Well if you're struggling with conversation talk about them to them. Be vibrant, smile and confident. People mirror those they interact with so IF you're shy they'll be shy too and uncomfortable. Learn to be comfortable...

Could be the reason they seek primarily masculine figures in other men. In general it seems that anyone seeks the qualities that had been lacking in their childhood from a parental figure. Either way, it has been proven, and through my own experience that homosexual men are more attracted to masculine men than feminine, probably due to the abundance of feminine homosexuals being present.

You're "Innate energy" is not the one in control of whether or not you top or bottom. Yes you can want to be a bottom but ultimately you do decide if you are the more dominant one. You are in control of how it all plays out really, it's up to you if you want to be plowed by a guy and call him daddy or vice versa. I have seen guys go from dominant top to submissive bottom but that's because it's easier to let the control slip than take charge of the sexual experience.

Hey, sexuality is on a spectrum, you can still plow pussy but also be a little gay. Being masculine has more to do with doing something and owning up to it than eating mud and throwing around cement blocks for fun. If anything the only gay thing about this post is you wanting to have it in the butt, which means you wish to submit to a degree to a more alpha male. You can still be a masculine 'alpha' male and as what gay trp dictates ,take it in the butt but only by a male MORE masculine and alph…

First comment is right. Though my input is that you can be a masculine male and still do knitting as a hobby. It's not what you do as a man but how you think that sets you apart from the femboys. You are a male, a man. It's really instinctual and not something you can force either but there are a couple things to bring your masculine energy to a stronger state. The main one is what's going on in your head. Women complain and expect things to get fixed. Men take action. It's always about taking a…

I think what we have established here at alttrp under an excellent thread is that gay men yield to a man more mascuiline than what he is. Even if he is the toppest of tops he will yield to a more masculine gay man. So to put it into perspective of freudian psychology, gay men seek their fathers subconciously.

Hey, sorry for being late. Not really much to say, being honest with yourself is 100% guaranteed improvement. Lying is holding back progress. I suppose if you find a situation where you are debating with yourself, just be honest and go with the answer even if you don't like it.

Everything is a matter of perspective and the red pill constantly changes your perspective. When I said life is suffering I was being direct. You are always suffering, everything good and bad has suffering. Some suffer in greater or smaller ways but it's suffering nonethless. Like when you workout, you feel pain the next day, hell sometimes you can't even walk. When you get rejected by a girls again and again, you will feel shitty, but your game is improving from every failure. I mean right now …

Yes because the suffering is no longer pointless. Like sitting in front of a pc for years, no matter how much porn or junk food was consumed, I needlessly suffered for those pleasures by losing social skill, gaining weight and becoming sexually numb, it was all very pointless suffering for meaningless pleassure and I just got more and more depressed. One of the main reasons I am happy about the ways I suffer now is because the things I do now is something I want to suffer for instead of it happe…

Yes that is my view, actually got it from a great book, stuck to it ever since. I guess I feel good 90% of the time but on an off day when things don't go as planned and I don't feel 100% but I don't feel hopeless, instead I feel that I just make it work regardless. Well before I was about 50 pounds heavier, had a gut, an ugly mop of unwashed hair, bad hygiene and skin care, also a dress sense of a blind homeless man. I started to take responsibility after deciding I would rather suffer to look …

The barnum effect is highly present in Myer Briggs descriptions and therefore leaves it as a poor basis for identification of personality traits. Sure use it as a guideline but don't go basing your life off it.

Well if this is your lowest, then there's only up from here. You would get somewhere great if you chose to go there and made the effort, life isn't magical unfortunately. I've been where you were, depressed, overweight and angry with the world while hating myself. I turned it around. Lost 14 kgs, finished my degree and even got a job only 4 months after finding trp while also being the guy that turns heads when he enters a room. You have to make the decision to change and be active. Life is suff…

I'm not a clairvoyant but I know improvement, any improvement from your current state is possible and better than wallowing in your current state. So instead of trying to strive for the Wallstreet navy seal, perhaps you can strive for something better and realistic in your own abilities. Plus from the sounds of it, you're limiting your ability without even trying. Also here's an example I suppose: https://www.reddit.com/r/ThankTRP/comments/3u1fnj/thank_you_trp_for_making_me_leave_the_basement_i/

I've read a few hundred posts about guys who went from pussy to a better state. Just keep moving forward in the right direction, never look back because there is nothing there for you to learn and gain from. You're already a step above a lot of other guys by just admitting it to yourself, and knowing what's right and wrong. Also don't define your success by another man's metric, your success must be defined by your own. If you lose 10 pounds then you're successful, if you have read 2 books when …

Noone said you have to pursue a relationship. You can even communicate to an interested girl that you do not intend to have a serious relationship and she will still participate in activities with you if she believes your value is worth it. No need to place labels and commitment on someone. So overall don't worry about feeling nothing for someone else. At this moment this is who you are and you should just make the best of it, you will change again and again in the future anyway.

If you're looking for some factual reading specifically associated with TRP concepts look here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/5gut7r/red_pill_books_compilation_v3/ If you're looking for a fictional recommendation: A book that got me back into reading recently is "The first fifteen Lives of Harry August" by Claire North. A thriller but well written. Basically tells about the first fifteen lives of a man who relives the time period between 1924 till his death for eternity yet with a…

The method with which the oil is processed is important. Organic, unrefined coconut oil is the best coconut oil for skin care because it contains all the naturally occurring phytonutrients and polyphenols needed. Look for coconut oils described as “virgin,” “cold pressed,” or “raw.” Coconut oil is great for all skin types so enjoy some of that baby soft goodness.

I am an INTJ and my advice; abandon all association with the Carl Jung and Myers Briggs personality test. It operates on the similar principles of the barnum effect much like horoscopes where it encourages snowflake mentality which is highly discouraged on The Red Pill. I agree you can use it to base some of your own personality traits but overall it doesn't seem like a conclusive piece of psychology. My second piece of advice is to study the sidebar thoroughly. Especially if you see yourself as…

Okay wonderful, so this article goes on about how shitty the red pill is, yet it offers no alternative, no solutions, no strategies no advice. Just 'Red pill ruined my life and I think you should think what I think although it won't benefit you.' Wish a meteorite would purge cancer like this from the Earth.

Not exactly clear where I read this but I do recall that a solid piece of advice, never speak badly of others to anyone or on any platform, not from a moral stand point but more to keep your reputation and appearance as clean as possible as to avoid a situation such as this. I think it was from "The Prince".

If they ask you out say no or just ignore them? They can't really do anything to you that is short of sexual assault. And gay men are predisposed to seek the most masculine male in an environment, like women, so take it as confirmation of your sexual value and move on. Or better yet ask gay men how you should decline them at the altrp subreddit.

Soap is possibly one of the worst things to put on your face. Your facial skin is incredibly sensitive, hence the facial wash (deep cleanser). Remember to gently rub in circles upwards ,the same goes for the moisturiser that you apply last and do not wash off. Make sure the moisturiser is no larger than spf 20 otherwise you have some excessively strong chemicals. Also look for toners that close up your pores and prevents break out. YouTube some videos for some visual assistance on how to look af…

Visit a barber, look for your face shape and find a haircut that suits it. Face shape influences a haircut dramatically. Go to a store and get deep cleansing face wash and moisturiser, both should say 'sensitive' on the bottle, you are from now on going to wash your face with the deep cleanser every night and apply moisturiser on your face and neck before bed. Coconut oil is great to apply on your face and neck or where ever every second day or so to get nutrients and whatnot back into your skin…

You don't have to identify yourself with a stereotype, you can like guys and you can like girls, it's really more a spectrum than a direct identification. Some guys can be a little gay or a little straight. You're focusing too much on what to identify as instead of simply embracing whatever you're into and just going for it.

Social heriarchy is determined by shit tests. Men shit test too... he in a way could believe he has a higher social value than you do and is now testing you. Pass the test as always by holding frame, joke with him if you must, reacting negatively by being upset or letting him get to you is failing the said test, prove to him you have a higher social value by holding your frame and this would blow over...

Find meaning in what you suffer for, if it has no meaning then don't do it. Happiness comes from suffering for what you believe is worth the suffering. Life is always suffering, might as well choose what you suffer for. Suffer wisely and you will be happy.

If you want to make friends you have to be absolutely comfortable being alone. As being comfortable alone makes you automatically less desperate, appear approachable and of course the one in control of the possible relationships that would arise in the future.

It's depressing to read their shit, they miss the whole point of TRP. It's okay though, I mean if they want to spend their free time talking about something they don't agree with then let them, it's their time they're wasting anyway.

You're assuming he can do anything if you let him mates guard. Truth is he can't and won't do anything at risk of appearing like a dick to his oneitis. So simply just ignore him and do your thing, don't over think social interaction, it's 90% of the time an easy fix.

Could pull a lazy "Rule 38" liner on you, but why shouldn't you? Well you can, go ahead, go and apply the dark triad, be clever about your decisions atleast and read up on a few good books. Noone says you shouldn't, well unless they're governed by personal morals. Purpose of life? Your purpose changes everyday, there is never a solid road for you to travel, just pick one that you fancy and go on. Enjoy life on the way too, might be fun. Exact same shit happened to me once, I ignored their words, they weren't very important to me so I didn't think much of it. Best thing you can do is shrug it off and go on. If they bring it up again, tell them you're not interested in their ego trip, you're enjoying lunch with your friends and move on.

You can't save the bluepill. The bluepill does not want to be saved. By a peculiar set of circumstances decided on by fate and millions of years of evolution, fate has decided that you should know the redpill. A bluepill must find the redpill on his own much like you have. Remember you are number one in your life, avoid the drowning man as he will pull you under if you get too close, wait till he is under before trying to pull him from the water.

Destroying the frontal lobe would sever reasoning, rational thought, problem solving. Sociopaths/Psychopaths have a poorly developed Amygdala, the part that processes empathy, emotional response etc. If he wants to improve it has little to do with his brain structure. More to do with his perception of the problems he deals with. Not reflecting on failure is as useless as a lobotomy, the similarity that successful men have compared to non is they care little for others who provide absolutely no b…
