I totaly agree with your post. But you will also realize, that it is not possible to drink all weekend once you have a demanding job, gym/sport, side projects, gf etc. The earlier you stay away from alcohol, the better.

Is the education level of you and the others equal? Don't play it down, verbalize your boundaries in a clear way. They are no friends! Be honest about yourself: Why do they treat you in this way? I don't know the exact circumstances, but I would never go to a workplace with such a negative environment because it consumes energy instead of giving energy. Show self respect and prepare for a job change. To minimize situations like this, be aware of your worth and don't tolerate such awful behaviour…

Ask her if it's possible to make your sets during her breaks. Worst case is that you have to change all weights after and before your sets on your own. But still a better option than waiting. Always worked for me!

Genuine curiosity as well as a top preperation before a meeting is the key. I also made the experience that asking right and unique questions is highly appreciated. Your mindset should be: I am here to learn. Act professional. That should also be your frame.

Your age and age of girls? I also set up dates after 5 messages due to time reasons (and drop out attention whores). Success rate 50:50. I am 24, girls 21-24

Good post! Accepting your parents for who they are is the key to adulthood.

3 Iron Rule Any women who makes you wait for sex, or by her actions implies she is making you wait for sex; the sex is NEVER worth the wait.

I also struggle with it (sometimes, maybe once a week for 10 minutes), and I also can't name it. I noticed that i feel very tired in this situations. Going on fresh air and deep breathing helped me. In what frequency do you have to deal with it?

I have the same problem (but only sometimes under preasure). Focus on a deep and slow breath helped me a lot

I guess that you are young and have not much experience with women. Some years ago, I was in the same situation as you. The only way i got over my first gf (oneitis) was to work on myself. To heal it, I had to clear all dark corners of my personality. I had to reflect myself, the relationships to my ex, my friends and of course my parents (!). It was a very emotional & hard process, but for me, it was a must. After it, I realized, that as a healthy young male, i have huge potential in this world…

My first approach would be: get a healthy and fit body (especially your low libido is alarming!) Lifting and increasing sleep is a VERY GOOD starting point Be aware that you have to eat heathy fats like eggs, olive oil and so on Implement healthy masturbation (from No More Mr. Nice Guy) and avoid porn Take care of your body (grooming, clothes) Develop healthy and high quality friendships with men Traveling one week alone to face your anxiety

In a Club: Maintaining eye contact and the superior feeling that I am the man who decides if I approach her or not (While knowing that she will never have the courage to approach me).

I would stay in a Hostel. Very easy to connect with others. Socializing in Amsterdam is easy. They are all open and friendly. Visit the red light district!

For clubbing, I suggest Berlin. Praha is also worth a visit. International cities with many students.

Which moments for example? Increase your presence, focus on NOW. Implement a meditation routine to get a clearer mind would be my first approach

To become a better man, I suggest also to invest more in yourself. Result is simply a higher SMV due to increased self worth, self respect, confidence and life standard. For example: - Investing more money in high quality food, books, clothes, personal development (seminars), education Investing more time in yourself (meditation, sports, relaxing, cooking, grooming, hobbies...don't be always available on your mobile phone) Investing more in your social interactions (presence on dates\ meetings, …

You are on a good way, keep going! Focus on NOW, you can't change the past. The actions of today create your future!

Increase your SMV Maybe consider a Monk Mode Go for girls you find attractive I understand your point of view! The problem is that (as you mentioned in your Question) that 3s don't care if your Game is good or bad. For me the only benefit in fucking 3s is increased confidence at sex. But in my experince, sex with girls below 6 is not enjoyable. Therefore, increase your SMV

Fucking girls you don't find attractive is an act of desperation. INCREASE YOUR STANDARDS!

Investment in myself helped a lot. With investment I mean quality time, money, quality food, grooming, sport, clothes and so on.
