Indeed it is. If you want an example of misandry perpetrated by a man, look at the list of men attending and supporting the "Mondragon" event that refuses cisgendered men the opportunity to speak at the event simply by virtue of being cisgendered.

Imagine a male rad-fem bashing his own gender, and then bashing the males around him because of his perceptions of them. But that's too blatant.

A real-world example would be if a man only hires females for a daycare position because he feels that men are simply too rough for childcare... or that men wanting to do that kind of thing are secretly pedophiles.

A woman can be misogynist too. A real-world example would be if a business woman only hires men because it could be her perception that women are lazier... or that women will try to sleep their way to the top if given the chance.
