Dude, cool the jets. It was satire for a comedy show. Part of the reason the satire worked was that it came from a prominent politician. As it turns out, politicians are people who each have an individual sense of humor. So, it's okay for politicians to joke around a bit. We should encourage to better know their character, imo. Some of these comedic explorations can be layered for nuance, to amplify a point or to at least get a laugh. In this case, the motif was from that famous story about American racism. The comedic exploration was about #MeToo versus the presumption of innocence. Layer them on top of each other in black and white and you get comedy. Does that help?

Sounds similar. After I knew I would likely survive childhood, I hatched a plan to get away my parents and I stayed away except for very controlled family events.
