Legally, it doesn't matter if someone cheated on you. Where did you learn that? Marriage isn't a contract, it's a norm, incorporated as a law. Adultery has been punishment for awhile, that is still incorporated into modern law. In marriage 2.0, proving that the man was unfaithful certainly has an affect on the divorce proceedings and allocations. Just one thing: Women, if they are caught cheating (open promiscuity), do not fare well in the courts in terms of property disputes. This is ESPCIALLY the case for men I know, but doesn't it still stand that if the marriage contract remains sound, then neither party has a problem.
