I'm sure this is happening at many companies surreptitiously. Anyone capable of running a successful business, department, team, whatever size evaluates, mitigates and eliminates risks as much as possible.

Not only the inherent risks, but the collateral consequences - many successful men will not work for or with women for similar reasons and risk assessments. Employers will find it increasingly difficult to find men to hire if the environment is risky.

Of course, most of these guys should be smart enough to never state the obvious or indicate this is happening.

I took a new job recently. Once I understood the role and responsibilities and had the offer before accepting, one of the factors was the organization, team and who I'd have to work with in other departments. It was easy enough to ask questions to understand this information. Fortunately, I did not see any significant "social" risks or I'd have declined the offer.

He's bang-on correct. I'm in the same situation. The way gender relations have deteriorated over the last few years was a major wakeup call. I came up with a plan to get rid of all my female employees. While I liked them, personally, and felt bad for doing it, it had to be done. Women in the workplace have become a liability, no matter how skilled they might be at the job.

As long as your a small business you avoid the federal government. Any male manager for a large corporation is a target (doubly so if he's white) for a social justice warrior...you will bend the knee or she will sick the "hive" on you. Then you will be replaced by a female if you don't "play ball" and make her job easier. The cost of a legal department to defend against this is astronomical. Just like a football team or an army a female run company cannot compete with a male run company. And it only takes one female "and her herd" to destroy you. I expect more companies to move headquarters overseas to escape the federal government, feminists and social justice warriors to protect their share holders money. These people are morally opposed to the entire male population and combined they are more than half the voters. So shit is going to get a lot worse.

I work for a small company- all men except for two post-wall women who work in the office. Love it. Zero drama.

Used to work for a large company... the environment was basically a continuation of high school- relationship drama, (a lot) of marriage infidelity, cliques. I also noticed women are allowed to be "hip and modern" so they can joke and cackle loudly about "omg my vagina!" but if a man were to say anything sexual they'd be in deep shit.

The worst is when they start turning men against each other; there's drama because they either liked or fucked the same chick and now they "can't work together ".

Worst bosses I ever had were women.. they are vindictive as hell and completely unstable. I’m self employed now and I have hired female employees but found the secret to find the ones that have the entrepreneurial mindset. Everyone I have employed had run their own business at one time or had side hustles while working for me.

If the feminist is married and if her husband makes the main income and she is does not require the job, so she won't put her best effort into the job.

This is interesting to me with a lot of laws and questions of free speech. Business uppers want as little risks as possible. So it's natural certain groups will actually start getting ostracised because of radical views, liability and forced changes. The more radical they are the more people will become singled out and avoided. They actually create an eventual vicious circle that attacks themselves.
