-1	Question about STD's That's what the doctor said. Probably due to me never having symptoms and it being fairly common. I have looked into the laws regarding it and they vary somewhat by state. Most states you have to disclose if you have HIV, but for other STD's is does not seem required. Although I have seen cases of people being sued like you said for not disclosing and infecting someone.
