I've dated several 9's in the past 3 years. All of them had dysfunctional personalities in one way or another obviously because of being super hot their whole lives. I look at it like how Hollywood child stars are used to be treated differently than everyone else their whole lives and don't learn to function normally in the world and relationships. They were all extremely boring. The hottest of the bunch just wanted to go to the kinds of social events all the time where people just go to be seen…

I start off vanilla and add add a little more variety every time. Each time we have sex, we do everything we did before, plus something else. Keep pushing the envelope. If you run out of ideas pretty quickly, she's not the problem. Read some subreddits, web sites, blogs, or whatever else about sex, if you don't already have a wide range of ideas. I've never had a woman refuse to do anything I've wanted to do. Part of that has to do with picking the right women to begin with. I like women with ju…

No, you're completely missing the point. SHE would have already tried harder if she was AT ALL interested. Have some self respect and forget about her. One of the keys to success is to realize that there are 3.5 billion other women on earth and the one who has your attention at one moment is not special, no matter what your brain is telling you. Every time I've started thinking one woman was special, I've met another soon after that made me realize the one before wasn't what I thought she was.

My doctor tried several different medications until we found the one the worked best. I had started thinking I had Aspergers before getting diagnosed. The outward symptoms of Aspergers and adult ADHD can be similar. Autism and Aspergers aren't as easily treated, but I'm not an expert on what treatments are available for those.

Ask yourself if you would let all these excuses stop you from seeing someone you were really into? I bet you would find some way around whatever comes up and see her, and she would also. Girls act interested when they really aren't all the time for reasons I can't comprehend, and their mechanism for dealing with that is constantly having things "come up" that keep them from having to do anything with you.

Is it possible that you have some form of autism, Aspergers, or ADHD? I would have described myself some of the same ways that you do several years ago, but I discovered as an older adult that I have ADHD. Since getting some treatment for that, my "personality" has changed 180 degrees. I had really only dated one person before 5 years ago, my ex-wife. I have dates with two different women this weekend, and have gone on dates with 25 different women in the past 2 years. I am the most fun person t…

Like everything, it depends a lot on how you look. I'm 42 but look 32. Women I meet never guess I'm anywhere near 40. I've been divorced 4 years, and have dated a lot of 7s, 8s, and 9s between 25 and 35 years old. Women over 35 around here are either too out of shape or too religious for my taste so I've given up on them. I went on a date with a 34 year old "8" with a Phd last Wednesday and met a 25 year old Attorney this week who's about an 8. I have a date with a 31 year old nurse on Saturday.…

(Guy here) This exactly describes a woman I dated last year. She played hockey in college, lifted weights 3 times a week, had lots of tattoos, and every other guy she dated before me was obviously beta. She was very conscious that she was an alpha female. She told me that I was the first guy that ever had the "upper hand" with her from the very beginning and really liked that. The mutual alpha-ness made things very fun and intense at first, and we had amazing chemistry, but we did quickly start …

I don't know about age filters. The majority of the women that I've met were 30-33. Most people seem to think I look like I'm early to mid 30's. I think Tinder will show the other person people who liked them even if they don't fit their filter. I know that's true with distance.

This is generally true in my experience, but there are exceptions of course. The problem I have with Tinder (as someone >40) is how inefficient it is. I don't have problems meeting people on there, but you know so little about the person that it's a lot of effort to find a high quality person (I have high standards and won't compromise). There are women who are good LTR material, but you might have to go through a few dozen who aren't to find one who is. I had fun on there for a while, but my ti…

I am having dinner with an ex next weekend. I've never even done that before. I have learned a lot from TRP, though, and have no plans to restart a relationship with her, because I am pretty confident that the reasons that led to the breakup won't change (in our case, the issue was her being unable to trust anyone because of baggage from her past). I would consider a FWB arrangement with her, though. I think the situations where getting back together with an ex actually works are very rare. Your…

I'll second what /u/abdada said. Dating a lot more women is the solution to many things. I've dated about 20 women in the past year, and a couple of months ago found one who I'm in the process of LTR'ing. So far, she seems about as RP compatible as one could imagine, especially for her age. She's 35 and meets almost all of the unicorn criteria in this classic TRP post: http://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/1uandf/ltr_game_part_3_unicorn_hunter_checklist/ There are not many women like this.…

42M here. I am in really good shape and look 8-10 years younger, so that's a factor for me. I've been divorced for about 3 years, and just started dating again about 14 months ago. I have found that I have no problem dating women who are 30 to 33. I dated a 25 year old for 4 months. Almost no women my age are as active as I am or have the same interests, so I usually end up dating younger women. Women are interested in older men, that is not a myth. At least they are interested in older men who …

When you say "talking" do you really mean texting? If so, then just stop. Talk to her in person. Use texts only to set up the details of when to meet in person. If you try to build attraction over texting it's going to backfire most of the time, which is probably what's happening.

It was extra funny the first time I used it because I was 41 years old (the woman was 25). Guys her age she had been with weren't down with the blood apparently. I told her that's what the red towels in the bathroom are for. The look on her face was like "OMG, that makes so much sense now" I'm dating a new woman right now. I can't wait for this topic to come up so I have a reason to use this again.

I met a woman like this, but somehow managed to handle it perfectly. She told me later that it was the first time she felt like a guy had the upper hand on her from the beginning. She did put out on the second date, and admitted she wanted to on the first. We dated for about a month and she was a freak in the bedroom, but she convinced me that dating that kind of woman long term won't work. She was 100% into herself and a LTR would have been a disaster. (She also had all the signs of a woman tha…

I've texted this to 3 different women this year after they brought this up. Period sex happened with all of them shortly after. I keep a link to it handy just in case it comes up again. https://i.imgur.com/VjZf3.jpg

I knew she was a gamble, and not just because she was so hot. On the first date, she told me had a constant fear as a child of going insane. Also, I read something along these lines and it may have been on TRP: women that are super hot get treated so differently their whole lives that they don't learn how to know what they want, or make a move to get it. There may also be a bit of having so many options that they can't pick one. I've dated two supermodel-hot women in the past few months and both…

These are good guidelines that I've arrived at myself also. I nexted a 9 this week because she dodged a goodnight kiss on the second date.

What's available is going to vary by where you live, but how much success you have depends on how attractive you are more than anything else. Except in small rural towns, there are going to be some decent, attractive women on dating sites. As a RP'er who is fairly attractive, the competition from other guys seems weak. Who your matches are, based on your answers, will say something about you. That's how OKC works. Sometimes it's a good idea to clear all your answers and start over. Where I live …

Thanks. I like this idea the best so far. I've never liked directly complimenting women. To me, it always seems forced or like there's an agenda behind it, even when there's not. I don't want to date women who need compliments to keep their self-esteem up. I was married to a woman like that for years.

It's a reasonably accurate generalization. Tinder takes so little effort, though, that's why I kept using it even though I had zero success for several months. There's another kind of numbers game, and that's time. Even if your chances of finding an awesome woman on there is 0.5%, it's going to happen eventually, if you have enough patience.

I had a first date with a woman I met on Tinder last week. We met at a coffee shop. Apparently the way I approached her when we first saw each other was effective in some way like this. The barista asked "how long have you two known each other"... to which she replied, "we met just now"... the barista didn't know what to say for a few seconds.

I have been working on my game for a while now, and just a few weeks ago the thought "I feel dangerous" popped into my head. You need to learn to be fearless. Approach every woman you are interested in. Be confident. Fake it at first if necessary... you will be successful, and then become actually confident.

My ex didn't start out that delusional. People tend to either believe in a dude you can't see that's controlling everything and wants you to worship Him, or they don't. If they do, they generally get more into as they get older. Churches are designed to use psychological tactics to accomplish this. If they weren't experts at it, they wouldn't be able to keep the doors open and bills paid.

This is one of the best comments about texting that I've read. I've been looking for similar advice in other subs and gotten nothing but circle-jerk type "you're doing everything wrong" replies, in spite of the fact that 99% of them have never had as much as a conversation with a woman as attractive as the one that I've already had 2 dates with. I texted probably too much with the last girlfriend I had, but it seemed to work for us, at least for a while. We were both extreme extroverts and just …

Like I said, I think anything that does work can only be counted on short term. If you think you will be the 1 in 1000 that makes it last long term, you will probably be disappointed. I've just decided that I'd rather move on and go for a sure thing than keep trying to beat the very steep odds in situations like this. In your case, she's already thin and may stay that way whether she works out or not. For me, I'd like someone to share the same lifestyle as me, also, and not just be thin or in sh…

Don't expect that you can ever convince someone to do something long term that they don't genuinely want to do already. Sure, maybe some RP or other kind of convincing will work in the short term, but for a LTR, don't count on it. People just aren't usually able to sustain something they don't want for themselves, no matter how much they want to please someone else in the short term. Their built-in nature eventually comes out. /u/CreepAcceptance's example is the exception... and probably a uniqu…

Is there a conspiracy? I just had this happen a few days ago. I've had random women from Middle School or High School friend me or message me before, but this one came right out and said that she wanted me to ask her out. She sent me another FB message tonight. I've been ignoring her for the most part, but she doesn't seem to be getting the message. I was puny, a "nice guy", etc. She got married too early, has 2 kids in grade school... almost identical to your description. I'll give her credit, …

For one, timing is important. You can't wait too long or you lose the moment. You can't go too fast, though, either. I just got a better idea where that balance is.

Nothing is holding me back. I think you may be missing my point. Why be a 250 lb guy with a great personality when you could be a 175 lb guy with a great personality? I think you're rationalizing your own situation a bit. A woman is going to pick the 175 lb guy over the 250 lb guy every time, all else being equal. I'm not discounting the non-physical factors at all. The whole point of several of my replies has been how much my personality has changed for the better. My physical appearance hasn't…

Actually, I've not seen that. Not in the last 25 years, anyway, and not with women that are 8's and above. I'm sure that happened more often 20+ years ago when women had fewer options. Any maybe it does now with women who are as insecure or clueless as some of us guys tend to be... I'm not interested in those women. Most attractive women are aware of how many options they have now, especially if they've ever been on an online dating site, and the "bottom 90%" of guys are completely invisible to …

I had never really taken Tinder seriously myself, and only got on it because I wanted to take some better pictures before setting up a profile on "real" dating sites. How well it works will depend on how big a city you live in. It's not going to work as well in rural areas. I live in a medium sized city. I've had more success on there than I expected and it has been a good learning experience. I've matched with more women that are 26 - 35, but I look like I'm in that age range myself. There are …

41 here. I used to think I was an introvert but I figured out a lot of my personality had been controlled by undiagnosed ADHD. Since getting that under control, I have become a huge extrovert. That revelation happened coincidentally the same month my ex-wife kicked me out (That was 95% because of psychological issues she has, and she later spent 18 months trying to get me to come back, but her kicking me out was the best thing that ever happened). So becoming more of an extrovert didn't immediat…
