Thanks for this. It really hit home for me.

OMG, you are a dumb ass! There is no TL;DR for MRP!

Ouch! You got me ... pussy. Hike up your skirt and stop getting triggered by all things mormon! Looking at your post history, it’s clear that something about it triggers you and you get sucked into whatever frame is discussing it. RP praxology is amoral leaving each participant to take what works for them within their own moral boundaries whatever they may be. You have this weakness that will continue to suck you into others framing until you address whatever it is that weakens you about it.

I see. Grow some frame and kill the ego then dare to come tell me what I’ve come to terms with or not. If this little note triggered you to post your pussy comment, you have a ways to go.

No. We exist that have read it and come to terms with its ideas... accurate or not.

Red knighting is a tricky skill. I was way too new to be saying anything anyway. I consider the interaction to be mostly my fault.

Thanks. It does take more work in a committed LTR, but in my view, it's totally worth it.

Abundance mentality made all the difference for me. When she began to realize that I really didn't need her vagina anymore and that it was basically the same as any other vagina in the female populace, she started paying attention. OI and abundance mentality. Get to the point where you aren't faking it anymore, become a higher value proposition for her and be open to her. See what happens. Good luck and carry on.

The topic had come over the years, but I was never in a place to state, with any confidence, what I wanted. Old RecoveringBPAddict would have been laughed at. Now, since I have been changing, progressing, etc, she brought it up and wanted to try it. 1) she wanted to please me. 2) she was curious. She made clear that we needed to go slow as it was our first time (duh, basic RP rule, don't be unattractive by RP Rambo what and how you will do anal your first time!) I help create a safe space for he…

This is my proudest achievement so far. I have finally progressed to the point that BluePillers now use my content to get their emotional willies off on. I have actually got one of them to call me a "cunt". I'm so proud.

This was a tough one. The whole "be one" idea sounds really, really good but if only works when both parties operate within the same understanding of male/female dynamic. No woman I've personally asked feels like the "love" part of love, honor and cherish till death do you part actually means I commit to have sex with you.

Broohahahaaaa! THIS IS AWESOME! The aftermath of all this was a bunch of feelz about how she doesn't feel appreciated. It was almost as if the wanted gratitude for breathing. Ugh. I kept frame, offered comfort where appropriate and dropped the whole thing. It was gone the next day and she was happy. Old RecivingBPAddict would have become a giant dickhead and argued all night about how breathing was critical and how she didn't need gratitude for it. New me, well, I just didn't really give shit an…

Remember that you are not responsible for her feelz. Focus on changing her mood, not her feelz. So I read this on the way home, made it the foundation of my approach and was hit with it on the way in the door. Held better (than my average) frame and ended the discussion on a positive note. Got shit tested not an hour later, but felt stronger frame (it gets a little better with each win) and managed it well. She ended up apologizing not 2 min into her shit test. All because I tried your strategy …

This was great. It is hard when I am still swallowing the pill to see the forest through the trees sometimes. BP conditioning is tough to see through. Reading your analysis clearly shows that this is all about feelz. Listening when asked and comforting when she behaves could help me in this issue. Thanks for the analysis.

Women are emotional creatures. If you're going to live with them you have to accept it and work it to your advantage. Accept it for what it is. If she is having difficulty handling it, teach her how to. I struggle with Red Pill Rambo still and perhaps I am a bit gun shy. I think if I can continue building a stronger frame, then I could move forward in this area.
/r/askMRP22/03/17 12:56 AM

This may be gold. I will have to try this.

This is my situation too. I worked from home for 7 months last year and completely nailed. I was done with "house work" by 10AM and on to earning money. Somehow she can't seem to figure it out by 1700. very aggravating.

So, just go radio silent? Is there a function to comfort test or consideration of any feelz? Right now her hamster is spinning out of control since I haven't responded. I know my frame isn't where it needs to be as I was pissed off when I read it. I still have work to do.
/r/askMRP21/03/17 07:24 PM
1

Well, it really pissed me off and I have struggled with red pill Rambo in the past. I thought I would bounce it off the MRP collective wisdom and see if it was just me. Shit, now that I write this, I can see that my frame in this instance isn't as strong as I need it to be. If it were, I wouldn't have been affected.

I have been all over the place since I started. It seemed like the standard deviation was huge in the beginning, but it starting to settle down. This data point is "outside" the standard deviation for where I am at now and it was a bit confusing. I still admittedly struggle with shit vs comfort tests.

Dude, all your comments on here read like a giant emotional tampon. Doing the right thing doesn't mean everything will necessarily blow up. Things CANNOT continue as they are. The only chance she has to change is if you change. You are dicking around with all talk and no action. She might come around or she might not. What is clear is that you are not being you and your kids are suffering the worse for it. You are talking and not leading. You don't have any good short term options right now. Pro…

If this little interaction can get your hamster spinning that wildly, then you are still so deep into her frame. You do what needs to get done, and are happy to do so. You move through life with strength, purpose and conviction. None of this is phased by any reaction from her - positive or negative. Yep. This is gold. I need to get there. I am working on it.
/r/askMRP06/03/17 11:00 PM

You care too much about your wife and her validation and recognition of you. Yep. I am balls deep in her frame still. This is SPOT ON! Something that helps me when dealing with shit tests is to smile. If I could pull this off without looking like a faggot retard, this would be a good start. Thanks. I will work on this. Good job with the crazy event, don't let some petty soda bullshit mess you up like that again. Thanks for the validation. Dooh! I am a needy faggot, but thanks anyway.

Your idea of saying "Oh you're right!" and then leaving with the DC never to be seen again is not great. You'd come across as too butthurt. Damm! You are right. Ugh, I have a long way to go.

Routine = Death Ugh. This is me. This is my life! Same dam thing every dam day! Work, home, kids band, play, piano, ect! Same schedule, same climate controlled environments, same me. Who am I, but a plow horse bringing in the ability to survive. I don't want to just survive anymore. I want to live. Just pumped out another 30 pushups. 110 to go to make up for missing day 1.
/r/MarriedRedPill03/03/17 04:34 PM

I just realized that I started on Day 2. I am going to do 200 today to make up for day one. I struggle with fear of failure. I make over 6 figures, but my finances are shit. I have a in home gym, but I fail to use it regularly. I have a long list of shit I am not owning, but I keep telling myself that if I don't attempt to solve any of these issues, then I won't fail at them. I need to let failure become an option as long as I learn from it then get right back up and start over.

Once you're at dread level 5 or 6, you should begin actively leading the sexual dynamic...tell her what you want, tease/deprive, go caveman if you aren't getting her best effort, etc I read the sex god method and tried a few techniques, but got some hard no's and a few yes's. The yes's were in direct proportion to my progress. I guess I am pushing these issues too early before I have built myself into someone who deserves it.

You are supposed to be the rock of the family. Hammers are made to break rocks. Your post comes across like you are upset that the hammer keeps doing what is its natural inclination dictates. You are balls deep in her frame and getting bent over her emotional outburst. Stop getting mad at the hammer for acting like a hammer. It's just doing what feelz right in the moment. Moments pass ... At least we know who has the power. This is how women act when they know deep in the fiery, burning vag-hole that they have you by the balls. Take away the power from her and watch her change from a frigid thundercunt to a sweet, playful little girl. You are spot on here. I have such a long way to go and it sucks. But when you start sharing the loss, sharing the depths of your sadness and grief, I don't believe a woman can deal with your pain. Sharing is much more painful for her than just acknowledging it because she lives in the world of emotion. Acknowledging it makes you human, and allows her to freely tag onto some of the drama for herself. But completely sharing your deepest sad feelings, makes you appear weak, and can put her drama machine into an overload and cause her pain that she cannot abide. …

I really appreciate everything you said. This RP growth is hard. Strengthen myself is hard. Learning how to accurately relate to my wife/women is not at all what I was taught and it is hard, but this is the point right? On my last deployment to the middle east, there was a concrete wall that was built in sections. Years ago, someone had painted flames and skulls with the words "Sucks less tomorrow" across the top. If you find yourself getting overwhelmed just realize that life goes on. Imagine what your old man would want to see if he looks down on you from that great attack chopper in the sky. Yes, but she seems stuck and I have no qualifications to unstick her. Plus it seems clear now that it's not my job. She has been getting busier. I have been focusing on how I make her feel instead of what is said. It is clear that saying less and doing more has the biggest impact (at least today.) I need to find a better balance between respecting her loss and my personal growth and frame building. I have work to do. Thanks.
/r/askMRP19/08/16 03:43 AM

The only thing you need to be aware of is that much of the environmental message telling her how she should deal with it is subconscious. You don't explicitly say "pull yourself together" (unless she gets so bad she's endangering herself or others); you put her in a position that she has to. I really appreciate this. I can figure out a way to reframe our home and lead better so that the unspoken message is one where we move on together. Thanks.

War Brides I just read it. It is strangely helpful. Maybe I haven't completely fucked up my situation although I am the responsibly party for it. No. Truthfully, I was a pissy retard. I'm still hurting from all the bullshit rejection of her leaving. I'm still a dumbass who won't accept full responsibility for my situation in the first place. Looking back, it wasn't a hard no and I could have got laid, but I was mad and hurt. Agh. I have got to get over this pain. I have to accept full responsibility for where I let my marriage go and then move on.

She will never own or place blame on herself for you not fucking her or wanting to fuck her. It will still hit her right in the your-weakness category. Telling her she's not getting you warmed up will translate into : he's making excuses, or is being weaksauce...because look: I have a vagina. You have got to be shitting me! How screwed up is her head space? But ... if you are saying that my lack of Alpha-ness lets her hamster this fucked up logic, then you are right. I don't have the Aphla-ness …

That sounds cool. I'm totally doing that with my boys when they're older. Yes. It was just all fun and games until we figured out that water steam flashes when it comes into contact with liquid metal! There was a moment where liquid Aluminum was flying around after a water droplet exploded in our ingot casting (old muffin tin). At first we laughed and then the look of "this shit just got real" passed between son and I. We decided to be much more careful after that. It was awesome fun though!

You need to look at what you are trying to get from your wife emotionally. Then stop trying to get that from her. Any emotional neediness from you will be met with her disgust. She is not your friend. This is yet another bitter part of the pill. Honestly, part of me doesn't' want to believe that she is not my friend. But, ... this stuff has been burning down real deep and I have to watch what she does, not what she says. The bitch left me. She is not my friend. I need a dog.

Rejection means nothing, it really is so inconsequential in the grand scheme if things. This is where I need to get to. I am really working on internalizing Rollo's advice that rejection is infinitely better than regret. I am working on it, but just not there ... yet.

Agh! There is a reason I joined the USAF. Shit. I am just not there ... yet.

Dam. I completely missed this one. I have a lot of work to do recognizing shit tests. Thanks for pointing it out.

You need to show her that you value her. That you have value to her. And that you want to work with her. Don't shut her out of your life. Yes, reward good behavior and withdraw attention when she's being shitty. But withstand the natural urge to STFU about everything. If you want her to be first officer, treat her like her opinion matters. I am total drunk captain in regards to practicing this. I have to calm down and own my shit. Thanks for pointing out how I need a better balance.

because her shitty attitude is a fucking joke, so no need to take it seriously This key. I'm not there yet. Pretend you aren't paying attention and change the subject (another understated shit test passing technique for this place). If she tries to pull you back into her frame to discuss her pointless emotional childishness, it's "look, babe, I gotta go. Ttyl." This is gold! Thanks for the advice.

She is not your friend. Really good point. I have some real thinking to do here. A high value man would need nothing from her emotionally and be waiting for her to get out the door so he could go do fun shit and maybe fuck other women. She'd be a bit hesitant to leave for fear of missing out on the fun or him having too m…

You are right. I need somewhere to vent my idiocy and this would be the best place to analyze my fuckups.

This is a really good point. Part of me is like "guys, this stuff can change your life!" but if they don't want to know what really motivates their wives, then you can't make them swallow the pill. I found my way here when I was ready. You are right. They will too.

I hadn't thought of trying this. I think my ego was too afraid of the ass tearing I see so many get in these forums. Lots of it is dumbass stuff and they deserve it. I see that your frame extends to what people say here and you take what works for you and leave the rest. I need to grow my frame to do this too.

This is gold! I have been struggling with how to address all this since she look at TRP and MRP. This is great framing to move forward. Thanks.

Yes. I broke the first rule of fight club and it blew up in my face. STFU clearly works with more than just my wife.

Wow. When you put it that way, it makes me sound like a big chump. I need help reframing things still. I don't want to nuke everything and I'm still trying to balance the beta vs alpha that MMSLP talks about. If I move too fast I'm worried it will just blow up in my face. I like the framing you point out though. It gives me a different way to look at things.
