I have many friends on the spectrum so I think I'm primed to answer this. I don't think with what's she's presented here means that she is necessarily interested. Here's why I think that: 1) Some women are friendly by acting flirty and 2) Sometimes being friendly can be interpreted as flirting. This largely depends on the women really. I don't think this is about money at all. He said he doesn't like talking about money all the time. Sounds a bit like, I want to talk to you and spend more time with you and not have to discuss practical matters like money. Of course I'd need more context but with the minimal information you've provided, that's what it sounds like.
