Most cases I have seen are like that. Thay usually assume the accused as guilty untill they provide evidence. In 2020 there was a rape case which was being popular among news media outlets and none of them had evidence but people believe the case was true. Even though its illegal no one enforces child abuse laws. Its impossible to find a school or parents who don't beat children. Because of your comment I started thinking if I have been falsely accused and I remembered that at 3rd grade I was accused by a girl for physical abuse and my parents beat me hard(lol that's also physical abuse) and her mom used to scold me.
