Excellent response. The more "spiritual" you can make it the better, girls seem to instinctively love that shit and if you can ground it in that territory many times she'll feel guilty for being so square about it.

Women differ on this somewhat. Always start with the clit, rubbing it in a circle, slowly at first and then adjusting based on her reaction. Eventually I usually bring the other hand in and with one or two fingers start rubbing upwards inside her vagina in a come here motion (like other dude said) while still going at the clit with the other hand. But lots of women are fine with just the clit. Buy lube on amazon or at a sex shop or even at many grocery stores.

Yeah that's totally fine. I'd say no porn is far more important than no fapping, and if you're on the younger side and not getting laid regularly it's probably a better idea to just beat off once in a while. I tried total celibacy once when I was around 21 for what I now consider to be silly reasons, and after a month or so I started having wet dreams on a semi-regular basis.

Get better in bed. Be more physically dominating. Sex God Method is a good resource, although it gets a little too woo-woo here and there for me. The size of your weiner matters less than you think it does, as much of the pleasure a girl gets is psychological, which requires you to be confident in your abilities. Also don't neglect the clit. Few women are able to orgasm from just penetration, regardless of size of the object. You can also do a quick search on here and see penis insecurity is a v…

A couple people already mentioned this is a terrible idea, I agree and for the same reasons. If you're already sleeping together and are possibly interested in an LTR it could be a good activity, but definitely not a first date. A much better physically active date would simply be spending time outside, walking around. In fact as long as the weather is decent my default date is grab coffee and walk to a park or two, escalating to make-out and depending on her enthusiasm and other logistics invit…

Sounds like you're measuring your success based on having a wife, rather than having a life you value. My guess is you probably don't love your life, because if you did you wouldn't care so much about your friends having kids.

I've found compliments to be effective for day game. It's more about how you say it than what you say though. If you nervously approach a girl and tell her she's beautiful you're gonna weird her out, but every girl I've gone up to confidently and said "Hey I know this is random but I thought you were cute and wanted to meet you" has reacted very positively.

Had a bunch of girls from online dating after getting to know me tell me that I was less of an asshole than they expected from my profile (which is rather brief and also has pictures of my muscular physique). The lesson was that these women were willing to meet up with me, and typically put out, simply because I'm a masculine dude with a good body- even though (or for some because?) they thought I was going to be a brainless meathead.

When I was younger, skinny, less confident, less masculine, etc, women used to actually seem interested in my personality and experiences. This included women who would want to and did sleep with me. Now, it's blatantly obvious that pretty much none of them give a shit about any of my accomplishments, I'm just the hot guy they're hanging out with tonight. Still getting used to it, tbh.

Attraction is not rational. You either want to fuck a chick or you don't. Don't let social conditioning influence try and influence what your nuts are telling you. I don't care if everyone in a room is drooling over some woman, I care if I am. But if you are not well experienced your mind will sometimes convince you a girl is not worth it to spare possible pain or rejection, come up with reasons to keep from approaching. Just be aware of that.

In essence, yes- more stereotypically "alpha." In practical terms it's lots of little things: not being too available (e.g. not hanging out more than once a week, not texting except to make plans, etc.), having a strong air of entitlement, making things on your terms whenever possible. Basically when I was first starting out with this I wanted to have non-committed sex with women but I also wanted to be sweet and caring at the same time. I'd internalized a lot of game, which allowed me to get la…

First step, have sex with her. Next step, have sex with her again approximately 1-1.5 weeks later. Repeat. Maybe she really is looking for an LTR. Maybe she just doesn't wanna seem like a slut. Either way, you maintain frame and escalate, just the same as any other chick.

Well different women want different things but I'd say if you're getting the relationship ultimatum after hanging out a few times you're probably doing something wrong. Likely, giving off too much of a boyfriend vibe. I almost never get the talk anymore because it's just that obvious I'm not looking for a relationship. I used to get it plenty in my early efforts at casual relationships because I was still doing plenty of nice guy behaviors.

Like I said, I don't bother with these types of girls anymore, but I will reiterate you must have rock solid frame and boundaries. For example - I invite this girl out to hang out, she doesn't reply within a reasonable amount of time, I say "Haven't heard back from you, made other plans." Predictably, she texts back almost immediately super apologetic and suddenly willing to clear her schedule for me. Usually I use text for just logistics. But with these kinds of girls (whose phones are always b…

The critical shit testing point is at 73.5%. Seriously, what is the point of this question? There is no badge you get when you cross the magic 80%. If you get shit tested less it's because you show confidence and congruence. No reason to overthink this.

Great response. The default attitude around here is to delete Facebook, but if you want to have a thriving social life it's pretty hard to do without it. All my friends organize parties and other events through it, and that's how I find out about concerts and whatever else. I went without facebook for a while, stopped getting invited to stuff pretty quickly.

Haha even with relative abundance now I'm still sometimes haunted by the pussy I passed on by, well, being a pussy. I had a girl do the same thing, have me come stay at her house, and she actually did tell me she wanted to fuck me, in those words, but I was so nervous from my low partner count I thought she'd be disappointed with my performance and not want to see me again. She had a female friend there too and I tried to use that as an excuse, and she actually told me "Tara could watch." We nev…

Oh my god, the cringes are endless. Here's a few: - A girl who I was extremely attracted to threw herself at me when I was 18. Literally pressed herself against me and said "I'd so fuck you right now" and I was afraid due to sexual inexperience and I thought if we hung out more before having sex she'd have a stronger emotional connection and respect me more or something and blah blah, long story short we never did bang. It is the most natural thing in the world, to want to be loved unconditionally, to feel safe. The problem is this is not the way reality works. In my experience the only people who have ever loved me truly unconditionally have been my brother and my little sister and that was nowhere near enough to fill the void I had. I still crave it occasionally, but not as much as I used to. Like some others have said the issue arises from a lack of self-love. I used to think that "loving yourself" was some …

Why would you even want to talk with someone you characterize as vapid? But okay, I had to get that out of my system at one point too. Like u/abdada says, be attractive and interesting. Moreover, be infatuated with yourself. These types of women are very subject to external influence (even more so than average), and if you have rock solid frame in which you are the most interesting guy you know she will believe it, and you can talk about whatever the fuck you want. If you're not interesting, wor…

Women often don't make the best platonic friends. But to write off half of the population as having no value besides sex is idiotic. I have female friends who are talented artists, performers, have their own business, or any number of interesting things. The rule is would you still be friends with her if everything about her was exactly the same except she was a dude. If so, why not?

No because I've found it's exactly the same amount of work to bang a less attractive woman, my time is limited, and I'd rather not be fucking someone I'd be embarrassed to be seen in public with.

It doesn't matter what you talk about, don't be dirty but don't be boring either. I primarily use OKC, my profile and pictures demonstrate high value. I usually message them with something playful and teasing based on their profile, just some nonsense, and then ask them out within 3-4 messages. I get the number and text them to make plans. I have a near zero flake rate.

Dude you are 19. Do you have any idea how far ahead of the curve you are in even knowing about any of this stuff? I guarantee you I was a far bigger loser at 19 than you currently are, and if I would have given up at that time I would have missed on so, so much that came later. Stop making excuses based on your height/appearance. You aren't a woman so physical appearance matters way, way less. Think of fat, ugly successful stand-up comedians. Likely she is just an obnoxious bitch. While it's possible that she is intimidated by you or has had previous bad experiences, I would simply next her. Saying something like that before you've even hung out is not setting a good tone for the interaction and to me demonstrates a lack of social awareness, and is likely reflective of a large sense of entitlement. AKA an obnoxious bitch.

Most girls don't like to ask. First lesson. Second, women do vary in the bedroom somewhat as to what they enjoy and what is required to get them off. For example I've found some women can easily have orgasms from regular sex, others require direct clitoral stimulation, and some may need a vibrator to get off or just don't orgasm in general. In a similar way many women are satisfied by you just doing your thing, essentially, and others (like this former FWB) may need a little bit of extra attenti…

You can be as sweet and doting as you want, as long as it is less than she is doing to you. If you're more affectionate than her she will lose attraction, if you're far less than her she will not feel safe/comfortable whatever. Finding that sweet spot takes a bit of practice. But if she's not saying nice things to you, why would you say anything nice to her? A girl should work for your affection. You are correct in thinking that she will think you're below her if you give her more than she does …

For a beginner I highly recommend a 3x a week full body workout based on 5x5 compound movements. Stronglifts is a popular one. I did Ice Cream Fitness for my first six months which is Stronglifts plus a ton of accessories. There are lots of other beginner programs, it partly depends on your goals.

DOMS are directly proportional to the intensity of your workouts, inversely proportional to their frequency. For example, if I train legs less than once a week I get pretty severe DOMS, even at a relatively moderate intensity. If I train them twice a week my body is better able to acclimate and soreness is much more manageable, even at higher intensity. Generally at any given point I do have something that is sore, but it is very mild, in the background, and actually kind of pleasant.

There's no need to "puncture egos." If you're coming at it from that perspective you are in fact putting her up on a pedestal. Treat her like any other girl. Have strong frame, reward good behavior, punish bad, escalate. I'm seeing a girl right now with a substantial Internet following (model and very photogenic). I don't gush about how pretty she is, but if I think she's looking real cute or something I tell her. She's just another girl.

First, this labeling (he's alpha and I'm beta) isn't doing you any favors. You obviously have a lot of work to do but beating yourself up about it isn't helping. Start improving yourself, and start feeling good about the efforts you're making. There could be any number of reasons he likes you, don't overthink it. Likely he wants to help you improve. Think about this sub - some men just like helping other men out.

First, matches on tinder are a poor indicator of what you are capable of pulling in real life, or even other online dating. Forget about that. Also, you have a BJ count? Is this a thing now? What are you really asking for? Reassurance and ego validation that a broke, good-looking dude still living with his parents can have sex with a hot girl? The answer is of course yes but this is not where your priorities should be. Your mission should be making your life awesome as hell. That said, yes of co…

You definitely should add assistance exercises. If you are doing each workout and feeling like you still have plenty of gas in the tank, you might wanna look into Ice Cream Fitness which is basically Stronglifts with a bunch of accessories. That's the routine I used for my first six months, it kicked my ass and blew me up. Workouts take a while though and you have to eat that much more. Stronglifts, like Starting Strength, definitely is lacking in upper body development.

Stay out of your head. Don't mentally evaluate if it's going well. Just try to be present with her. The point is to have fun and to determine if she is a prospective sexual partner, so act accordingly. Remember it's okay to fuck up, it's okay to be awkward. The single biggest thing I wish I could have told inexperienced me would be to focus on enjoying myself. You can't suddenly decide to completely disregard years of social conditioning. It's got its grips deep into your emotional belief systems. Rationally understanding that will not free you. Slowly, gradually acting in opposition to those beliefs will free you up, bit by bit. In recovery programs they have a saying I think is useful - "you can't think your way into a new way of living, you have to act your way into a new way of thinking." As you act more and more against those former beliefs you w…

It's really not a big deal. Like really. Assuming it's actually genital warts and not something else. Lots of people around here are terrified of STDs, but any one who has slept with a significant number of women has almost certainly exposed themselves to them. PPL is a solid intermediate routine, once you have a good strength foundation. 6 days a week, training each group twice a week. You can search for some sample PPL routines. If you are focusing on physique and hypertrophy you will want plenty of volume and focus on higher rep ranges.

Sounds like you have some low self esteem, you're going to want to work on that. If you're able to hang out and have fun with a girl you're already on your way. You just need to go further. Might just not have had good chemistry. Online dating is weird for me (though I use it a lot) because I usually don't know if I'm going to actually want to fuck them until we meet. That's why I always start w something easy to eject from, like coffee. I do trust my gut- if I'm not feeling it I bounce. Simply loving yourself above all else. Value yourself, your time, your energy, your own values. I do this naturally most of the time now, but for a while I kinda had to fake it- like "how would I act if I actually believed that I am the most important thing in my world?" If you keep acting in that mindset you will eventually believe it and frame comes without much effort.

Really solid post. The example of the guy who laughs at the girl's "confession" is a perfect example of amused mastery. Between all the blue pill stories and the "omg feminism is so dumb" circlejerking around here I haven't seen much of that attitude lately. Sober nine years. Causes a little friction w some younger girls, as most of them like to get fucked up some, but I keep solid frame and it isn't an issue except for diehard party girls who I'm not into anyway. Many girls are impressed that I can be so confident without any booze. One slight complication is that I have to put a bit more work into my seduction, as girls consequently aren't usually drinking around me and so have unimpaired ASD running.

She doesn't sound that interested. Ideally she should offer another time if she is busy when you offer. She sounds younger though and younger girls are often too stupid/self-absorbed to do so. If I were you and I offered another time and she said that, I would not text anything back as it would be entering her frame, trying to convince her. If she doesn't say anything after a number of hours, I'd tell her I made other plans (and would do so) and leave it at that. You sound like you are making yo…

Yes of course. Although I have a much larger potential pool now (as in girls who are attracted to me), it was probably easier for me to get laid before when I was super skinny because I'd fuck pretty much anything. Just fuck her again? Girls I'm still early on with I generally end up banging around three times during the night. She'll forgive you for ending early if you last longer the second or third time. Also add in more foreplay. Takes the pressure off if she's already orgasmed before you're even inside her.

Been vegan 7ish years. Lifting 1.5 years, hit two plate bench and three plate squat for reps easily within 1 year. I am a big strong dude and people are shocked to find out I am vegan. There are fat vegans/vegetarian, and there are skinny ones (I used to be one). There is nothing magic about eating mostly plants. You get fat from eating too many calories, you get skinny from not eating enough.

The seduction sub back in the day used to be a goldmine, got me started on my journey before I discovered trp. Still credit most of my successes with women to stuff I learned from there years ago. Which makes it that much more of a shame that it's such a colossal shithole now.

No, you absolutely should not end the date. In my example she didn't reject it, but barely returned it, which isn't much better. The appropriate response is the same: pull back, re-calibrate, and push back later. As someone mentions in another comment, there is a difference between resistance and rejection. A girl denying an escalation might just mean she's not yet ready for it. I would've lost a good number of potential lays if I would've given up at the first sign of a denied escalation. That …

I think it works because the subtext is I am willing to walk away if she doesn't meet my criteria as a partner, one of which being that she be comfortable with her sexuality. If the subcommunication is that I really really hope she lets me keep going cuz boy oh boy I haven't been laid in months and I really need this, then of course it wouldn't work. Couple notes. First, girls do differ on how they react to touch. If you are already on a date, some touching is expected. If they react poorly to light touch on the back, guiding them, or a playful touch on the arm or shoulder after they say something funny, they maybe they are just a fucking prude. If you're really unsure about this stuff, google the escalation ladder. I don't think you need to be that structured though, just a bit here and there showing you are a physical being. Light touching here and there is a good place to start, especially guiding her while you're walking around. Just a gentle touch on the back to turn her one way or another. The other thing that really helped me out early on was committing to kissing every girl I was attracted to (and some I wasn't) at some point during the date. While some girls were surprised because I hadn't escalated properly and so it was coming out of nowhere for them, the majority of them were receptive and the very few tha…

Yeah you're not alone. Here's what I think is going on: Most of the dudes on r/TRP are not going to make it. They are simply not going to do the work it takes to build their body, suffer through countless rejections, and fail over and over again in the quest to become the best version of themselves. So, what do you do if you aren't willing to change but you can't quite accept where you're at either? Blame other people. That's what I keep seeing, over and over again. Anger phase is one thing- we'…

One thing that helped me out early on after having similar frustrations was going for the kiss at some point, every time, unless I just wasn't into her (and even then I often did anyways, just for the practice of getting over the fear). What I found was pretty much all of them would kiss me, even if they didn't want to see me again. This told me that women wait for you to set the terms of the interaction, if you want it to be sexual you must make it so. This is your job as a man.

That's a solid example of (not) being outcome independent. If I make the sole purpose of what I'm doing so I can get spin plates, or in this case get a LTR, then once I have reached that goal I will have lost motivation to continue those things that got me there. On the other hand, if I do the things I do because I am a fucking man and it feels good to do them, then women can come and go and it will make no difference to who I am.

Second meditation. Also you don't mention how long it's been going on, but sometimes these things take time. You said you're talking to other girls, are you getting laid too? It's pretty hard to have oneitis when you're drowning in pussy.

There's some missing information here, it's hard to tell what's going on. But it sounds like she probably just isn't that into you. Why didn't you bang once you got back to your place the first time?

My first therapist was like yours (and probably not coincidentally, a female), I'd pretty much written them off until I hit a new low that caused me to revisit the idea. For the second try - I just called up my insurance company, got a list of male therapists, checked them out and looked for ones on their website who explicitly mentioned treating depression as a specialty. Turns out the guy was RP as fuck, and had me very impressed on the first visit. All about actionable advice, and on the whol…

I think I've had a little of it, but because I've had similar issues in the past (in my case severe alcoholism/addiction), I knew how to deal with it. Namely for me it was rooted in the belief that if I got to a certain size, if my physique was of the perfect proportions, then finally everything would fall into place in my life and things would run smoothly. I would get the attention and respect I deserved and have real self-esteem. It wasn't a conscious, articulated belief, but something like t…

Start lifting. It has done more for my depression than any other thing. Running helps, but it doesn't result in the drastic change of physique that lifting is capable of giving you. Get a better therapist if you can afford it, if not read self-help books- most people I know who have benefited from therapy have had to try out at least a couple different therapists. The book The Depression Cure really helped me out of a slump I went through last year when I was in the exact same place you were, it…

Depending on where you live and the weather right now, a perfectly good date is walking around a park, or a downtown area. Lots of stuff to keep your attention, zero money required. Indoor activities could include art galleries, playing pool, or just getting drinks. Definitely don't do movies, I only do movies with people I already know well. You want to focus on activities that allow you plenty of time to chat and get to know each other, but that aren't you two sitting at a table across from ea…

My first real girlfriend did this, when I was about to walk out on her- she was in the kitchen and grabbed a butter knife, holding it to her wrist while saying she'd kill herself if I left. I did what any sane person would do, I laughed. Suicide is a serious issue for a very small amount of women but the ones for which it is would not use it as a leverage tool when fighting, as yours did.

No you have it backwards - it's that shy people have big egos. They are shy because they are too busy worrying about what people think of them to be present and express who they are.

Second the recommendation of Models by Mark Manson and No More Mr. Nice Guy. Also how to win friends and influence people is good for basic social skills type stuff. Above all, avoid the temptation to try and read everything possible before actually getting out there. Experience will be your greatest teacher.

There's no need to bring up trp terminology, but of course you should tell the truth. I've found much of this stuff to be very compatible w the work I've done (I'm in the other fellowship). Being the best version of you, being accountable to your own sense of morality, taking responsibility for your own life and realizing no one else is going to do this shit for you. If your sponsor reacts harshly to you telling him your truth then you need a new sponsor. But I can tell you as someone who has be…

Lift, make money, improve yourself. In the meantime lower your standards a little and try to get laid. You don't need to bang a hamplanet, but I'm sure if you tried you could find some interesting girls that are a bit on the plain side. Most likely you're not going to go from an anxious virgin to bedding hot chicks.

Dude just eat healthy and at a caloric surplus and you will be just fine. The best diet is the one that works for you and that you can stick to consistently. Later on in the game strict control of macros can make that last little bit of difference but if you're new it's totally not worth worrying about.

Yep. I used to spend a helluva lot of time overanalyzing this stuff and trying to figure out the perfect date, but there's no reason to do so. Get to know each other, be fun and interesting, and physically escalate. That's it, setting doesn't really matter. Above all if you do some activity or go somewhere only do it if you actually want to.

Sounds like you aren't being up front about being sexually interested in a girl, maybe that you are afraid of rejection or you're hoping she's going to take the lead. She won't. If you're already fit I'd recommend you get some good pictures of yourself and get on that online dating. If you're just looking for sex then picking up girls at church is probably not your best option. Gaming girls in your social circle can take some finesse which it sounds like you don't really have yet.

Yeah sometimes girls just suck at conversations on dates, especially first ones. My ex (the only girl I've even considered for an LTR in the last five years) was like that the whole first date, and so I was shocked when she accepted after I invited her back to my place. Just keep escalating until she stops you (in which case you back up a little and then keep going again a little later) or you have sex. Definitely cut out browsing facebook. Might even help to disable your account, especially if …

Dude coffee dates are my go-to and I usually end up having sex the first time I go out with a girl. I'm always sober btw. What I do- meet up for coffee, chat and get to know each other a little bit, enough the initial awkwardness has worn down. Then go walk to a nearby park, start initiating kino here. The key is to go to several different locations (helps if you live in a walk-friendly area) as this helps build comfort more quickly. You don't have to "do" anything to have a good date. In fact t…

Nah dude I'm vegan and I'm pretty big and strong (2/3/4 plates within a year of lifting). You eat smart there's no reason you'd progress any slower than a meat eater. Also you don't need to be big and strong to get laid. I got laid just as much while I was a skinny dude, once I actually started talking to women and trying to improve myself, the difference now is mostly just the quality of woman I'm going after. You might just be setting your standards too high for right now. Unless you are reall…

Second Starting Strength. Also if you've been doing ICF consistently and doing everything else right (i.e. adding weight, eating enough, getting enough sleep), you should probably be moving into an intermediate program at some point between 6-12 months after starting.
