i see your point, no i don't get enough sleep and im not happy with my studies. i know man but the feel is fucking annoying, like the first time i did cold approach i was shaking. When getting into confrontation i get this feeling. When i was a kid i tend to fight a lot with the other kids and i learned to control this by simply backing off, but now backing off isn't the best solution.

nice point about opening up i know this is my error and im working on it in the past month. Not with strangers, but even with my friends i dont open up, i feel like they gonna use that, but what i dont realized before, opening up creates deeper connection and it qualifies them that they are important in my life, love ur point. I tend to be in my head at the beginning, but i loosen up very quickly so thats not a problem , im asking this because i was like you said, just do the approaches, i didn't pay much attention on the girl's reaction and i didn't knew how to calibrate, when rsd todd put the new game manifesto, it opened my eyes that i was doing stupid shit and i need to analyze myself where i fuck up
