Years ago the TTC could barely get cameras to protect it's own employees driving the bus. They still don't even have dash cams. Do you really think they are going to ban "manspreading?" Who the hell is going to enforce it? Shit you're not even allowed to bring cumbersome luggage on the TTC during peak hours, but people do it anyways. You can't put your feet up on the seats either. Go look at how the by-laws for the TTC. 90% of it isn't even enforced.
