You know for something that never happens it sure seems like there are daily examples of this happening (that we know of, no clue how many false accusations are successful).

I wonder, on that infographic that was floated around where would this case fall?

Technically this would be an accusation that made it to the courts but failed to lead to a conviction. It wasn't proven false, it was dropped.

Holy shit, this hits close to home. I've been there a few times and now of the guy. A friend of mine knows him pretty well actually. I'll see if they can get her info and post it up on RegisterHer.com where she apparently belongs.

Why is he not able to discuss the case publicly? Certainly a prosecutor can't impose that condition on anyone. Who is hiding what, and using what threat or incentive to silence the victim?

Wow, fortunately the guy had some video to prove she was lying, many guys dont!!!

I believe US gender-feminists have perverted American law enforcement to the degree that American law enforcement's actions of manufacturing the 2% false rape statistic (when in reality its much higher) ....is unconstitutional.

The 2% manufactured statistic is unconstitutional because it Inflames a jury prejudice against any male facing a false rape accusation.

"According to police, the victim told police she had an argument with her boyfriend and left her apartment in search of something to eat."

He was jailed, without bond, only because he was alleged (words, no evidence of crime actually took place) to have committed a crime.
