Just because your hair is short doesn’t mean you don’t need to keep it nourished and moisturized. Shampoo strips out all the moisture, so conditioner puts moisture (and protein if you buy protein ones) back into your hair without being oily. I have short hair and I promise it does make a difference

Shampooing guidelines are typically not to wash every day, but everyone has different hair and scalps, and different needs. If you’re working out and sweating, you definitely want to wash it, or it can get itchy. Just use some conditioner afterwards to keep it moisturized and soft:) I don’t recommend wetting your hair at all between washes unless you need to to get it styled how you want because it does dry out the hair and scalp. Of course, if you do it’s not the end of the world, especially if…

You can also get styling products that add moisture, which, I have found, my male clients love. They have stuff if your hair is short or long

From a hairstylist, just condition right after shampooing. If you have hair that gets oily quicker, definitely only use it right after shampooing. Using it on non-wash days will just add to the buildup of oils and make it look greasier! If you don’t get your hair wet between washes, you can also skip the conditioner on days you don’t wash. I recommend this, as wetting the hair between washes can dry it and your scalp out.

Maybe for some people. But it’s never been a problem. Usually they just say “no.” The ones who kept it have never made a move after. They approach from attraction, but I’m honest about my relationship. If anyone were to make a move later on, i would just drop them, but it’s never happened to me:) I never flirt back either. I try to let it be known I’m not interested, flash my ring a little maybe. But like I said, I’ve never been in a bar and I wouldn’t expect a guy to back off there and would te…

I wasn’t trying to say I give my number out to guys that approach in bars and ask. I mean that if a guy comes and talks to me in a friendly way and we have a good conversation, then he asks. I’ll let him know I am in a serious relationship, but that I’d be happy to be friends, and he can decide from there. If the conversation made him decide he 100% only wants more, he doesn’t get my number. I also don’t go to bars, so my partner is confident in my judgement of whether someone will really be fin…

I’m not saying that you should interview millions of women and follow the advice of all or that men’s opinions and experiences don’t count as good advice. I’m literally just saying that a woman saying she doesn’t like being approached a certain way shouldn’t just be brushed off as unimportant because she’s not the man approaching. I think both sides of the conversation are equally important because... well, women aren’t fish or prey. We’re humans. And we can give advice on things women don’t lik…

Definitely:) I’m bi, and it has worked for me when I talk to other women, as well.

Women aren’t fish or prey to be hunted. We’re human beings that have thoughts and emotions just like men. You don’t ask a fish because you’re trying to kill the fish. But you’re trying to get a date or something else with a woman. If you don’t approach in ways that women like, you’re at best not going to get what you want, and at worst make them afraid. Doesn’t it make sense to listen to women about how they respond to different kinds of approaches, as opposed to only listening to men on how the…

I feel the same way. I have a partner, but if someone approaches in a friendly way and wants my number, I’m 100% open to giving it to them and letting them know I’m not available but I’m open to friendship. They can either say “okay” or “nah.” I have made great friends that way. I’ve even dated guys who approached me this way in the past, because it feels like they want to get know me. But if a guy approaches me telling me I’m attractive, I use my partner as an excuse not to talk. I panic, too. …

I love picnics or bowling. Bowling is a lot of fun because you can talk a lot, but also can play and get a little competitive. I like to know how my partner acts in competitive settings

I really love art or science museums for first dates! They open up so much conversation and usually have some fun things to do while there. An art museum near me has a massive African art center and it has a space where you can learn how to make some of what you see in the exhibits. It’s great

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
