Amazing post man, one of the best ive seen in a long time here. I was suprised to see i did some of the things you mentioned beforehand. I got so frustrated with myself when i was unmotivated to do stuff and then i just started going against my feelings and started doing it. But it takes some serious willpower to do something like that and to anyone reading this i suggest going for mental health first and then doing everything else. Also "How to make friends and influence people" is an amazing b…

Thats typical crab bucket mentality, they see you are better then them and say all that stuff to bring you down. You have something going on for YOURSELF in life and whatever stands in your path should be taken care of. They might be your best buddies but as u said, in 10 years you'll make yourself even bigger while they'll be divorcing their unicorns and probably lose half of their everything. You can try explaining it to them and pushing them to the right path but it doesnt work in most cases.…

Ugh man i see you're new here. Id say you should stop trying anything serious with anyone for some time. You can like hook up with chicks and fuck em and all but no relationships and investment. Read books (sidebar) and work on yourself. And when you stop asking question like "what should i answer to this text" and shit, then you can start some more serious stuff.

First of all what the actual fuck, what makes you think threatening and especially hurting people is normal? TRP literally preaches controlling your emotions so fucking work on that. What i see from your comments is a lil cunt that finds pleasure in seeing other people being frightened. Which is sociopathic. One of the best advice i ever got was to think about long term effects of your actions and thinking about it BEFORE you do it NOT after. Also anything that hurts someone is most fucking like…

Sounds like someone has a bit of a crush for that girl. If she stops talking to you for a day you stop talking to her forever and thats it. And wtf do you mean best friend??

Id suggest finding a job as a part-time bartender. The best job for social interactions with people your age, plus if your even a bit good looking some girls will start hitting on u, atleast drunk. I suggest you read "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie

Start improving, TRP isnt just about spinning plates and fucking all the time, its about self improvement and a lot of guys here dont see it. I recommend reading about stoicism and trying to adapt to that mindset, it can make your life much easier. Check out Marcus Aurelius's Meditations, and dont read it just once, every time you feel like life is shit get your boi Marcus out to prove you wrong.

Try to completely block thoughts about dating and stuff, take a month or two or even more if you feel like it to go full on monk mode. Read some books on meditation and try to focus on getting s better job or something.

Hard next, stop thinking about her i know it can be hard but practice and meditate it helps.

Damn thats tough, I suggest you meditate on it, sit down relax and just think about it, embrace it. It probably even looks cool, girls love badass scars so a plus for you.

This is fucking hilarious, my advice to you is to stop talking to everyone of those friends immediately. Read the sidebar and some frame related books, get your shit together.

Ok yea, there has to be some kind of a pub or club people go to at weekends. Go there and try to talk to girls as much as you can and even guys , you can always make some friends. Block all past girl u mentioned dont go there and if u have a lot of free time u can go traveling. Go to a city thats close and you've never been there. Try to find some cool places. I myself always look for some local pubs and usually theres a lot of girls in groups in there mostly on Fridays and Saturdays. Also try l…

Yea life's a bitch, and I disagree with you about ugly women getting man and attractive guys not getting women. If a guy has a rock solid frame and good game he can (in my opinion) seduce any woman on this world (if ofc that woman is straight/bi -or whatever the fuck there is nowadays- and is sexually interested in guys). Now, you can bitch about life being unfair and hard and all that shit but bitching aint gonna get you anywhere. I suggest reading some books on stoicism and changing the way yo…

Actually (from a personal point of view) redpill is just a "strategy" to become a better man all together , to find yourself and be happy about it. Dont stress about anything and try to find peace inside.

Meditate every day, every morning when you wake up go to the bathroom and do what you must to wake up completely and then just sit on the floor and think about your anger and the source, or just keep saying to yourself "today I will not get angry and if i do ill deal with it and calm down." If you get angry in public or in a conversation dont act emotionally as soon as you fell the anger building up take a few deep breaths and try to suppress it. Getting angry means losing your frame. Dont lose …

I didnt say you do, i said that if you want a gf too much you could become desperate.

You probably shouldn't have a gf if you want one so badly, oneitis could kick in and you can become desperate, i suggest you go out and improve your game with girls and focus on yourself.

I bet the rod is a better solution but she cant get that cuz it would bring up too many questions from her parents, shes 17.

If i learned anything from TRP in a year and a half is to be happy about myself and the LITTLE THINGS. Go out for a walk in a park, listen to the birds, look at people laughing, watch the trees and how beautiful the nature is and just enjoy yourself. TRP is here to make your life better by encouraging YOU to MAKE yourself better, and the first step shouldn't be girls it should be your own mind. How you think is everything, learn to appreciate little stuff and the reality you see grim and dull wi…

Yea as the guy said Marcus Aurelius's Meditations is a must if you wanna get into stoicism.

Glad you agree, and it doesn't matter what the outcome is or could be the point of the frame is to be unbothered by anything and your situation was a good test for yourself to see if you can keep it. Every time you get angry you must say to yourself to keep calm and think rationally, no matter the circumstances.

Keep the frame, read about stoicism it helps a lot with keeping your mind of unnecessary things. She aint special shes just someone you've gotten used to and you gotta break that bad habit. Ghosting her would probably cause a lot of mess in your life so thats a no, but keep it simple, if she asks you to study together say you're busy, if she confronts you about it say you're busy, she'll go nuts and either fuck you or leave you alone.

That one is a real psycho but if I were to find an "what-did-i-do-wrong" part in the story it would be when you initiated that one date and started gettin into her/thinking about her. And definitely when you lost your frame, always keep on the frame!

Reading books on stoicism really helped to see a bigger picture in life. Self-reflecting helps a lot and of course start training, doesnt have to be lifting which is obviously a main thing on TRP. You can simply start with some normal exercises 20 mins a day and you'll see progress in a month. Just stay positive.

TRP isnt just about getting beefy af and getting laid. Its a way to be a better man and by that a more productive person, better human, better student, better teacher better at everything. In the begging many think its just muscles and pussy but the real Red Pill is when you realise its your own self. For everyone seeing this comment I reccomend reading Meditations by Marcus Aurelius, great stoicism guide, teaches you to look form a different perspective.

First of all stop gaming and weed, gaming is a waste of time unless ur making a living out of it and even then it takes a toll on your body. Weed slows down your brain function and trust me your brain is all you have that is truly yours. Start working out, it doesnt have to be lifting or gym, simple workout plan 20 mins a day can get you a long way. Get your monk mode on for atleast 2,3 months and then start going out and just talking to people. Focus on yourself and get a grip.

Yes this made me realize that more than anything, I talked to my father about it and i believe he explained it to her because she seems ok now. But he did say she wont forget this easily.

Because she asked me while we were "arguing" if I was a Catholic and I saw no reason to lie to her and again I was thinking it would have a totally different outcome.
