I will absolutely not let that happen. It wouldn’t ever happen based on the fact that her entire family lives in the area and they are so closely knit it’s kind of annoying. I am sorry that happened. I couldn’t imagine.

Great post. A few things in response. The medications for me are a needed thing. I was in therapy and I was still not able to focus. Lacked energy and lots of all those other things. Currently on Prozac and Wellbutrin it has helped me tremendously. I work on religiously and did prior to the divorce so that has been a constant. I have found some time to do other things that i was enjoying before the depression put me in the psych ward to 3 days. Therapy is still a normal part of my routine both P…

I don’t swallow it anymore. But I know I have a temper and she knows how to push my buttons. Last time she started name calling I almost threw my glass at her head. I have been 100 percent clear about my emotions and feelings towards the marriage. But she knows that my kids are a tether and so she uses it against me.

Thanks for that. You are absolutely correct. Yea I’m in therapy and I actually start another round next week with a greater focus on some other areas of my depression and anxiety.

Yes several times. It usually ends up with me walking out and staying in a hotel because she will start throwing the kids in my face. Or she called me a monster in one case. She told me I was faking my PTSD and to stop being weak... it honestly is out of character for her to act that way but it seems she is becoming very cold and bitter because I was open and honest with her.
