This is so sad! I’m currently fighting a legal battle after I was falsely accused of. The butch accused me right after I divorced her

Are there tactical things I can do to win at trial? Is there any expert I can speak to in Ontario

Thanks ! It’s been a horrendous experience for me. The bitch directly went and fired the last rocket against me… alibi is unfortunately not a defense for me… but they found no evidence of sexual assault… but will still prosecute me.. Thanks

Thanks! The video is helpful. Alibi won’t help. She sent and gave the cops a video of me being at home on that day. But voila they found no DNA, she said I buy her and they found no bite marks… I’m considering stepping up the pressure on crown via media or via expert testimony etc., do you have any pointers for me

Thanks! Does this mean she gets away free even if I have to pay over $60k for the trial… seems so unfair

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
