Own Your Shit Weekly - April 04, 2017Couple of weeks since I posted. Physical (Improving) Stats 33, 6’2”, 182, 16% BF (Navy 14% but I say 16% on appearance) Weights (lbs) DL 337, Squat 313, BP 211 (Wendler 5/3/1). Took a heavy knock playing Rugby and bruised my shin bone. Stopped all lower body workouts for two weeks and concentrated on upper body only. Added lots of walking. Last week 3 x upper body concentrating on weighted pulls/chins, weighted dips OHP, Bench and BORs. Dropped my calories to 300 below calculated requirements as… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 05/04/17 01:21 PM
Low Testosterone, experiences? My symptoms were tiredness, no concentration, anxiety, low libido and intermittent problems keeping it up. I wasn't overweight but an endurance runner and had issues in my relationship which were causing anxiety (pre me finding RP). Initially the doc wouldn't test me, I had to demand it and I came back at 12.3 nmol/l ref range 10-31 nmol/l and was told it was normal. I'm 33 and this was not normal. Have a look at the art of manliness blog that's been mentioned as it has some reference tables. I … | /r/askMRP | 25/03/17 02:55 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - March 21, 2017Physical (Improving) Stats 33, 6’2”, 187, 16% BF (Navy 14% but I say 16% on appearance) Weights (lbs) DL 335, Squat 310, BP 210 (Wendler 5/3/1). All workouts completed, added 1 HIIT. Gained 1lbs. Took a heavy knock in rugby, waiting for xray results on knee. Lower body is out this week. Goal to complete 3 upper body workouts. Goals 30/04/17 Weight - 190, 17% BF Weights (lbs) - DL, 350, Squat 325, BP 220 CV – 5k race under 23min (PR 18min 12 months ago but 28lbs heavier now) Goals 31/07/17 Weight… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 22/03/17 06:00 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - March 14, 2017First post on OYS Physical (Improving) Stats 33, 6’2”, 186, 16% BF (Navy 14% but I say 16% on appearance) Starting point (May 16) 158lbs, probably 10% BF Endurance runner. Weights (lbs) DL 335, Squat 310, BP 210 (Wendler 5/3/1 2 months in – Previously 8 months Stronglifts) All workouts completed, added 1 x HIIT and 1 steady state run. Still finding Wendler slightly strange vs Stronglifts with the reduced volume at my max output. Doing “Big and Dumb” assistance work afterwards. Need to work on my… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 14/03/17 02:17 PM
Rebuilding Frame and shit testsEnd goal no, I have them for the next three months - all are about my personal development. I know how the end will play out and I will need to "follow" the kids to keep regular access. It's like deja vu, the exact same thing happened to my father. I am sprinkling alpha in a way, but I'm learning my boundaries and undoing years of learned behaviour. It may be wasted on her but not for me. | /r/askMRP | 07/03/17 09:20 PM
Rebuilding Frame and shit testsThanks for the link. I've been focussed on them for a while as it was a massive weakness and something I saw as a foundation of rebuilding. | /r/askMRP | 07/03/17 09:09 PM
Rebuilding Frame and shit testsIt's a country neither us nor the kids are nationals of, we moved here for my job. Been through this with two lawyers and I could delay but it's not likely I could stop them leaving. There is a bit more detail on this in my last post. Done all the numbers, in 14 months I get a life changing amount of share options that vest that I have worked my arse of for for the last few years. | /r/askMRP | 07/03/17 09:03 PM
Rebuilding Frame and shit testsTwo reasons, Finance and Children. Before the divorce would be over my eldest would have the option of deciding to staying with me. Time limit on my employment term for me to receive a very significant financial benefit (Either way I lose half but half is still significant). If I filled today the most likely scenario is that my wife would move countries and I cant stop her. Maintaining my relationship with my children is the most important thing to me. | /r/askMRP | 07/03/17 04:45 PM
Rebuilding Frame and shit testsThat post is pretty much her to a tee. | /r/askMRP | 07/03/17 04:29 PM
Rebuilding Frame and shit testsBecause I dont have an out i can work with until May next year. I have fucked other women. This is about me getting myself in the best place possible and part of that is rebuilding my frame and passing shit tests. This is my sparring ground. | /r/askMRP | 07/03/17 04:08 PM
Could use some advice on my next moveNo im in a British overseas territory. Can't be specific as its ridiculously small. | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 06:42 PM
Could use some advice on my next moveBased on my previous two visits to two different lawyers the courts will favour the Mum and she will likely return "home" to another country with the kids. They said that as they don't have residency where we live now, have passports from that country, have family in that country and lived there previously it would be highly unlikely that I would be able to stop them leaving. So my options were to move with them (short term career / financial sacrifice and somewhere I don't really want to live) … | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 06:31 PM
Could use some advice on my next move2 years for my oldest, 7 for my youngest. As far as I'm aware child support stays a set % of income. Good questions, don't know, need to ask my lawyer. Thanks, I will check out the post. | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 05:55 PM
Could use some advice on my next movedivorce, or single slutty friend? Slutty and married + Single were her two companions on this trip. She used to do blow, stopped when she met you? Yep, I was naive and had found a unicorn. Pass some kind of milestone? The wall? Exactly. I would say guilty and damage control, her friends give zero shits about me and it was 300m away so nobody would tell me. Waiting to hear back from the lawyer, but as I've been advised twice before now I can't "win" by that I mean get at least 50% of the kids res… | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 05:40 PM
Could use some advice on my next moveRight now ive been advised that my legal options are stay married with kids, have a long distance relationship with my kids or change jobs, take a massive financial hit and follow her to another country. That may change with the coke, im waiting to here. Trickle truth - I know, something worse clearly happened. Friends - i used to blame her friends as bad influences but really "birds of a feather stick together" and her choice of friends reflects her. | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 04:55 PM
Could use some advice on my next moveThanks, need to work on WISNIFG to be confident enough about coming out on top in a conversation. 10 years of being sucked in and ending up being the sorry one means her frame is strong and i have (at the moment) no significant leverage. REDDIT is only done in incognito on a passlocked phone. Had enough drama with her finding MMSLP on my ipad. | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 04:50 PM
Could use some advice on my next moveDoing drugs will affect my kids, thats the issue and at the moment i dont have an end game i can win. I still have work to do to get over my Oneitis, i know that but im working on it. | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 04:45 PM
Could use some advice on my next moveOn to my lawyer to review options. I know she will have been, the coke was the least worst thing she could tell me about and satisfy her conscience. Im working on myself and my game. | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 04:41 PM
Could use some advice on my next moveMy problem is that my kids will be raised in that environment as I wont have them. I have emailed my lawyer again this afternoon to see if this behaviour changes his advise and the likely outcome. | /r/askMRP | 09/02/17 04:39 PM
Decision timeNo unfortunately not for another 7 years. Both EU countries. | /r/askMRP | 11/01/17 01:26 PM
Decision timeI've been reading Rollo thanks for the link. I've done a lot of reading but it's taking time to sink in. | /r/askMRP | 11/01/17 01:24 PM
Decision timeThanks, I've got the improvement plan together but need to stop the arguments as they are bringing me back to zero every time. | /r/askMRP | 10/01/17 08:12 AM
Decision timeI've been red pill aware for 4/5 months and working on myself since then (though based on MMSL rather than the 12 levels of dread). My biggest issues remain frame, boundaries and the anger I feel at the moment boiling over. So whilst I have been lifting, strict diet, dressing better, finding friends / activities etc over the last 4/5 months Im still at level 1 with these basics. | /r/askMRP | 10/01/17 08:01 AM
Decision timeI can move there but it would impact my career in the short term, I'm in a great place right now, on a good career path, share options etc My company don't work in that location so would have to move employer. | /r/askMRP | 10/01/17 07:52 AM
Decision timeI've spoken to a lawyer already and a judge will not force her to stay in a country we moved to for my work when she can take them "home" to the country the kids were born in and have a family support network. It doesn't mean she can / would stop me seeing them but I would have to either travel or move. | /r/askMRP | 10/01/17 07:44 AM
Decision timeThat's fair, I agree I need to set my path, Ive been paralysed by uncertainty / indecisiveness. | /r/askMRP | 09/01/17 05:42 PM
Decision timeShe has not been as remorseful as I think she should be and she is in denial about the impact it's had on our relationship. Ive come from a place with zero frame and no boundaries. Because I dug myself a hole at the start, I'm finding it hard to enforce boundaries now based on something that happened 8 months ago especially when she knows she has the leverage of the kids on me and has 10 years conditioning of being on a pedestal. Decision time - because I'm stuck on Groundhog Day, I'm improving … | /r/askMRP | 09/01/17 05:37 PM
Decision timeI've got the passports locked in my workplace so there is no chance of them going, but I have a near zero chance of the decision going my way as part of the divorce. | /r/askMRP | 09/01/17 05:01 PM
Decision timeI still don't know what I really want. At the start I wanted to keep my wife at all costs, but now as I've woken up I feel this less and less. I know for certain I don't want to be a part time father. I've just been focussed on improving myself in the gym and elsewhere for the last few months. Im defiantly in the anger phase, I will do some more reading around this. I've planned a split financially, separate bank account, rainy day fund etc. Emotionally I'm not there yet. | /r/askMRP | 09/01/17 04:53 PM
Decision timeI can apply for a court order for a passport hold but as the kids have a different nationality, they would be returning to the country they have a passport for with a family network there and as we have only been here a few years the lawyer says I have near zero chance. From 12 years so I have a couple of years for oldest but 8 for youngest. I have thought about it especially since the last few months improvements now mean I get approached but I don't know if that would make things better or wor… | /r/askMRP | 09/01/17 04:43 PM
