Getting a woman to be happy is like getting fat to feel healthy. You don't need one. You need to focus on yourself and she's an extra in your life that can give you sons. Read the side bar

Whatever you want. "Alpha" is living on your terms. That's what it is for me. Sometimes that means being a fucking asshole. Sometimes it means going out of your way to do some things you might not want to do. No 2 men have the same moral code. If you've been at this for a while then you have picked up on some things that make yours. Advice? Sounds like you facing a crisis bro. Don't sink your misery on puss and work. Take a step back from the privileges you enjoy by achieving what you are right …

Would you be willing to make a post with some of the things you want to say to these friends? I'm aware much of it is 'common sense' that passes as morally ambiguous and difficult to do, but anything helps.

Again I find myself agreeing with many of your points and the last part in biochemistry I'm very aware of, college briefly touched on that and I've read by myself. But this you mention is a skill, one difficult to hone. Over time you can act as a king while wearing rags, but meanwhile working towards amassing power is one strategy. Personally, I have OCD and dealing with negative thoughts is the routine, so I won't speak or guess how it is for other men.

I agree with several of your points. Yet standing up for yourself requieres fortitude of mind, a depressed individual that feels worthless and weak will not be able to set clear boundaries. Boundaries are a consequence of personal fortitude, not a causation.

I also would like something like that. But to retire in peace you need at least economical power, not much, not a lot, just enough. But you still need it. Maybe even emigrating if you are living in a bad place

I would be skeptic on any number to be honest. Do they take into account if these are self-employed completely or just partially? Are they free-lancers? are they riding on passive income? are they store-owners? online shop? Also those can count as self-employed Are they SE out of need? choice but side-hustle as they study/other? Thanks for sharing the link, I know you don't have answers to all that

The vast majority of entrepreneurs are self-employed one man shops (think of liquor store owner) and generally poor. To be a successful business owner, you need scale. Do you have a reference to back that? I'm curious

I don't think free will is an illusion, but it's not used most of the time and it's not very strong. Everyone goes through their day not thinking, just chasing their mind: pleasure, needs, wants. A lot of people do non-pleasure driven activities only to avoid some consequence, they are playing to avoid losing. What you can do is choosing to train yourself so meaningful things that fuel personal growth are floating in your mind, and structure them so they are pleasant activities your body wants t…

Honor is the ability to follow a set of rules where self-control, justice and duty are promoted, and cowardice, selfishness and betrayal are discouraged. It is the basis for any code of conduct previous to organized law. If you had no honor, you were not trustworthy, and thus you would be avoided, or even expelled from a group. non-psychopathic individuals have a set of internal rules that more of less are in line with the cultural values of the place they were born in. Honor is important. Witho…

Replace one addiction with another if cold turkey doesn't work. Addicted to porn? Become addicted to video games. There's a reason the gamer virgin meme is a thing. Spend some weeks addicted to that, then replace video games with mobile gaming, but do it outside. Then start taking hikes instead of gaming. make it a progressive thing, if you can't pull off a full quit the nofap subreddit has more help this one can offer. Here you'll mostly find stoicism/go hard or go home kind of advice, and it s…

Sometimes life goes to shit and it's far too much and too horrible to handle alone. Specially when you're the one that has to solve issues as they come. You're not made of iron, but of flesh, and while flesh heals, scars will remain. A therapist can help dealing with the brunt of this much disaster and aid you in recovering. I'm sorry you had to go through so much shit and so fast. This is something a friend or a family member won't be able to help you much with, as it is a very strong situation…

Talking about how crazy was the group effort pulled off by big tech in silencing Trump and the conservative party just gets apathetic answers on how "if they got banned they were doing something bad" Too many people out there don't grasp the severity of what just happened. You can't blame people for resisting any form of change. Specially one as dystopian as you make it out to be. Your takes are too drastic, but still on the right direction. It's going to get much worse before it gets any better. IF it gets better

there are better activities, i get OP. TRP motives being an active agent in the world watching netflix is passively consuming content, there's no 2-way interactions, only 1 way (from the screen into your head - and non educative, fictional content to boot) trying to fully move into a self-betterment mindset is very hard. Reducing the hours spent at netflix and replace them with, for example, gardening or homebrewing is a better long term choice

New year resolutions have to be simplistic enough that they can be measured, but overly reaching, so they constantly evolve once you reach a new benchmark. Something like "get fit" is vague by itself, but include tracking weigth, body part measurements, nutrition and compare everything each month and suddenly you have a decent and simple goal. The most sensible aproach for a long term goal is to divide it in short term goals so momentum doesn't vanish.

Sex is only weakness if you subdue yourself to it. Feeling horny to the point you take dumb decisions? Jack off, preferably without porn. Then move on, that's it. Monks go on without sex most of their lives. A man's weakness is his unwillingness to take it on the chin and think ahead, so essentially, weakness itself is the weakness.

Their purpose are the actions themselves. They are unable to think beyond the target. I've talked with some. The answer to "What are you going to do after you achieve X?" (Something insane along the lines of kill all men) the answer is usually like: "Live happily all my life because all the hate is gone!" They have no idea, no rationality, no foresight, no concept of consequence. It's pitiful.

There has to be a balance. I have sociopathic personality traits and I learned to better mimic empathy. It makes bonding with people much easier. Even if I don't feel much, my face tells them otherwise. The real hard one is tone modulation. Titanic movie, based on real history. The "villain" that did everything in his hands to get on a boat and continue living is portrayed as the most disgusting, self absorbed piece of shit in the universe, not as a human desperate to live (because you know, men are subhuman and stuff). Instead the guy willing to sacrifice himself for the protagonist is uplifted as a benchmark of all the romantic stories turbobullshit. I see the whoie beta as someone who is weaker and has to negotiate with kindness what he can't achieve with power, skill or intelligence. Alpha as the brute who can take what he wills by force. Beta will be tolerated, but never loved. Alpha will be worshipped, but also hated and others will look to destroy it. There has to be a balance. Sleeping 6 hours on some nights makes me sleepy as fuck all day and waiting for a time when I can fall asleep. I think I have a problem Well, the book author would disagree. 6 hours is bound to make you tired, specially if you had a day with a lot learning. Just try to keep your hours between 7 and 9 and you're golden. There's also a group of people that preach on polyphasic sleep as being useful for workaholics and some lifestyles, but I haven't looked upon it myself

Well, then rest. Give youself some days to get back on track. TL;DR: Perhaps you're not an early riser. There is this book called "Why We Sleep"; the author in one of the first chapters, explains how there are people that find naturally harder to get to sleep and wake up earlier. This isn't because they are lazy or undisciplined, but because their own biology is wired for later hours. He critiques how current jobs, schools, social habits and overall modern day are problematic for healthy sleep s…

This is the most realistic take here. Remember TRP values and traditionalist male values are very machiavellian. A very common male characteristic is bragging and competition, so obviously in a community where people try to be better men, these values are amplified. This isn't helpful all the time of course, as it sparks insecurity in many newcomers. The guy that comes here bragging about being Chad Thundercock with a roided god physique of 250lbs and having a harem of bitches didn't achieve it …

Can relate to this. These kind of situations cause emotional dependency. You'll have to put her on her knees by dominating the household or leaving. While first option is obviously more satisfying in short term because you get the chance to give the emotional trauma back, it's also risky and won't benefit you long term. The best you can do is abandon her to her own luck. She failed you, you owe nothing back. If you have money, you have freedom. There's nothing else more important for a man. If w…

No. Cohabitating with women is the equivalent of placing radioactive material in your bedroom. At the begging you'll barely notice a change. As time passes irradiation will make your life miserable and potentially kill you, or ruin you for the rest of your life, all coming out of apparently nowhere. This isn't just for LTR. This is all women. Do not habitate with women if possible.

I've always seen men as solvers and women as troublemakers, in the big picture. Women do not solve problems (On a bell curve, that's it) they blame the problems on something-someone or look for someone, usually a man to solve the problem. Not all users are living in the US, and while over there 7,5$/h is minimum wage, it is rich folk salary in a lot of the world. 10$/hour for a video game in most of south america is an absurdly ludicrous number most people do not even believe to be possible. I've heard of people pulling much higher numbers in WoW

I'd call for everyone to reconsider their posture on videogames. You can use them for making sweet money Of course, can't monetize all games, only those online, with some form of currency or sellable accounts, with a large playerbase. But money is money. Making about 2-10$/hour in my free time? Being paid for enjoying myself with some good relaxing music? That's hard to replace. Most money makers in video games require some skill... but you can master that and become really good at it. Like I di…

Friedship is always tied to interests, be it because you get a benefit from each other such as discussing things, or because the other person can do something for you. It isnt as obvius in men because most are very transactional and fair, while women mostly just take and the offer is their very presence. nicely put, but I don't think it ends there. There's more. The complexity of the movement has only grown. Every week it looks more on the ground of a social dictatorship that intends to create a new aristocracy. The new proletariat is not going to be compossed by blue collar workers, but by the men. Intersectionality allowed them to create a new system of privileges by "disabilities" (their twisted concept of it), giving blacks, LGTB, etc. better positions in the oppression scale to have reasons…

Look around you how 9 out of 10 men in marriage are miserable little things with shriveled masculinities that can not even talk with freedom because they fear the wrath of the hag they chained themselves to. Women are uncapable of responsably managing authority and power, and marriage grants too much to them. It goes a bit beyond that hormonally. After the orgasm is achieved Oxytocin and Prolactin go to very high levels. These hormones would be the antithesis of the dominant, aggressive male behavor induced by testosterone and dopamine. They are prosocial, agression lowering, relationship bonding, soothing hormones that secure the refractary period of the male orgasm. In all, investigators discovered 25,066 child pornography images on more than 50 electronic devices when they executed a search warrant on April 25, 2016, including 111 child porn movies. Caldwell determined that McEwen wasn’t such a risk, relying heavily on the evidence and psychiatric report prepared by a forensic psychiatrist with expertise in paraphilia and sex…

I do not support this man's choice. It was unethical and extreme. Now, most people just like to leave it on "He's just an horrible person" But there's always the question... "Why would someone do this?" Choices aren't taken randomly. Right now it doesn't matter if a man wishes or is capable of having a child. He doesn't have a say in it. Accidents happen. People can regret choices. Life isn't perfect. Is this the act of monster or the act of a desperate man that found no other solution? I just w…

In theory (and history review) any group that becomes feminized will self destruct by openly welcoming invaders that will displace (Read: Kill, exile, etc) current male population with themselves, subjugate females again, make them bear their children and repeat the process. It's fine. Feminism will self destruct and take along it all western society. It's not the end of the world as we know it, we aren't descending into a permanent 1984. Do you think Islam is going to stand for it? Do you think Russia and China is just going to let it all rot and decay? Feminism is a tool, once it has filled it's purpose, it will be disposed of. I am member of multiple of the subreddits censored and visited the others looking for a pattern. They represent many ideologies and often are against each other, so far as being complete opposites in the political spectrum. But there are two things in common: unorthodox thinking and going against the current. Their narrative, often unethical, machiavellian or plain amoral in the name of sucess, humor or objetives, also opposes what the popular opinion currently is. They are tagged as "offensive"…

Society is built upon the idea a man works for it. Acts of selflessness and sacrifice are portrayed everywhere from religion to media, because it benefits those in power. If said man becomes self-aware he doesn't have to sacrifice his happiness for others and stops obeying "morality", a lot of the bullshit going on today can't continue. The beta bucks, the overstrained slaveworker, the obedient castrated man, they would be gone. So they do this.

The failure of our governing bodies to prosecute clearly false and clearly malicious accusations I want to believe at some point everyone will realize It's not about them being incompetent, but about they doing it intentionally. If more "less desirable" men are jailed and hidden out of view, those left with the desirable traits by women/society (Hard-worker, selfless, passive, manipulable, dependant) become more visible and everyone can focus on exploiting them better.
