Turmeric (curcumin) supplements are a huge help with muscle, skeletal, and body aches. I don't know if it would work for actual arthritis like puthrowitdown has but for anyone with muscle and body aches it's a godsend. Many supplements are just bullshit or even harmful but turmeric/curcumin is fantastic. It's one of the few supplements I've ever taken that made a clear, noticeable difference for the better.
