Self-sufficiency with as much automation as possible. Aquaponics, solar panels, wind and picohydroelectric turbines if possible. Not too many animals since they require constant care. A big piece of land would be awesome. Some sort of small personal sanctuary. The very best would be access to a lake or sea. Still thinking out how to fit in some sort of maid.
