I hate to break it to you, but BLM and the riots will only make that look occur more often, with more disdain and masked in a big white smile. More than ever, whites view blacks as animals. Especially the ones that virtue signal their support. They’re just trying not to get bit.

I always thought of TRT for building muscle, increased libido and energy. But I guess it would stand to reason it may help with healing too. I’ll check into that. Thanks.

Ive got the vertical abs, just not the horizontal lines. I’m good with that. Estimating the BF, maybe 20% was a bit high. I don’t injure myself lifting. But good point, I don’t BJJ right. That’s why I go 4 x per week, to learn.

I’ve really been working on slowing down and breathing in my rolls. Anytime somebody has an arm or a crank I tap immediately. I learned that the hard way on an arm bar six months ago I’m still paying for with elbow pain. Anyway, I’m a fan! Thanks for all of your MRP efforts!

BJJ is definitely more important at this point. I’m 6’2” 220lbs 20%BF, so I’m relatively jacked. That’s a good perspective. Might switch to more rep based approach.

That’s a good way to look at it.

This very much reminds me of myself before confronting some issues from my childhood. There was one very big issue that I was repressing. I was terrified to confront it. I convinced myself it was no big deal. All of my business, goals and conquests we're basically avoiding one big issue in my life. I had to confront my parents and be honest with those close to me in order to overcome this behavior and feeling. It took therapy and courage. If I had to guess, you are avoiding facing some major tru…

Seems that I have always miss understood this concept. So to be clear, codependency does not mean that each person is dependent upon the other for validating an addictive behavior. It means that one person is addicted to the behavior and is validated or enabled by someone. Is this correct?

What makes you think this is co-dependence?

I'm not sorry. I'm thankful this happened. I would have been blind to the truth if my precious snowflake would have chosen to control herself. The bottom line is, she did it because it made her feel good. She didn't do it TO me. She did it for herself. Now I feel truly free to do things for myself as well. I no longer worry if it's convenient for her to take care of the kids while I work out or go practice catch and release. Female sexuality is an untamable leviathan. You may entice it, you may …

Swallowed the pill after 10 years of marriage. I was amazed at the results. My life and my relationship were improving at an amazing rate. Wife and I were having amazing sex all the time. Arguments (shit test) we're being swatted away like an annoying mosquito. She told me that she really loved the transformation I had gone through and she was happier than ever. I believed wholeheartedly I had fully reached the upper stages of the red pill awareness. Then I discovered the ongoing emotional affai…

Would you mind defining "emotional support"? I'm not sure what that means exactly.

Great response. Thanks. Although it's hard to control the emotions, I can control what I focus on. Since I have decided to stay for now, I should focus on the value she provides as you have said. Finding the balance is not easy for me. I usually get tunnel vision. It's mind boggling because I thought things were the best they'd ever been. In hind sight, I think she was reacting to my alpha qualities(we fucked often and with vigor), but she was not getting something from me emotionally that she n…

You've commented on my old post and I appreciated your insight. Some of the things you said really stuck with me. Of course I'm not 100% sure, but the guy lives in Germany and I've read many of the texts. I'm 99% sure they didn't fuck. But regardless, that's a detail. It's as if she did fuck him. BTW, enjoyed your vacation post. I know that all of these problems won't go away with divorce. They are my hang ups.

So glad to hear this. I'm interested in an update. Years from now, your future self will owe your present self his life. He will thank you every day.

I just went through this. Read my old posts. The main difference is that I have young kids. I gave her a choice, sign papers or straighten up. If not for kids, there would have been no choice to make. What I took out of my experience was OI. I now regularly chat up girls I encounter and I'm thankful to learn what was really under my wife's hood. You're married to a woman that wants to cheat on you and you don't have kids. WTF is even your question? Take this opportunity to learn what women are a…

Listen closely. You have no idea of the road ahead. You are imitating the actions of men who have truly swallowed the pill. When you actually experience a paradigm shift that reaches to the center of your squishy blue core, you will know it. You are drunk on the reaction of others to your changes. This will make you more dependent on their approval, and it will hurt all the more when it gets yanked out from under you in one form or another. I say this because I was right there with you just a fe…

Sorry to hear that. Here's what I'm realizing through this. What they obliterate is the fairytale. To truly bring you awareness to the next level, you have to go through this. Otherwise, all that we do is one big covert contract and we'll just get one-itis again and believe in a lie. I'm beginning to feel thankful for my wife's affair because I want that hard truth to mold me, just like those heavy plates in the iron temple. Hang in there and remember there is nothing you could have done to stop…

I'm not trying to play a game. I'm trying to understand your point. I think you may misunderstand my statements and questions. Correct, a gorilla doesn't understand any concepts. They operate on a perceptual level. But evolution has still formed that Gorilla into everything that it is. You asked why I would be upset by another guy banging my wife. I'm telling you I think it's because it's instinctual. Guys that didn't care, would let others bang their mate, then their genes wouldn't be the ones …

I think this may be the case. I've only started to feel emotions in the way most people do I think. She wouldn't be the first person to tell me I'm cold and distant. I've only recently realized that I've pretty much faked emotions my whole life.

Thanks. I think most people can't really imagine the terror of admitting this to people in the beginning. Now, it's just like saying I was in a car accident or something. But when I started to understand how coping mechanisms from childhood were still present today, I knew I had to do something. Everything I read said you have to tell someone. So glad I did. If anyone else had this happen, hit me up and I'll tell you some amazing books to start you down the path to getting over it.

Right on brother! I think time with the guys is sometimes not focused on enough here. I think it's written in our DNA to need to be with other men we trust. To me, it's equal to lifting and reading. We are social beings and when she's the only one that fulfills that need, it leads right back to being in her frame.

I would imagine that the root of this would be evolution and the reproductive imperative written in our DNA. The silverback will go crazy if another ape fucks one of his harem and I don't think it would be because the silverback had low self esteem. If I were not to care if another guy fucks my wife, what would that imply? Now maybe we've evolved a trait that no longer serves our survival in modern society, like craving sugar or watching TV, but I don't think I want to iron out that trait. I'm f…

The hamburger analogy states perfectly what I suspect may be the case, but only time will tell. For now, I think the drama needs to fade away and we'll see how things shake out. All I can do is focus on me and my goals, and lay the groundwork for things to go my way if it doesn't work out.

I've snorted and smoked everything to self medicate, but none of it ever became a habit. I was sexually abused between the ages of 6-9. I had never told anyone, including my parents until about a year ago. Now I know it's nothing to be ashamed of, but the young human mind does some funky things to survive.

I guess I was talking mainly to any other sprinkles that were patting themselves on the back like I was. I've read the sidebar, yes I lift, working on dread and leadership everyday. I think I know what to do. It just takes time. I started the process about 9 months ago. It's like if Morphius offered Neo another red pill in the second movie, and Neo's like, "WTF, there's an even more dystopian reality than this one I need to wake up to?"

Project much bro? What is it you think is "being a complete asshole to her"? Fucking her like a man and making her cum more in the last year than she did in the last 9 put together, or getting rid of all the covert contracts and being honest? I was an asshole before MRP.

I've been an emotional beta bitch for 10 years. We had sex once every six weeks and were miserable. Since I've started following my MAP, we laugh, don't argue and have lots of fun. I actually thought we were having a great relationship for the first time in a decade. Maybe I didn't give her the beta side of things she also needed.

The text I've seen have been "I miss you. I'm thinking of you always. I care about you." From him Can't see her replies, she deleted them. She sent him some selfies. One had a little cleavage, but no full titty or anything. Most communication was facebook messenger calls, so all I know is the frequency, which was almost daily for the last month. Either way, papers will be put in front of her asap.

I honestly don't feel threatened by him as much as, now I view her as a dishonest person willing to risk her family for some feelings. Also, it indicates there is something she needs that I've not been providing. It has something to do with me being more comforting and paying more attention to her I think. None of it makes sense to me at this point. I think I'll tell her she can have her conversation right after she signs the dotted line. I'll go see an attorney Monday morning. Or she can work o…

I'm not telling her that she cannot talk to him. I'm telling her if she does than she's made her choice. I think I've maintained a fair amount of stoicism through this. I will admit though, this made me realize the amount of blue pill beta still pumping through my veins. I think I'm doing OK through my actions, but my inside is beta bitch.

This is all spot on. I'm soaking it in. Trying to hold the marriage together for the kids. If my son was a little older, I think he could handle it. But he will internalize this and it will change him. Thank you for the input.

I have, and she's broken that trust. But I hear you. Are you saying to let her have the call to appear like IDGAF?
/r/askMRP22/10/16 04:16 PM

If she does it anyway and then tells me after the fact, I have no idea if it went, "How much longer till we can be together? 1 year, ok. I'll start to laying the groundwork." Or... "I love my husband and family and can't do this. Best of luck and let's move on with our lives. Don't contact me any more." So I don't know what I'd do in that scenario.
