Go to a salon to get your hair done instead of a cheap place. It’s worth the investment. I will have to disagree with this. Go to an actual barber. Like an old timey place. Salon's are more geared towards women, barbers know how to make you look good.

Bars mainly. I can't seem to find them anywhere else. Even though I'm technically in school (grad school), it's ridiculous to find women on campus here due to my department being secluded from the rest of the campus. Plus I'm working all the time because grad school.

Dude. Don't worry about it. Work on your self confidence and self improvement. I'm 24 and I've had girls and guys tell me I'm attractive but I've never had a girlfriend either. Only been on dates and then the girls leave me high and dry.

Usually what I do is something like "let's play mario kart" then after a game or two "loser has to give the winner a kiss" or something. Making out after 3 games or so.

Do all your texts start with "hey, what are you doing?" Because the problem I see with that is it's too generic and if I say that every time it seems shitty. I can do what you recommended, but doing that all the time, they're going to lose interest. It's having convos between dates to keep her interest that I have problems with. Starting those. We've already been on 2 dates...

Thanks. The problem is that she never texts first. In person, all the signs are there that she's into me, when we ran into each other we laughed about bits of our previous two dates, laughing at my horrible jokes, her texts she uses emojis, etc, but I always have to initiate the convo. This is where the problem lies. It's possible that she's just too nervous to text first, and there's a few signs with this. As she's adjusting the camera look at her, grab her chin, turn her head slowly towards yours and go in for a kiss. I can try that too. Should I use something like "wait, you have something on your face" and then grab her chin and go for it, or should I just go for it? It's 40 minutes one way to where we're going. There is one that's like 10 minutes away, but it's about 15° cooler where we're going (mountains). It's also a slightly easier hike with a better view. The one that's closer is nice, but it's really only worth going around sunset. And since the sun doesn't set here until 9:30-ish... yea...
