The demand of "believe the women" is obviously unreasonable, and mostly promoted by women. It is fair to call this out.

I'm thrilled to see people sharing my comic! I also wrote an article this week explaining how Tradcons like JP are not red-pilled. Check it out: https://www.avoiceformen.com/men/three-easy-pieces-of-the-red-pill/

Don't you see a contradiction in claiming that men's needs will always be ignored for biological reasons, and so we shouldn't even push for a discussion of this issue, and then saying we need to focus on things we can change like "restoring men's legal equality"? Men's legal equality would come at a cost to women, so we need to wake people up to their indifference to men in order to have a chance at receiving equality.

You say: Tribalism is a biological predisposition that human societies tend to revert to in periods of resource scarcity. and that our current state of comparative plenty makes racial tribalism unnecessary. And that Male disposability is an evolutionary mechanism for prioritizing access to resources within the kin group But our current state of plenty doesn't have the same effect on male disposability that it did for racial tribalism? Why does the logic from the previous case not apply? Oh, beca…

I agree with you that it shouldn't be a gendered issue, but that is not how I interpret his statement.

Racism also has biological roots. Should we placidly accept racism? The biological tendency is exactly why it is important to discuss male disposability. I agree with your point about Peterson's message of empowerment--and, in fact, I believe he is a transformational figure whose ideas will positively influence even groups he is adverse to, such as men's rights. I am surprised to see support, in this subreddit, for the idea that society doesn't need to discuss male disposability.

Men are over represented at the top economically, but it's a small minority of men, and men are also radically over represented at the bottom. Nobody cares about men who are failures. There is no sympathy for them. The complaint is always that if you look at the top 1%, men are over represented, but that is true of the bottom as well. If we are going to have the discussion, and I don't necessarily think we should have that discussion, but if we are going to have the discussion then we should loo…

Once you start seeing how gynocentric the west really is, but you’re constantly hearing about how women have less rights, you’ll start turning over all kinds of stones. [O]nce you start pulling at the thread, it all unravels pretty quick. Yes!

I never took offense. I mean I was flashed, humped, bumped, grabbed. I think he probably did it to a lot of people … but it was so much fun. Fun?!? I thought sex-inflected frivolity was pure evil.

Did Jessica Guynn try to register for the conference and get denied? Surely not. The conference, itself, didn't interest her at all (probably over her head or too boring).

That's cool. But I remember watching a segment where he argued that the only way for men to have purpose in their lives is to support a family.

He is not a "bad guy." I like his advice in getting to your goals (he basically gives men assertiveness training). But when it comes to setting your goals, he falls back onto mindless conservatism.
