I've seen this exact image somewhere else, someone drew that image uploaded it on twitter, and it's basically depicting that woman from the DC Comics posting a "video" with that text caption on TikTok, the heart symbol it's from tiktok, no matter who made it, the fact that the comments are full of jokes and if it was reversed they'll literally be crying and screaming misogyny is hypocrisy at its finest
