Yeah, that's pretty much what I thought. I figured there must be something else to this whole "red pill" thing that I wasn't understanding. Sex is great and all, but there are things that are a lot more important. I guess I'll be unsubbing from here. Have a good day.

Yeah, it seems like there's a few tiny pieces of good advice on here, but most of what I've been seeing is the equivalent of diarrhea in text format. Then what is being "alpha"? I feel confident about my intelligence. I'm not ripped but I'm fit - I'm actually running a 5k tomorrow. I'm happy in my relationship, my work life... Is that alpha? Honestly, this whole sub comes across as a mixture of /r/getmotivated and /r/seduction with a healthy dose of mysogynism.

Then why are many posts on this sub things like "Women give up the ability to deny sex when they marry, just as men give up the ability to not give women their money"? That sounds like unhappiness all around.

I don't see myself or my partner as particularly submissive or dominant. However, we've only been together two years. It's not like I've had decades of experience.

I'm not too convinced by that. I'm usually far more attracted to women who share some "masculine" traits. I'm not that great with car repair, but I loved that an ex of mine could fix it for me. Conversely, I make some damn good food, and women seem to enjoy that quite a bit.

Hmm. I honestly enjoy making my partner happy, even if that sometimes means I make personal sacrifices. I might give up my weekend to help her build a countertop. That's okay with me, because I know that she also is willing to make sacrifices to me. It's a very happy existence, but it seems antithetical to what's going on here.

I'm new to this sub, so please correct me if I'm misunderstanding something. Is this sub basically focused around getting laid as often as possible? I mean, I'm pretty happy in my relationship, and that's more about personal fulfillment and mutual support than getting my rocks off.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
