It's kind of a depressing concept. I playfully neg my LTR fairly often, but I hate the idea of making her hate herself out lose all confidence. I neg her because she's a 9 and gets constant validation all day long. I don't need to further validate that she's hot and I want to have her mentally separate me from the other chowd orbiters out there.

I think it's a bad long term strategy to beat all self esteem out of a girl. My ex wife had low self esteem (even tho I constantly validated her) and it led to her cheating on me with any guy who'd validate her poor body image.

The part about friends AND FAMILY is the signature of an abuser. I get it you want to get her away from her slut friends that will inevitably encourage her to cheat or break up but this is a bit too much.

I'm not 100% sure how much of that is satire, and I can kind of see advantages for some redpillers to having a girl with lower self-esteem (power and dependency dynamics).

That being said, I've dated girls with low self-esteem before (maybe even depressed) and it's a major drag. Just sucked the energy right out of me. They lied more and their positive behaviours were faked and unsustainable.

I get that some girls are way too high on their horses and need to be knocked down a couple notches... but this seems just a bit over the top. I also dont think it would work very well... any guy who would treat me like this I would definatley leave. I think negging is good for when a girl is so confident she just takes advantage of guys...but you dont want to turn into the type of person she is, right?

Its really fucking annoying when a girl clings onto you for validation. It makes me think they're less than trash. A girl with self - esteem is attractive unless they are being a giant bitch. Why you would make your plates/ltr less so is beyond me.

On the other hand this seems kind of fun, as long as you can reset the damage afterwards.
