants to the masters of capital (bosses, for-profit educational institutions and corporations), promiscuous, and hostile to men. The "strong independent woman" programming benefits the government and the wealthy oligarchs at the expense of men, children, social capital and the long term health of civilization.

Searching for an explanation of why these things happen in our culture, I found the following ideas a YouTube channel somewhere (my paraphrase): A meme (in the larger sense, not a funny meme) takes hold in our culture. For example, "toxic masculinity" or "gender norms are bad". Why that meme gains a foothold is a good question, but putting that aside for now... I've been minimalist ever since and for couple of years after that I slept on a Japanese futon back home, great for your back.

I do think you're romanticising the ancients; the average among them were just like the average man today. Socrates was put to death for having a bit too much to think, after all. Yet we can still hold up the best of them as inspiration. The good thing about life today is that we have options, choice and information. We can indeed form an informal academy and meet on the hillside and shoot the shit with our friends, and discuss truth and the important things in life. And read the immortal words …

People are like water, they take the shape of their container. If women are venerated and given power without responsibility, they will become corrupt. So I agree. It's not that women are bad and men good. It's that conditions in society have ruined many women who are no longer fit to be wives and mothers. Regardless of the cause, or who is to blame, MGTOW is about recognising reality and taking steps to ensure the best outcome for ourselves, given the circumstances.

It's not that peculiar. There was an attack on the WTC in 1993 and it was in the public consciousness as a target. Sounds like you are burning off a lot of calories with your job, yoga, jiu jutsu etc so you aren't seeing the gains from lifting. For hypertrophy you need to progressively lift heavy weights to failure, then have adequate rest, protein and total calorie intake to build the muscles up during your rest time. A lot of lifters avoid any kind of cardio on rest days, which isn't necessarily great for your overall health, but it does indicate the importance of not burning off your gains with activity.
